My husband and I stayed here one night in February. It's cookie cutter and exactly like other Courtyard properties, but that doesn't mean it's not nice. The lobby was comfortable, with plenty of room for me to hang out while waiting for my husband to wrap up a meeting off-site. The room was a suite, and it was fine. We booked a king room and found two double beds when we got there, but we didn't bother to ask for another room because of the late hour and our fatigue. It was comfortable and quie... Read more

Right off the highway but yet far enough where you hear no sound from the cars. The saddle was welcoming the second you walked in the door as if you have known them they were also willing to help with any questions you had around the area . Some of the pros are.... comfy beds.. rooms newer... clean clean clean!! Big room with sofa and a desk with a roll chair .. fridge in room!

From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming. I have never had this great of an experience. I cannot rave enough about how nice and accommodating the staff was. The Hotel was also extremely clean.and comfortable. I was even offered a closer room to the elevators because I had a large number of bags.I will be staying here in my future travels.

We were recently flying from Bradley Airport in Connecticut to Fort Meyer's, Florida. Bradley is a couple hours from our home, so we needed accommodations near the airport for an early flight the next morning. The Courtyard in Windsor was the perfect spot with a great deal for travelers like us. We not only had a place to stay overnight, but a spot to keep our car while we were gone. The cost of parking our car at the hotel was all a part of this overnight package. The folks at the Courtyard co... Read more

I stayed here last week for business and it is a nice hotel. It has easy access to the interstate so it is quick to get around the region. The rooms were nice and a pretty good size. The service at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating.

A recent flight we were taking was unfortunately canceled due to a mechanical and after waiting and waiting at the airport, our stay at the Courtyard Hartford Windsor was very comfortable. We were very frustrated after waiting for several hours at the airport and finally were re-booked for the next day. The airline (American)- who we have normally been happy with, ended up getting us an airport hotel. The shuttle arrived quickly and with a very friendly driver named "Crazy" (So he called hims... I travel frequently and stay in many hotels. I rarely am so impressed that I write a TripAdvisor review. I was with this hotel! I stayed the night before an early flight and was wowed by how the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive to my every need. They even gave me a gift bag filled with a bottle of water and candies upon check-in ... a nice touch! The room was spacious and immaculately clean. My stay here was enjoyable, and made my early-morning flight much more bearable.

From the moment I entered the staff was very attentive to my needs and were super friendly! I had to check in a couple of hours early and they were able to accommodate my needs. They paid attention to my preferences on the Marriott site and gave me the exact room location I requested! Will definitely be back when I am in the area.

Stood here for a night because a friend and I went to a concert in the area. We were greeted with such respect and friendliness when checking in. The two ladies at the front made sure we knew where very thing was and if we needed anything before we went to our room. They were very, very sociable. We talked about the concert we were going to and where we were all from. It was such a great start to our night. The rooms were very clean and tidy. The rooms were also up to date and provided us with e... Read more

I stayed at the Courtyard for 3 night attending a conference which left from the Marriott across the street. First of all I'd like to list the positives. This hotel has a beautiful lobby, very modern and very happening. For a hotel that is literally in the middle of no where you do feel very welcome and at home. The staff at the front desk are also very nice. the room was clean and decent. Aside from that there wasn't much else to rave about the hotel. Not much to dislike either. A few minor thi... Read more

We stayed this past weekend - we had a baby shower in NJ and this was the perfect halfway point. I wish I remembered the women who checked us in Friday night - she was wonderful. We were looking for something fun to go do (the area that the hotel is in is more corporate so there's not much nightlife) she gave us many options and was very eager to help! Hartford is where we ended up - it was only about 15 minutes from the hotel and Uber was very easy to get. The pool, courtyard, and rooms were al... Read more

What a pleasant surprise to find this hotel on the edge of Hartford. We were driving through, looking for a hotel near the I-95 and serendipitously came across this lovely place. The next morning we were talking about coming to this hotel just for a weekend getaway.

We stay here every year on our summer vacation the night before we fly out of the Hartford airport. It is a modern and remodeled Courtyard with comfortable basic rooms. Clean and well maintained. The staff is super friendly and it has a small cafe with coffee, tea, snacks some basic meals and lots of breakfast items.

