The hotel is conveniently located near the Casino/ Convention center. They have a wonderful free Breakfast and offer snacks and wine in th lobby bar ,for a fee. The rooms are large, with a sitting area and work station and refrigerator. they have a shuttle to the Casino and the staff is very helpful. If you have time, they have an indoor pool annnd fitness center, small but good.

My hotel stay was nice. The rate was good for a week night, and it was very convenient to the Mohegan Sun casino. The staff was also very accommodating. My husband and I are vegetarians, so we were pleasantly surprised when the the kitchen attendant made us breakfast sandwiches without meat. The breakfast doesn't usually include any special orders. There is a pool and an exercise room, but unfortunately I didn't get to use these facilities, so I can't comment on them. There is free wifi, but my... Read more

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and both experiences have been great. The hotel is clean, tastefully decorated and the staff are all wonderful. If I had any complaint it would be that the prices in the cafe and refrigerator cases(bottled water/tea ect) were ridiculously expensive(but you are paying for convenience). The grout in our shower was a little rough looking but everything was clean. Breakfast was just 'OK' but I never have high expectations for hotel breakfast. The location, s... Read more

hotel was decent but they forgot to clean my room the first night. the last night there was a dog barking/whining all night as well as alarms sounding in nearby rooms with loud staff/walkie talkies in the hall; got very little sleep that night. Staff were made aware of the issues and seemed to do nothing. beds were comfortable and the food was ok.

Super close to Mohegan with a shuttle that runs to 2am. When you're visiting Mohegan that's all you need. Super spacious room with two queens, a pull out and fridge. This is a great cheap alternative to staying at Mohegan. We didn't spend much time at the hotel but when we did it fit all our needs.

We couldn't of been closer to Mohegan. I especially liked the shuttle bus service. It's no more than a 5 minute drive and your left in front of the Summer entrance. So glad we chose the Hyatt as the staff, location and room were all near perfect. My only complaint was the elevators which seem to take a long time. I was surprised that the breakfast area was kept so neat and tidy with the amount of people that came down Sunday morning. I must give the staff of the dining area 5 stars! They we... Read more

Thought about staying at the Mohegan Sun casino but they wanted a lot of money for a room. Paid half the price and stayed less then a mile away at the Hyatt. They have a shuttle van that runs back and forth twice an hour though I didn't use it. The room was clean and much larger then I expected. It had a whole living room area. I would stay here any time over the casino.

It was the perfect distance from the casino. It was clean, the room was spacious at most and the staff was kind and always looking to help. The halls were quiet for the most part, but I definitely had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I hope to go back soon for my next birthday October 1st!

We stayed here for a week over the Barrett-Jackson, event.. This place is almost like being on the premises of the casino itself. It is conveniently located off route 32 and 2A/395 the highway that leads past the Mohegan Sun casino. I liken this hotel to a Hampton Inn or similar, with a few of its own touches -better in some ways and worse in others. The breakfast preparation area isn't that large and spreads out into the lobby. After many years of visiting the area, including stays at the main casino hotel and competing hotels outside Mohegan (Cristata Inn, Microtel), found this place online and decided to give it a try. It's set back from the main road and very easy to miss the hotel sign because of a large billboard. We drove by coming and going, needing to turn around. A main draw was an expanded breakfast beyond the usual continental offerings most places have, which my mother appreciated and enjoyed. Hotel staff w... Read more

Stayed here June 29th. Paid $179 for one night. Considering the brand, I expected a lot better for what we paid. Stayed in 311. The room seemed a little out dated and the bathroom was not clean. It was easy to spot urine saturation in the grout lines around the toilet. That's a big one for me. I've worked in the hospitality industry for a long time so I know what I'm looking at. My family of 6 stayed in a room that was suppose to accommodate 6 people. It was very small, no dressers to put clothing away, dirty and stained sofa, and a tiny bathroom. I would not recommend this hotel to families as it seems like a hotel for people who just want to party. Walls are paper thin as I could hear the people in the next room at all hours of the night. It was very expensive at almost $400 a night. Beds were comfy though.
