This hotel has some renovated rooms. If they cleaned up the paint spots and added some easy access bedside outlets, it would take this to the next level. Simple referring and microwave in the room. The low noise heater was improved to some mid range hotels

Even though there were a couple small flaws with the room which we reported the next morning to the attentive front desk, it didn't detract from the property's value for the money! Nice stay we had while attending a Denver football game and decided to stay north and use the train for transit instead of fighting parking... hotel was a nice, cozy night's rest! No complaints, and we plan to return... thank you!

We arrived about 8pm and were greeted by an awesome guy who got us checked in quickly. Our room was very nice. Clean. The fridge and microwave were surprisingly clean as well. The hotel was extremely peaceful and quiet the whole weekend! We will most likely be back!

This was my first time staying at this property. The staff is really helpfuk and accomodating. Nice clean room. Although my room was not updated as advertised it still was nice. Note: its a bit tricky to find. Its located in a business park. Not right off the highway but still easy access to hwy 36. Fitness center is ok, more like a home gym...

We came up with a group with about 23 Students. The Office Manager, Anjuli, was so nice and friendly. Our rooms were ready, clean, and the staff worked with our room requests. She even stayed late until we arrived just to make sure we had everything we needed. We really appreciated the staff and how willing they were to accommodate us! Especially with how many students we had. They definitely made our stay a great one and we are planning on staying here again in the future. It's nice to stay at ... Read more

Recently remodeled. Rooms nice sized. Not a fan of pillow top mattress and I had to request down items be removed as I am very allergic. I don't mind having to ask, I'm used to it when someone else makes the reservation. But, I do expect it to happen which it did not. I had to move the coffee pot to another area in order to plug it in then found a used coffee packet in it which caused me to not have coffee in my room I had no idea how long it had been there and what might be growing on it. The p... Read more

This place was recently remodeled and now is clean and decorated with minimal decor which makes the front desk and eating area a little sterile feeling. The front desk had good customer service. The elevator is small and in working order when I stayed there. My room was clean and was on the 3rd floor and even numbered, so I had the mountain view. The walls are thin, i could hear snoring coming from the adjacent room, but i brought ear plugs. No problem with water pressure & plenty of hot water. T... Read more

Just so this is right, this is the hotel on Church Ranch Parkway, the hotel experience here, I have experienced before. That's why I came back. The hotel, the room, pretty much everything was very clean. The beds were very very comfortable. Depending on when you book, it's roughly $100 a night, hard to find that in a decent hotel. If I had only one complaint, it would be the TV set in both mine and my sons room were malfunctioning the night of our stay... Other than that, was great

First impression good. The, we were told the elevator was not working. The two staff apologized over and over again. They also offered to help with luggage. Then there was a problem with a nonstop running toilet. We were moved to a very nice room. Once again lots of apologies and an offer to help move our luggage. Those two staff members were great. And overworked. In spite of all the mechanical problems, the room, pool, hot tub, breakfast and staff were more than adequate.

We took a mandatory trip to Denver from Billings this month and made the horrible mistake of trying to do a round trip in 2 days. We began at 7:00 a.m., grabbed a to go breakfast from Burger King (which is a seperate review all together) and hit the road. Getting out of Montana was the easy part of the journey. As soon as we hit the Wyoming border, so did the wind. We battled at all the way to the Colorado border and it played havoc with our truck. We expected to be in Denver by 4:00 p.m. b... Read more
