We decided to stay here a day before my sons graduation from the Navy Submarine School. We had a long trip as we flew in to JFK and took the Amtrak to New London, CT. This was an excellent choice. The customer service was awesome. The hotel was clean and the rooms were great. Our beds were extremely comfortable and had a great nights sleep. The morning breakfast was good as well. Overall this is a great place to stay.

Although the desk clerks understood the issues it was clear the owner had allowed construction workers staying there to live and eat with his guests. They did not speak English and greeted you every night smoking at the front door. The staff here did a good job but they had no control over the owner? The sign outside says (Newly re-modled rooms) but there not and won't be available for some time? As a Diamond member I felt the owner of this property was re-miss.

I would stay here again. Very nice service from the front desk. Rooms were clean and complimentary breakfast was nice. HHonors members should have gotten a lower rate than AAA members. I'm not sure if this is what Hilton does at their other locations..

Staff was attentive and proactive, rooms were very clean. Hotel was undergoing renovation but we were not impacted at all. Felt that the staff had a sincere interest in making sure our stay was flawless.

Great stay. Great staff comfy bed. The breakfast was veried and very tasty. There was always some evening snack/soup/small bite that was nice as well. I really enjoyed my week there and would most likely stay there when I go up on travel again.

Stayed here for a one week business trip. Clean and the staff was pleasant. No points nor recognition of my status because work didn't book reservation on the webpage. New rules, if you don't book directly, no points and no perks for your status. For business travelers, a good reason to avoid this system. If you booked directly, you will enjoy this location.

This is one of the most comfortable Hampton Inns that we have stayed at. No pressure. Very down to earth employees. More than willing to accommodate you. the location is perfect. Easy on and off the 95. Good restaurants in the vicinity. Close to Mystic and shopping! We will be back!

Rooms were clean and well stocked employees should make sure when hotel is full to make sure there is enough food for complimentary hot breakfast and not tell a guest there are diners in the area when its supposed to be included

We stayed overnight for a quick trip to southeastern Connecticut to visit some of the local attractions (Submarine Force Museum, Mystic Seaport and Mystic Aquarium}. We usually stay at Hampton Inns when we travel and this experience was similar to most - a clean comfortable room with WiFi, an indoor pool and fitness room (though we did not use the pool), and a nice hot breakfast in the morning. It had a good location being located just off I-95 so the local attractions were easily accessible - i... Read more
