I have had the privilege of working with Elisabeth Thomas, Catering Sales Manager at the St. Regis, on numerous weddings. Her charisma, creativity, attention to detail, and caring personality make her an absolute dream to work with. When working with wedding clients, every little detail, wish, concern, are of the utmost importance. Elisabeth executes her role flawlessly and with great dedication and precision. I enjoy every opportunity I have to coordinate weddings at the St. Regis because of El... Read more

The St. Regis in Washington, DC is one of the best hotels in the area. Friendly and attentive staff. Beautiful rooms and suites. Great lobby and hotel bar. A can't beat location. Upscale dining and an amazing food and beverage team. As an event planner, I love working with Elisabeth Thomas and the entire staff at the St. Regis for weddings and events in the DC area. Their unparalleled attention to detail and hospitality is just one of the reasons. Not to mention the stunning and impressive even... Read more

The location and suite could not be better in terms of d├ęcor and comfort. But at these prices, if you advertise a gym there ought to be one. For this level of hotel the restaurant should not be closed Mondays and Tuesdays... and the lobby should not have so much incense in it that you choke and sneeze each time you walk through it. The Spanish dining room menu is not appealing for more than one night of a week's stay. The service is great, the bar pleasant but somehow not what it should be...

Beautiful venue with an amazing staff that patiently caters to your needs. You will begin your experience with a very attentive valet staff and walk into a beautiful lobby filled with friendly smiles and extremely helpful staff. The ballrooms are amazingly beautiful, modern and breathtaking.

This past Sunday morning, I went by the St Regis and met a friend for a brunch cocktail (Bloody Mary & a Corpse Reviver). I've been in the St Regis many times before (I live in DC) and it's always a lovely experience. This trip, though, was exceptionally so. Our bartender, Jane, was friendly and knowledgeable. If you live in DC, or if you're just visiting, do yourself a favor and stop in for a drink

Definitely one of the nicest properties I have stayed at. Clean, attentive to details, the staff go out of their way for you to feel at home. The turndown service was a surprise. The check in process was a bit slow (took about 20 minutes), and despite using 'express checkout' I was called to see if I had checked out. Odd. There are TVs in the bathroom mirrors. There are footstools to get in the fancy tubs. There are chandeliers in the double bed rooms. Wish I stayed longer. Next time!

It is a nice hotel. I stay there for business. The rooms are comfy. The beds are comfy. The bathrooms are clean. The lobby is fancy. It is close to stuff. Parking is expensive. Room service is too. Nice place.

St.Regis is a very stylish hotel in the center of the city. In 5 min walking from White House, this hotel is constantly chosen by different celebrities whom you could meet there. The service is top level, very good bar and restaurant. Astor suite where we resided was very spacious, modern and appealing. A living room was immense and it felt like it was a separate apartment. Good cocktails in the bar. Also butler's help in unpacking baggage was quite useful. No extra effort from our side ... Read more

We attended a wedding at the St.Regis in DC NYE weekend. We paid twice as much to stay at the St Regis than all the other hotels recommended for the wedding thinking we would spoil ourselves for the weekend. The lobby looked nice, but offered no amenities, no tv, no coffee, no shops. We were taken aback when showed to our room. It was so small and outdated. I don't think they made any changes in 20 years. We asked if there were any updated or larger rooms, and they said they were all the sa... Read more
