The rooms were neat, clean, nice, new and the service was excellent. Easy access to the hotel for us. The breakfast is fine, you get something different each day. it is a hot breakfast which serves meat, much more than a continental breakfast.

The Hampton Inn provides good value for the money spent. The rooms are clean, the complimentary breakfast is convenient, and the staff is always striving to provide its clientele with excellent service. I believe the Hampton Inn provides the best value for the money whether the purpose for the stay is business or otherwise.

If you are looking for a scenic location keep driving. The hotel is literally in a field. It's just off Rte 1 which is visible from front rooms. The rear of the building abuts a new housing g development. You have to drive to get a meal or see anything of interest. The hotel is fine. Rooms clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was very nice and included hot and cold food. Not convenient but a good value. Helpful staff who guided us to restaurants.

My family visited Hampton Inn in Milford, DE. Our room was clean. The hotel is quiet. It was memorial day weekend. There were guests tail-gating in the back of the hotel. The windows reduced their noise level greatly. We ate their free breakfast the following morning. The breakfast is more than contential! We slept soundly and ate heartly. The hotel is located off on Tenth Street. You have to make left turn on the desolate road. Hampton Inn needs to invest more exterior lighting and marquees ... Read more

We stayed here for several days and found the rooms to be nice. There were several things that they seem so miss on. While the rooms were clean, the maid service did not supply all the towels on one day and forgot to put in a shower mat on another day. During our stay, the halls were not vacuumed for three days. Same litter just remained. The pool is near the elevator and there don't seem to be towels at the pool so people could leave the pool arae being dry. There were wet areas daily in the lo... Read more

My husband and I usually look to Hampton Inns for our travels for value and consistent quality. Over the years we have stayed in a number of them in a number of states. So when we had an appointment in Delaware, we again looked for a Hampton Inn and found the Milford site. This is the worst Hampton Inns we have experienced. There were a number of issues. First and foremost is housekeeping. The toilet in our room had not been cleaned in quite a while. There was actually a blackish/greyish ... Read more

Stayed in this Hampton for 9 days during Firefly. Some of the hotel staff was not very accommodating. It seemed as though the person doing the breakfast area was more interested in watching TV. However, the maid who cleaned our room everyday was outstanding (Helen)! The maintenance man quickly solved the problem of the wet floor by the air conditioner and even brought a fan to completely dry the carpet. The candy dish by the lobby was empty and had a candy wrapper in it for two days. The third... Read more

We have stayed at many Hampton Inn's in our travels. This one was just okay. Check in was easy and the clerks were very nice. Walking down the hallway to our room we noticed that there was a lot of debris on the carpet and our room had a lot of hair on the carpet. Maybe their vacuum cleaners just need upgraded. Other than that it was fine. It suited our needs.

I hosted a family reunion the weekend before the 4th of July this year. My elderly parents flew 3000 miles for the reunion--even though my mother is in a wheelchair and they are both in their 80s. The manager, Pete Balverento, was amazing. He arranged for my parents who have a wheelchair accessible room and for my brother and wife to be in an adjoining room. My father was visibly relieved when he saw way in which the room was laid out and the fact that my brother's and son's rooms were nearby. ... Read more