For a 3 star hotel this place is great! I frequently stay here when visiting my home town. The front desk staff is always super friendly and accommodating. The room is clean and spacious with a balcony. We visited with a newborn last Thanksgiving and several times since then. The hotel will set-up a pack and play free of charge so no need to pack your own. I've never had any issues staying here. I did however have a slow draining tub during one stay. When we alerted the staff to it during our ch... Read more

The staff was very helpful during my stay, assisting with location/transportation recommendations. The rooms were nice, with a very nice lobby area. The suite had a separate living room and bedroom. This is very near the Amtrak, Windsor, CT station. The free shuttle, a 5 minute ride, takes you to this station.

This hotel was everything we expected and more. Our balcony overlooking the beautiful Courtyard was a great addition. We took time to enjoy the pool as well. The room was very clean and very well maintained - the hotel was also easy to find with easy access right off the highway.

The only thing positive about this hotel is the staff. The rooms are outdated and dingy. The tiny cafe is overpriced and lacks selection. There are better hotels in the immediate area at the same price point. Not up to typical Marriott standards. I will not be back.

This property is a well maintained property. It is small, clean and great attitude staff members. We checked in via mobile with no issue and were to our room quickly. Once there we went to the small but good pool- FYI it was a bit high on the chlorine side and VERY cold, but served the purpose for our girls. The bathroom had a slight issue- the hotel immediately came and offered to fix it or move us. It was so small that we just had them fix it (which was done in 10 min). Once they did that th... I have stayed at a lot of Courtyards for my work travel so I pretty much know what to expect. This is a nicer one since it was recently updated and no longer has the maroon/red rooms from the late 90's that most Courtyards still have. The room is decent size and no complaints at all. Even had a nice balcony. The hotel is right off of 91 and Day Hill rd but heard absolutely no noises at all. The gym was a little small but had everything I needed and wasn't too crowded. Ate at the cafe once ... Read more

Not sure if this is my first US review but here goes. Marriott Courtyard, it looks like it has had a refresh since my last visit. So some nice changes. Easy to find and a nice location. Nice looking reception area with a warm welcome from the staff (Dino and team). Fresh new carpets, a small gym and good looking indoor pool. Evening a garden area in the middle to capture some rays. Rooms are good, maybe a little updating on the light/power sockets but they might be the norm for US hotels? Comfy ... Read more

Been staying here to visit our child in school near by. I'm not a Courtyard loyalist nor a fan of most Marriott Hotels. And hotels near boarding schools are known for being less than 'fancy'. But this little hotel is spotless and filled with the most lovely staff. It's an easy, homey place to stay and could not be more comfortable. The snack bar has fine foods, coffees and drinks and those that run it are delightful.

My hubby and I stayed here for one night. I really wanted to stay at the Marriott in Downtown....but didn't want to pay 150.00 for a room for one night especially after spending $2200 for the Marriott resort in St Thomas in August. So, when I called to reserve this Marriott had the best deal especially for labor day weekend...$99.00/night(marriott rewards member price). This location is right off the highway and close to everything. The reception area is really nice, the lady who checked us in w... Read more

Just off I-91 and close to the airport, the hotel is built around an beautifully landscaped enclosed courtyard which is delightful for enjoying one's morning coffee or evening glass of wine. We were fortunate to have a very quiet room with direct access to the courtyard and just down from the indoor pool. Housekeeping was excellent, but the real highlight is the front desk staff -- exceptional! We have previously stayed in the Marriott across the street, but will be returning to the Courtyard wh... One of the nicer hotels we have stayed at. Clean, well appointed, beautiful outdoor areas, great food, friendly/helpful staff. But...the set up at this hotel is bizarre. It's in a U shape and the elevator and ice machine are only at the ends. We had a room smack dab in the middle and it was diffucult schleping all of our things to the room because there was no convenient way to get there. Because we were traveling for sports we also had to get the cooler to the ice machine and it was forever awa... Read more

This is our second time to stay here. Love that it's close to the airport, yet quiet. The staff who checked us in, Paula (supervisor) and Nicole were welcoming. Our room was immaculate. The Bistro in the lobby had a nice, light menu and the food was good. We needed to rent a car the next morning and Sal took us right to Avis instead of having us backtrack to the airport first (like some hotels do).

I overnighted here prior to an early morning flight out of Bradley. The lobby and room were very nice. I was upgraded without asking to a one bedroom suite, which was a treat. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had a quiet nights rest and was delivered by the free hotel shuttle to the airport on time. I would stay here again.

Traveling is a huge part of my life and so is coffee. There was no free coffee offered and we had to search for the coffee maker in which we found in the closet. The fitness center was pretty decent he had two treadmills and some other cardio equipment as well as dumbbells up to 45lbs. Overall so so experience.
