Post better signage outside and inside about rules for parking - horrible experience with the staff- rude people- filthy--- terrible service----- never go there, it's a poor excuse for a hotel/motel. Better off camping in a tent on the sidewalk!

Absolutely horrible. Staff is rude. Rooms dirty. Woman working desk Saturday night was miserable and rude. I would never stay there again and would not recommend anyone else ever stay there. Total ripoff. I have never been treated so poorly.

My friend booked this hotel for the weekend. I loved the location because it was in the middle of The Pond and Conch Island, not to mention The Purple Parrott. It is great staying right in the middle of town. We parked the car and only drove when we left the to go home. The staff was great and friendly, Jennifer the night staff and all the front desk staff we met, but I don't remember their names. I've read the reviews but I didn't have the same experience. We stayed in room 407 and it was nic... Read more

My Dad and I first discovered this hotel last year. We've stayed there numerous times since then, and are scheduled to go back in June. We've tried other places in Rehoboth and this is our favorite. The staff is super nice, welcoming and accommodating. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable and it's near the beach. The awesome restaurants near by is a bonus. This would be awesome for longer term vacations as well since they have laundry facilities, microwaves and refrigerators.

I would not recommend staying at this hotel at any price. Much better and cleaner choices in Rehoboth. The hotel is older and worn out in many respects. People who worked at location were not very friendly or helpful

Very clean room and only 5 minute walk to the beach and Boardwalk. Staff was friendly and helpful. There are so many great shops and restaurants all within walking distance. We parked our car and never used it the entire stay. This was our first time in Rehoboth Beach and we'll be back to stay at the Atlantis Inn!

Great location, the staff was very friendly. The rooms aren't fancy, but why would you want to be in the hotel the whole time?! The boardwalk was about a 10 minute walk away. Lots of cute restaurants near by and shopping. Free parking for one car.

My husband and I stayed at the Atlantis Inn during the early part of Memorial Day weekend 2016. We stayed in a Deluxe King room with a mini-fridge and microwave combination. While the accommodations were very basic, the room and common area lobby were very clean and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and more than happy to recommend good restaurants and provide maps and guides. The beach is a mere 5 minute walk from the inn, which is very convenient. We were able to enjoy the b... Read more

My husband and I stayed here in early June. We had a king room, which also included a loveseat. The room was clean and the front desk was always pleasant and greeted us everytime we walked past the desk. It is located close enough to the beach and the free parking was appreciated.

I don't go to Rehoboth to stay in my hotel room. However, I look at reviews before I book a hotel to see what others are saying about cleanliness. Hopefully, this review will help someone make a decision. Our little vacation (3 days/2 nights) was great because our rooms were great. There were no indications of dirt, bugs, or sand. Imagine, a beach hotel with no sand! This is a very simple, clean inn. You can't beat the location. Even though our rooms were near the pool, it was also quiet. ... Read more

We just stayed a night and the room was clean. The motel is only 2 blocks from the beach and the two different desk managers were very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay again . We were an hour or so early but the girl on duty gave us a parking pass so we could park and head up the the boardwalk while our room was being prepared--great service.

Wi-Fi never worked for us. Half the time the door card didn't work. There were other problems but they tried to take care of them. Most of the people on the front desk were helpful and friendly. The room was ok. Rehoboth Beach was great.

We stayed for 2 nights in a King bed room. The room was clean and had everything we needed - a small fridge, microwave, couch. The sink was outside of the bathroom which is nice for 2 people getting dressed in the morning. The wifi was not the greatest - sometimes it didn't work well. The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful. A special thanks to our housekeeper, Yana, who was so nice.

This is the third year that we have stayed at the Atlantis Inn. It is a budget hotel and for what you get for the price it is very good. Rooms are basic but comfortable and clean. The location is really the highlight here, and you can walk to everything along Rehoboth Avenue very easily, as well as the beach. We actually spent minimal time in our room with the majority of time at the beach and shopping so this hotel really fits into our vacation time well. The people at the front desk were plea... Want a place that is clean, has a pool , free morning coffee in the lobby , an ice machine, is a block and a half away from the boardwalk and beach, in the historic Rehoboth Beach shopping area, and and can be had at a reasonable rate, then this is your kind of place. With free parking at the hotel, you don't have to feed the meters every few hours when going to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants, or perusing the fascinating shoppes of Rehoboth. The staff is cordial and helpful.

This is a very clean hotel convenient to everything in Rehoboth. just park your car and walk anywhere. They do need to fix there WiFi, it is either EXTREMELY slow or is not on at all. Front desk personnel very helpful and friendly and quick check in. We arrived early and they took our number and called us when room was ready. Overall great place to stay with budget in mind.

Nice location, 1 1/2 blocks off the boardwalk/beach. Sara at the front desk is super helpful with suggestions of where to breakfast and how to get additional parking passes should you have more than one car to park. Motel is clean, updated and perfect for days at the beach. Third floor outdoor pool is small but just the thing for a dip when not at the ocean. Nice location with access from Rehoboth Avenue or Wilmington Street. Refrigerator/microwave in room.

Yes, I have been coming for over twenty years and treated like royalty by Penny and her staff. Always accommodating and attentive. Rooms are modest, but clean and well kept. The air conditioning units were leaking water by the front doors which was a distraction, but hopefully that has been taken care of by now. I understand a new regime has come in led Sara. So far my dealings with her have been quite pleasant and I look forward to meeting her on my next visit.

It was quiet with nothing outside of ordinary noise. Safe. Lots of shops close by. The front desk staff was very friendly on our arrival. I have two suggestions! This was my family's first trip to Rehoboth Beach, and choosing this hotel made the trip that much more wonderful. You can't beat the location, given the fact that Rehoboth Beach has horrible traffic congestion during the summer. I've stayed at this hotel many times over the past 5 years and everytime it's been a pleasant experience. It's right downtown on the "Avenue", close to everything and just a few blocks from the beach. It's not fancy but its clean, the staff is helpful and friendly, and the price is afforadable. I have recommended it to family and friends.

We stayed at the Atlantis Inn, having to be in the area for a wedding. The location was perfect - right downtown and only a short walk to the beach. Our room was spacious and clean. The hotel has quiet times, so there was no nightly noise to interrupt sleep. Coffee is available in the lobby in the morning. Staff was all very pleasant and helpful. This is not the fanciest hotel downtown, but it met all our needs.

Situated on Rehoboth Avenue, this little motel is nestled right in the heart of the numerous shops and eating venues and only short blocks away from the Boardwalk. You have parking only steps away from your room and the modest lobby. Rooms are neat and comfortable. If you don't require fancy or luxurious amenities you will be satisfied. My only suggestion to the Management is that there should be drying racks for towels and bathing suits.

As other reviewers have pointed out, the Atlantis Inn could not be more convenient--easy parking, 10 minute walk to the beach, close to the best restaurants in Rehobeth (Salt Air and Henlopen City Oyster House). The staff is welcoming, friendly and will work with your schedule to clean the room. We had a pet with us so appreciated the courtesy. I took my daughter and two small grandchildren to Rehoboth Beach for a three night visit. The check-in process was very efficient and parking was immediately available (I called ahead to make sure since we were arriving before official check-in time). There is an elevator available or, if you are so inclined, there are also steps on the opposite side of the building if you prefer to walk up. The room was clean and actually had a v... Read more
