I spent a week on a business trip in this hotel, every member of staff on the front of house desk was fantastic when asked for help and polite and welcoming. The hotel maids did a great job of keeping the room tidy and were polite and helpful. I was a little concerned when I first saw the offerings for breakfast but I have to credit the chef its decent tasty food and does set you up for the day ahead (although the waffle machine has been down for 2 days now and I am gutted as I was loving the Am... Very easy and friendly reservation process. Totally friendly staff who goes above and beyond! Exceptional room, excellent bed and clean hotel. Manager was even nice enough to let my RV and trailer stay on property for a few days until my return from a last minute trip. Hotel was 95 + tax which is half price of other hotels, unless you want flea bag hotel for $25 less. Used the red dot van service to catch flight in Laguardia which stops at this hotel. This Hampton Inn is about 9 minutes from the beach. The room was large and contained a wet bar, small refrigerator, and microwave, but the Wi-Fi was poor and did not support video streaming. During the night, I heard and felt the traffic on Interstate adjacent to the hotel. I had an even numbered room and was told during checkout that the odd numbered rooms are quieter. I donā??t think the road noise or vibrations kept me up. There is an indoor heated pool, but I did not take a dip. The receptio... Read more

Clean room. Comfortable bed. Variety of breakfast choices. Lots of seating in the lobby for gathering of friends/family. Conveniently located near highway, restaurants and shopping. Would stay again. Would recommend. We stayed here for my daughter's college graduation and the special rate made it a very good value.

The Staff, especially Elizabeth was very nice and accommodating. She was quick to check us in early and very pleasant to talk to. The breakfast was basic choices, but the foods tasted good. At least the scrambled eggs tasted like eggs and not like hard cardboard as in some other places I stayed in. The bed was very comfortable and clean. The pull out couch was good size, but it was soft. I would definitely stay here again. The hotel is located by the highway, so it is noisy in the morning... Read more

Easy parking, friendly and courteous front desk staff and easy check in. This is a standard Hampton Inn. Clean, affordable, no frills but no issues either. Had a grab and go breakfast because I needed to get on the road early, a great feature of Hampton Inns. I would return.

Very nice hotel, and great staff. 4th stay with them As a Hilton Honors, I prefer to stay in the front area of the hotel, away from I95. The larger rooms are on the wing closer to I95 and we found it very noisy to traffic. Other than that, I highly recommend this hotel.

Make sure you have a room that is far from I 95 and as far as possible from the front road. The road noise at night can make it difficult to sleep. Otherwise the hotel is what it is advertised to be. The staff was friendly.

Two huge events at the hotel during my stay, and the staff were super helpful and considerate. I was very impressed by how quiet everything was given the crowds of teenagers - the rooms seem pretty soundproofed. Appreciate that there were tons of electrical outlets by the bed and lots in the bathroom. The rooms were comfy and clean. The hotel was only about 10 minutes from Yale, where my conference was.

I am a Hampton fan and Hilton Honors member. The beds are luxurious and breakfast is included! We stayed here on a visit to Yale which is only 15 minutes away. We are also close to beaches and lots of restaurants and shopping. No particular WOW factor, but a predictably comfortable, clean night's stay with friendly service and a tasty breakfast spread.

When I arrived at the hotel, the service was excellent and prompt. The room was clean and spacious. Slept very well. The complimentary internet service was good compared to other locations where you might get a continued disconnect. I also took advantage of the complimentary breakfast. I must say they had plenty of everything except orange juice or apple juice, only water (I think machine was broken). However the warm trays were stocked frequently and waffle too.

Our 2 queen room was fine, but breakfast was not. There were no knives and very little food. The staff person threw up her hands and disparagingly said that there was a wedding party the previous day that wiped them out and that the manager "refused" to at least go buy knives until an order came in. First of all, realize this property is sandwiched between I-95 and a busy access road. You are going to get noise. I had been sent a email the day prior asking me if I wanted to pick my room. Since the only choice given was a room with a king, I didn't bother. On checking in, I was given a queen. I can't say that I would stay in this area again, but the hotel wasn't awful. It is not the safest place, as we had two police cruisers dealing with an incident in the parking lot next to the hotel most of the night. It's not luxury, but it is adequate. It is located right off I-95, so for those of you who are light sleepers, you may want to bring earplugs for nighttime, as there is road noise.
