My stay here at Courtyard was pleasant. It has a good convenient location to the White House and other major landmarks. The room was clean and spacious although it somewhat of a funny shape (made watching tv a bit difficult). The only reason I gave it four stars is because there weren't a lot of dining options in walking distance. There was also a bit of inconsistency with the staff some were warm and friendly and some were not. Other than those things it's definitely a good option to try for th... Read more

The staff were very helpful and professional. They explained the latest policies surrounding the inauguration. They also helped us find places to eat. I like to thank the front desk Lonice and Frank. The parking attendant Omar was also very helpful and professional, directing us how to get out of the closed roads for this particular week.

The staff was super friendly. The room was clean and decently close to the downtown area. The bistro had awesome food, was good priced but the service was slow. Only had 2 people actually working and they did not seem to know what to do.

We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the White House. Everything is in walking distance to the hotel! Staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and available right away at check in. Parking was valet but very easy to call and get car with in minutes if we needed. Also went to American girl at Tyson mall (about 20 away), mall was empty and lots of great stores!

The best part of this hotel is the location. It's an 8 minute Uber ride from the airport and in walking distance of Washington's major sites. I stayed in room 816 which was clean and comfortable although dark and dated. If you are looking for something basic this is a good choice - I would stay again even though some updates to the room would be welcomed.

This hotel is within walking distance of the Whitehouse, Lincoln Memorial and Washington Monument. We chose it for the location. The valet parking is $40 per night, which is a steep, but that goes with the location. So this is good for a 1 or 2 night stay. Anything longer, and the parking fee tips the overall bill too high. The hotel room decor is standard Courtyard Marriott bed, sofa, night table, coffee machine, desk and closet. We recently stayed at a Courtyard Mariott in Montreal Canada and... Read more

As a Marriott member, I was staying in a Marriott regardless. This place is centrally located for Lincoln, Vietnam, WWII memorials. It is also located right next to a Starbucks. The staff was awesome. Frank is one of the concierge and is a true professional. Very upbeat, friendly and eager to assist. Always consistent as only Marriott knows how to be. Too many Hampton's are totally different. One has a great restaurant and another doesn't have one. Lobbies look different and have different ameni... Read more

Rooms are modern and clean; the only telltale signs of age that were not covered up during the makeover are the doorstop on the floor of the bathroom (it has rust) and the light switch feature in the bathroom. Most people won't notice things like that, and for a short stay (I stayed for one night), there were no problems. Unfortunately I can't give it a five-star because the air conditioning / heat vent made an extremely irritating, loud rumbling noise throughout the night. It was enough to wake... Read more

We would definitely go back the parking fee is a little bit steep But the rooms were nice and friendly service and location really made up for the rest. Pool option was nice bit could use an update. I was expecting the courtyard to be a bit larger than a small area with one tiny seating area...
