The staff are very helpful, friendly and approachable. The hotel has a small gym and a heated indoor swimming pool so don't forget to take your sports clothes. The room we stayed in was excellent having a fridge, microwave, telephone, coffee maker, free Wi-Fi and was very clean. I'm not sure when it was built but it looked quite new. It was within walking distance to Mystic Seaport and Mystic Aquarium. Breakfast buffet was excellent with staff available to help: I was taught how to make porridge ... Read more

Except for the location of my room which looked directly out onto the parking area, I was satisfied with my accommodation. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom had nice amenities and a good shower, and the staff was helpful. The breakfast was good each morning, except that I really don't like chocolate first thing in the morning and prefer the blueberry muffins when they have them.

My husband and I needed a hotel near the freeway and try to always choose Hiltons for their honors program. The Hampton Inn was very accessible, very clean, and we enjoyed out stays. On our way to Nantucket, we had two queen beds. On our way home, we had a king bed suite, which was much more spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was only okay. We chose to go out to eat, so I didn't consider that a plus. The lobby area is very nice, cozy, and there are board games available. Staff was very n... Read more

Friendly staff, well maintained, and updated. Rooms were clean and amenable. I wish the beds were a bit firmer (when myself or my wife got out or in bed, the whole bed would shake). The free breakfast in the morning was good and coffee, tea, and hot chocolate are available 24/7. I didn't go into the pool or use the exercise room but it looked clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay here again if I am in the area...minutes from the Old Mystic Village Area and Aquarium.

Typical Hampton Inn - very clean, great location for what we wanted to do, great restaurant within walking distance. My only complaint is that the room doors slam, perhaps door closers could be added. At breakfast one morning, there were 3 very young girls seemingly "working" the breakfast shift. I hope they were just there with their mom.

The hotel was great but what really made our extended visit fantastic was the staff. Every single person at this hotel is an absolute rock star! They go so far out of their way to ensure your happiness that it's almost embarrassing! If you have a choice in the Mystic area, stay here!

Would stay at this location again. Indoor pool was great. Breakfast was great. Had a King Suite, was very nice for family. Room was large. Sofabed mattress was horrible. Felt like you were sleeping on a wire fence. Had to use comforter off bed and put under sheets for sofabed.

Very long time Hilton members but first time staying at this property. Hotel was very clean, but we had some issues with our rooms not being cleaned fully each day. The front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating, however. Pool was a bit cool, both the water and the air temp and we actually found it unusable, which was a drag for the was nice enough we'd stay again but can't give it a five.

One thing I like about the Hampton Inn ‚?? ‚?? you always know what you're going to get. You'll pay the same amount as if you were staying at a lesser hotel, but get more and the quality is consistent. You are guaranteed cleanliness, a beautiful oversized room, excellent service, and a wonderful breakfast. We originally thought our reservations were at the Hilton Inn across from the Mystic Aquarium, and were disappointed when upon arrival, the reception area was filled with loud children an... Lovely room , stayed on top floor. Comfortable bed. Very clean. Ensuite was lovely. Has a fridge and microwave. Help yourself to hot drinks in the foyer and also breakfast. Which was very good. You just go and help yourself. Loved the town and would stay at this hotel again. Bit of a walk into town. Short run in the car. Would certainly recommend.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Recommended a great seafood restaurant and gave us a coupon for a free appetizer. Plus the pumpkin gobs that the hotel staff gave us were a great afternoon snack. The swimming pool and hot tub were not occupied, so that was a bonus.

My husband and I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn Mystic when our plans to travel to South Carolina were impacted by Hurricane Matthew. The hotel is conveniently located right off the highway and in very close distance to shopping and restaurants (short drive). The room was clean and spacious; loved the "living room" area where we were able to relax and watch TV after a day of golfing, shopping and dining. Would definitely recommend a stay at this hotel.

This was my first time in the area and my first time at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful from the minute I walked in to the minute I checked out. A special thanks to Melissa C and Jamie. They were phenomenal and took great care of me. I had a few minor issues, but they took care of things in the best possible way. I will definitely stay here again

The Hampton formula works very well here. Several good eateries within walking distance. Overall a spacious set-up. It was a comfortable and welcoming place after a long drive. The complimentary Wi-Fi was first class; if only it was like that everywhere. Good breakfast too.

We stayed just one night at the Mystic Hampton Inn after visiting the aquarium and seaport. Super convenient to the sights, only 5 minutes away with restaurants and shops right there. The hotel is spotlessly clean, service excellent and a great indoor pool! Room was updated, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was standard Hampton Inn buffet, which was def adequate for what we needed.

Love this Hotel! The best value in the Hilton Chain. We even received a free upgrade which was very nice! The only minor problem was the housekeeping staff tried to walk in on us because they didn't know we had a late checkout. Other than that my favorite place to stay!!

Escellent, clean, friendly and a good location to stay. Rooms were quiet and mattress supportive and good. I would recommend staying here and if I return to this area, I will definitely consider this hotel. Why pay more when you get coffee in the room, refrigerator, microwave and a good breakfast and hours.

My daughter and I spent a night at Hampton Inn. The Lobby was warm and inviting. The free coffee, tea, and cookies were awesome. The room was clean and the pillows were comfortable. The front desk ladies were always helpful. And they even dressed up for Halloween!! Great people and great place! Out of the 6 hotels we stayed in that week....Hampton inn was the BEST at making us feel comfortable and safe.

The lobby is very nice and gives a homey feeling and all the facilities and room were very clean and in good shape. The complimentary breakfast was diverse and fresh and there is a lot of parking space. No wonder why this hotel is ranked # in Mystic. We had zero problems checking in without a reservation and the room was ready right away. Our room had a fridge, tv and a huge bathroom. They had a wonderful breakfast in the morning and check out was a breeze. I will not stay in any other hotel chain from now on.

Can't say enough about this hotel! We booked this last minute as an overnight stopover on our way to Providence, RI. First let me say, what a great price! After getting a low price on a third-party website, I called the hotel directly and asked if they would honor the price. They matched within $6 difference but then we got to still build Hilton Honor points which you can't do if you book thru a third party. Next, I have to mention how accessible this hotel is from the highway. It is right off ... Read more

The hotel staff is extremely welcoming & helpful. We were traveling with our 2 children and the staff gave helpful suggestions for fall activities & restaurants. We brought our dog who was treated like royalty by the staff. They gave him hugs, belly rubs, treats & attention. The staff guided us toward dog friendly activities in the area. Great experience!

We were here overnight with a bunch of friends for our annual get-together and as always, Hampton hotels are a great choice when you're looking for a clean reliable hotel without breaking the bank. The front desk was friendly and efficient. The room was clean and very spacious. It's in a great location just a short drive to Mystic Seaport and to the lovely town of Mystic. A fantastic restaurant (Frank's Gourmet Grille) is right across the street. Would absolutely stay here again.
