I always enjoy my stay here. The front desk staff is amazing especially Elise always pleasant and personable. Rooms are clean and affordable, flat screen tv, fridge, microwave and coffee in each room is a plus! I will definitely stay here again!

We stay here several times a year. It is always a great experience. We appreciate that it is pet friendly. The room is always clean and confortable. It is convenient to many places. The highlight for us everytime we stay is Elise - she is absolutely amazing! She is at the front desk. She always welcomes us and makes sure we are well taken care of. We look forward to seeing her everytime we go and she is a reason we keep coming back!

This hotel is right off I-95 and located near several food options. I stayed here overnight as the midway point between Alexandria, VA and Cape May, NJ. I got in fairly late (11pm) but the desk clerk was cheerful and quick with my check in. My room was on the ground floor, and I would have been able to park directly in front of the door if other cars didn't beat me to it. My room was very modern, clean, and accommodating. The internet access was strong, and there was a room service menu whi... Read more

Flew into Phila and came to Delaware for a trip down to Washington, DC for dinner. Stayed overnite at this facility and would not hesitate to return. Very nice place run by a good friend of mine from my fire company, The front desk clerk, Dawn was very pleasant even with my late arrival (1am) and she is also part of a fire dept family. Mgr Tom Manley has done wonders with this location. Would highly recommend it to anyone traveling thru for a couple of days. Great service!!!

I stayed here for a week with my family. The staff was excellent and friendly. Nice clean rooms gave me great directions to the places we wanted to visit. Thank you to the GM Tom and his staff for all your help while we stayed at your location

Check into Red Roof first time ever. The staff was friendly and the room was very nice and clean. Lots of construction worker hanging outside drinking in the parking lot but keeping to them selfs just a lot of other sketchy people walking around.

The title says it all. It was clean, it was convenient, the lobby staff were courteous, cordial and professional. It was not a spacious room, but it was adequate and the king sized bed was quite comfortable. The amenities were few but, then again, the rate was quite low. The air conditioner was cold, the shower was hot and offered plenty of water pressure. If I were to pass through that area again, I would certainly not hesitate to stop there.

I love staying here. Always have my room ready and are definitely willing to accommodate if necessary. The front desk rep Dawn is always courteous and wonderful. She's very nice to talk to and does a great job checking me in and/or out. Excellent employee.

Room was spacious. Smoke detector was hanging off of the wall. Always worry about fleas in these pet friendly hotels Staff was friendly. Better options nearby for a few more dollars. Very good restaurants nearby.

We were told the room we booked was ADA approved. The room was clean and had a large shower and handicap bars. However, the toilet sat low to ground and there was no shower chair. When we requested a portable shower chair we were told they didn't have one! There was also no coffee pot in the room. The staff were rather rude and did not try to accommodate us. We usually have a good experience with Red Roof Inns, but this one is the worst we have stayed at!

I had hoped with the recent renovations, that this RRI+ would be better than the reviews I was reading. We paid $95 for a premium room & it's nothing more than a $59.99 / night room. I really have no complaints about the cleanliness, but some of the people I've seen walking around make me wonder if they don't live here, and they are somewhat unsettling. Location is close to highway. Despite the recent upgrades, this is just a regular ol' RRI.

The room was humid upon arrival and smelled somewhat of smoke despite being a non-smoking room. Access to the hotel is not directly from a major road, but instead from a dark side road. There was no hair drier in the room, available in "deluxe" rooms only. Will not stay here again.

Stayed here on a few different occasions. Being able to pay with cash is definitely a plus. The front desk staff are kind & helpful. The beds are comfy, as are the pillows. Only complaint is that I got a rash from whatever laundry detergent they use to clean the sheets. I'd stay here again!

We spent to nights for UD parents weekend. Room had strong odor of smoke. No hairdryer. Had to go to office to retrieve one. Sketchy clientele that seemed like boarders. Very basic accomodations. We will not be back.

We spent one night for UD Parents Weekend. The front desk was helpful. The room was clean except the floor near the window wasn't, so ants were around what looked like, pieces of food. There is no continental breakfast, however, in the lobby I got a cup of tea with Coffeemate. What was most upsetting was the next morning at around 9 am Housekeeping knocked on the door. We were still sleeping and hadn't checked out. Housekeeping then opened the door and thank goodness we slid the extra lock... Read more

Spent three days in August there on the bottom floor. This hotel is nestled behind a bushy dark area which is the drive up to the hotel. There is no breakfast, no restaurant, no pool. shady people who seem to live there at the hotel. One washing machine and a vending machine in a dirty room with nasty microwave. Would not stay here again. Still trying to find out what the plus means.

I gave it an average because of Tom and Elise, If it were not for them, I would have rated it poor. This location has significantly gone down hill. If it wasn't for the management team which includes Tom and Elise, I would not return. They make you feel welcome. But the clientele that has come to stay and some of the other staff, have made this site go downhill.

I stay here twice a year and keeps getting better. I am finding better customer focus than prior visits. I checked in early, but my room wasn't ready, so when the desk agent directed housekeeping to prep my reserved room next, I was very impressed. On other early arrivals (to other Red Roofs), I'm used to getting the stock "Come back after 3) Shout out to Cheryl for dealing with the brush fires of this stay.

Booked this room because all others were taken and price was good for area. Water came out brown. Didnt feel safe. Especially when someone was pounding on our door at 9 am. Poor lighting in parking lot. Heating unit rattled. List just goes on. Slept on top of bed fully clothed and didnt walk bare foot on carpet. Just not worth it. Sorry Red Roof but wont stay again.

My 3 day stay at this hotel with my wife and kids was very comfortable. Made possible by the two front dest clerks Ashley and Caroline. On my second day, i had a flat tire on my vehicle in which Ashley went above and beyond to try and accommodate me with finding a lug wrench for which mine didn't work. To add, it was a Sunday morning..and extremely cold. I did eventually get my tire on, and was called and checked on by both to make sure this was the case. I will by far make this my hotel stay of... I wish I could rate the experience less than the 1 it is. We came into town for a tournament, I wasn't the one who booked the hotel, but upon pulling up I immediately regretted that decision. This stay has FOREVER changed the way I look at hotels. I'm a military brat, so traveling is no foreign thing, neither is staying in hotels. We shall start with the rude staff, irate that we DID in fact request an early check in, yet they failed to adequately prepare for. Shocker. Night one... All seems ... Read more

We stayed here last night on our way back to New England. Room was very small, dingy, not very clean. We could not control temperature in room and it was very warm. There was barely room for us to move around. We normally enjoy kicking back and relaxing in our hotel room....not here. We couldn't wait to leave for the evening after checking in. Came back to sleep and left early the next day. $100 for the night was way too much. It was a very depressI get stay. Many of the other guests looked ske... Read more
