"The customer service was outstanding, the staff are very hard working and pleasant. The Hotel is very chic and this translates with the area, very nice cafes and wine bars nearby. The room is immaculate and the bed is extremely comfortable. It is the perfect boutique Hotel to check into for the weekend, it has a good vibe and an organic feeling that it's one of a kind. I immediately felt at home, great array of magazines and books on display and a free computer at reception. Overall a very refreshing experience it is how all Hotels should be managed."

"It was a very nice hotel, small, but nice. The room was very elegant and the beds were really soft. No dressers to put your clothes in though. But the staff was so friendly im sure if i would have asked they probably would have made me one. The staff was very helpful with directions and places of interest. The bathroom door didnt close but im married so not a big deal. The closest metro in about a 15 minute walk but located next to all diferent kinds of restaurants. Overall great stay."

"Staff were pleasant and efficient. The room was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. The desk was serviceable. (Included) wireless internet access was fine. Use of the fitness center at the nearby worked fine and makes sense for a smaller hotel. The room has a Nespresso machine, so I nipped accross the road to the pharmacy and picked up some nuts, chocolate and a bottle of vitamin water thereby obtaining breakfast for about $5 instead of the hotel's ridiculous $17 offer. There are also plenty of places nearby (Starbucks, Le Pain Quotidien) that offer breakfast. My only complaint is that at least in my room cell phone service was non-existent."

"The website pictures are deceiving for the Normandy Hotel. I never got closer than the very small reception area since when I arrived at 12:30 am with my daughter, I was informed that I did not have a reservation. After submitting confirmation details including email, there was no apology but still informed that there was no room at the inn! Staff was less than helpful in securing accommadations for that night. I had to make recommendations! Needless to say, I did not return to the Normandy and I am still awaiting an apology from the hotel's management. Buyer beware!"
