Most of my experiences at hiltons are above average and this one was no different. Staff very helpful. Nice amenities with indoor pool, hot tub and fitness center. I didn't use the in house restaurant but it looked clean and always had guests using it. My only complaint was the bed was a bit uncomfortable. The adjustable feature kinda worthless. I expected a better bed at a Hilton. I would definitely stay again.

Here for a granddaughter's college graduation and it is a very convenient location. The lobby is very spacious with the dining area part of the open space. They have a great breakfast with omelettes to order, etc., but it isn't complementary as is true in Hilton's Hampton Inns and Homewood Suites. This Mystic, CT area is the most popular tourist area in CT. and it is scenic and fascinating. The staff is helpful and courteous. They have a nice pool and hot tub.

Went to a wedding and needed a place to stay in the area. We usually stay at the Mystic Marriott but it was many more points for this weekend so we opted to try the Hilton. It was a quick stay. The room was clean and shower was good. The bed was very good, a sleep number mattress. Odd thing was you needed to call the front desk to tell them the setting you wanted. The hotel staff was very friendly, understanding and helpful when we checked in from the other hotel. The rooms that they could fit us in were clean, well kept and up to date. The hotel accommodations are great, maid staff and desk service friendly and efficient. But the buffet and food are horrible, and overpriced, service was awful and understaffed, buffet food plates empty and unfilled. I ordered an omelet and it was not what I ordered. One toaster and because of two events the place was crowded and not enough seating, and no staff to clear tables. It was a mess.

We had a great time. Your staff was so helpful, very friendly, and the manager was wonderful. Our food service was very good. Customer service was very good as well. The facility was wonderful for our event. All in all, just a very nice time. Hope all your hotels can stand up to this one.

This hotel is very middle of the road. The lobby looks newly renovated, unfortunately there was a large gathering taking over the lobby and bar so I can't say too much about the bar of furnishings. There was plenty of free parking, and the hotel is very close to the highway. There are a lot of other stores and restaurants in the area, and it's very close to everything in Mystic. The rooms are decidedly average. The beds were very comfortable and the furnishings were well maintained. Bath... Read more

Nice rooms. I usually would not rate a Hilton... they are all pretty much the same. The bar here is cool, with an indoor/ outdoor fire feature. Maybe I'm easy to impress..but I found this interesting. the food was much better than your typical hotel food also. walking distance to local attractions.

This hotel was truely great. We were treated to a bottle of water, fruit, and a newspaper on arrival. We also got a coupon for a free glass of wine (or beer) and a coupon for a hot cooked breakfast. I had a omlet and bacon for Be=reakfast, but I think pancakes were warmed up frozen. I should of had waffles as they were freah made.

This is a business hotel in a highly touristic area, easy to find, easy to access, good parking, quiet at night. While not a very old building the room I stayed in was clean, but the chairs were in need of cleaning. The wifi service was excellent and accommodated multiple devices. However compared with other Garden Inns this hotel was overpriced.

this was my first time at a Hilton Garden Inn and was very impressed. This hotel was beautiful and well kept. Every staff member there that we encountered was friendly and helpful. We ate at the restaurant and the staff there was great and the food was excellent. We would absolutely stay here again!

My husband and I stayed here for one night in August because we were taking an excursion in the area then heading to Rhode Island. Check in was fine, the employee was pleasant and we didn't have to wait. Our room was fine, nothing wonderful. We did utilize the pool and jacuzzi. The pool was freezing and not as clean as I would like (hair floating) but the jacuzzi was nice and hot. Whomever was working the night shift that night (2 males) we less than friendly. I stayed here on business for one night. My pre-checked in room was not given to me. They claimed there was an issue with it. The room I received had a non working light as soon as you walk in. When I brought to the attention of the front desk, rather than send someone to changed the bulb or give me another room they offered me a free breakfast. I told him I already get free breakfast as I am a Diamond Hilton Honors member. So that was amazing to offer me something I already get and not make an ... Read more

Great value! Clean and comfortable. Convenient to I95. The staff is helpful and cheerful. I'm sure I could have found a less expensive room at another hotel. But, Hilton is a brand I can rely on for safety, convenience and good value.

We spent one night here while on the way home from a fall color trip in New England. The ADA room was quite large and very clean. The king bed was comfortable and sported king bed pillows, which isn't common in our experience, but was much appreciated. The hotel was quiet and we slept well. The room had plenty of electrical outlets for our use and good light. The only down side was the shower water pressure was pretty low. There was no bench in the roll-in shower, so someone who can stand ... Read more

We stayed for two nights and came to celebrate a birthday by doing some wine tasting in the area. The hotel was located in a very convenient area that was close to all attractions. They did accommodate an earlier check-in for us, but I found the customer service from the staff to be somewhat lacking. They absolutely did their jobs, but I didn't encounter any who were particularly friendly. In a world where one hotel seems like another, this one stood out from the crowd. From great rooms to terrific service from the staff. The lobby was constantly full with really good tea, lemonade, etc. The one night I dined in the fish and chips were excellent. Breakfasts were fresh and good well worth the price. I plan on staying here anytime I am in the area.

Had to come to the area for business and need a nice but inexpensive option. The hotel met the requirement. Close to where I needed to go. It was clean and had nice sitting area to wait for clients and a place to get a drink at night. The price included breakfast in the morning, which also was convenient for the following morning.

The staff were very nice, the room was clean and very nice. The only reason I gave this for stars is that the mattresses were uncomfortable. They had the memory foam with a dial on each side of the bed to adjust the firmness. We had two queen sized mattresses in the room, each had two dials. None of the four worked. Of course we didn't realize it until 10pm. However when we checked out in the morning, the gentleman at the front desk was very accommodating and comped our breakfasts.

20 minute drive to the Mohegan Sun and a really nice, clean hotel at a fraction of what you'd pay there. Quiet rooms, courteous staff. Breakfast is extra and not exactly spectacular, but if you want a weekend night at the casino and aren't getting comped for their $300+ rooms, why not pay less than half of that and grab an Uber?

Checked in for 2 nights Conn College parents weekend. Expected the price gouging. Did not expect to be relegated to a room reeking of cigarette smoke. Could not move us to another room because the hotel was booked up. Gave us a voucher for one night but I was so unimpressed with the facility that I would never return anyway. The hotel staff was nice enough but to rent an unbreathable room is wrong. Shame on them.

Hotel access keys were deactivated twice, creating a huge inconvenience when trying to enter the hotel after a night out and returning to a room with no heat-a/c. Why am I not more enthusiastic about this hotel? When you travel on business as much as I do, little things can get to yo. Like the fact that the bathroom door would not stay open. Or that I spent an hour trying to connect my devices to the internet (with the "help" of the front desk staff) and they still did not work until the next morning. The truly funny view of many many mechanicals from my room. The good parts. They sent someone to fix the running toilet almost immediately. There was always... Read more

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Our room on the 4th floor with a king size bed was a good size and very cleaned. The room was equipped with a small fridge an a Keurig coffee machine. The room was quiet in the morning; good news. Complementary coffee is offered in the hotel lobby when the on-site restaurant is opened for breakfast. We did not use the pool or the hot tub but the set-up was nice. The customer service was great.
