One of the best full service luxury hotels in Vail. Right at the base of the Lionshead Gondola. Walk out to the heated walkways and plop your skis on! We love the atmosphere of this classy hotel - we stayed in a 3 bedroom unit. Ice skating rink right below.

Our family vacation at this luxury hotel located in Vail's Lionshead Village was excellent. The location was perfect, ski in/out at base of the gondola, in center of this smaller village. Our corner room overlooked both the square & mountain base. It was clean, comfortable, quiet, w/ cozy fireplace. The bathroom was spacious, & had heated floors. The staff was generally pleasant & helpful, including the courtesy shuttle drivers whom we relied upon for a few rides back from adjacent larger Vail V... Read more

Perfect location to the slopes. The receptionist always welcoming and friendly. Our room was very spacious for a family of three and very clean with a balcony. The bathroom also very spacious and kept clean through our visit. The shower was disappointing as not very strong ???. The shower gels where not always replenished ? Granted when I asked I was given lots within minutes. My daughter and I loved the complimentary hot chocolate at 1530 on the bridge with cookies ???. The hot tub is a great... Read more

This was our first trip to Vail and the Arrabelle was a real treat. The location is steps from the slopes, rentals, restaurants, and the spa. The spa was complimentary and included steam room, sauna, showers, robes, lockers, bathing amenities, and hot tub. The peppermint in the steam room helped relax the muscles and lungs post-skiing all day. The floors were heated in our room's bathroom, large rain showerhead, great bedding similar to the Heavenly Bed of the Westin, and the service was imp... Read more

This is my go to hotel in Vail. It's unrivalled position steps from the gondola at Lionshead coupled with great rooms and service persuade us to come back year after year. The public rooms are wonderful and with a lively bar and terrace you have all the facilities for a relaxing ski break. Lionshead is a very good base with good restaurants and the Arrabelle runs a private shuttle to Vail village and of course there is the free town bus. For me it is THE only place to stay in Vail.

This is just absolutely beautiful. Fantastic service, excellent food, luxurious bathrooms --fairy tale rooms. It really was very peaceful. There are a few restaurants within very short walking distance. It is about 10-15 minutes to walk to the busier area of the village. Get balconies. Everything is truly spectacular!

The Arrabelle is incredible - the staff is friendly and the location is wonderful. The rooms are nothing short of luxurious (only downside is that it is ridiculously expensive). A real treat to splurge on that I highly recommend. My family, friends, and I will definitely stay there again next season.

We traveled to Vail for our dear friend's 40th bday party and loved our stay at the Arrabelle. Our room was well-appointed and extremely comfortable. (I am 12 weeks pregnant and that super comfy bed was the perfect respite from days spent shuffling around). The shuttle into Vail Village is only a few minutes walk and then a quick ride, so was very convenient to everything. Also, I noticed that Lionshead Village seemed to be really happening in comparison with Vail center. There was an art fair g... Read more

The rooms in this hotel were outstanding, many with incredible views. The bed was really nice and had an iPad on the nightstand with music, things to do, weather and more. The bathroom was exquisite with heated floors and both a shower and a tub for soaking. The roof had both a pool and hot tubs large enough for a small group with a view of the lower slope. There were many restaurants and shops immediately outside of the hotel. We rented mountain bikes and biked down the mountain and all along t... Read more

We booked this 4 bedroom condo, it is part of the Arabelle at Vail Square but this particular condo was in the Landmark which is right next door. Weren't sure what to expect but it was amazing! We had 3 families meet and it was more than enough room for everyone, especially for the kids who loved the room with the 2 bunk beds so they can all sleep together. Each adult room was great with private bathrooms. So convenient there was a washer dryer in the place too. Kitchen was great, with everythin... Read more

The best part of this place hands down was the location and the concierge. Highly recommended if you like the finer things in life. They have a 5 star restaurant that is only accessible via snowcat! This was by far the high light of the trip. The square has everything you could ever want.

Our suite was on the 3rd floor looking straight out to the Gondola and mountains! Room service was excellent, the front desk and concierge were helpful, the food was perfect and the charming pool on the 4th floor was heavenly! After 5 nights, we had to come home. Okay, yes they have all the typical luxurious amenities like robes and slippers. They also have an amazing view and auto/off fireplaces. The rooms are very spacious and the pillows are amazing. I wish our room would have had a balcony, but truly I can not gripe. They are also very dog friendly and have doggie room service.

We stayed here for 2 nights to enjoy summer in the mountains. The rooms were very nice and spacious. The hotel amenities were also very nice. We enjoyed the roof top hot tubs. There is a lot to do right in the area of the hotel and it is also an easy walk to the town of Vail.

For our anniversary my wife and I decided to stay at the Arrabelle and stay in one of their premier suites . We had read reviews stating that this hotel was wonderful and had a five star rating. We like staying in five star hotels. Upon entering our room the heat from not having the air conditioner on was the first sign of problems. The room was in need of up grading and it went downhill from there . We were on the third floor which was good because we like using the staircase so we opened the ... Read more

I wish I had stay longer. I was in Vail a month ago. I stay in town because I read a review that said, she wish, she had stay in town. Since I had never been before in Vail, I thought town was far away. Is not the case. The hotel has restaurants and bars all around. The main street in town is 7 blocks away. The bus is free and the hotel will take you any where in Vail for free and pick you up, and the room is romantic. I highly recomend. PS. Ive been all over and I garantee is good.

My 15 year old and I stayed here in early August and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The room amenities at the Arrabelle are hard to beat! The hotel is right by the gondola and perfect if you're planning to enjoy the summer activities on top of the mountain. The rooftop pool is lovely but very small; there are 2 large hot tubs to enjoy as well. Our room rate included the buffet breakfast at Tavern on the Square. It was wonderful and offered something for everyone.

I had visited this hotel a couple of years ago and thought it was awesome. This last visit was a terrible disappointment. My boyfriend and I traveled from North Carolina (on my recommendation!) for a romantic retreat. The room was fabulous with a fireplace, 2 queen beds, refrigerator and a bathroom which was big enough for all 3 of us "Big Haired Texas Girls". My husband and I stayed at the Arrabelle a week ago and was very unhappy with the overall experience. This is a beautiful hotel in an excellent location. We stayed here a few years ago, and I wrote a raving 5 star review on TA about how awesome the hotel and staff were during that trip. This time was totally different. We have a family of 6. This hotel was one that could fit us all. The hotel was right in the middle of the square. Lots of stores and restaurants around. Right next to the ice rink. It was closed when we went. Their were afternoon snacks after skiing. The ski valet was nice. No walking in boots or carrying skis for yourself or the kids. The ski valet is right next to the gondola and ski lift.

We had the most amazing time at the Arrabelle. From check in to check out it was spectacular. Our children loved all the Christmas decorations and we loved that everything was so close to the hotel that we needed. There is a skating rink (which was not open yet unfortunately) and a play ground behind the hotel. The ski slope is close and lots of trails for nice family walks. We went on early dec and it was great! Enough snow to have fun and the Arabelle is the place to stay at! Not that many guests at that time, we felt like royalty with the warm service we received. The spa is a must visit! The heated bathroom tiles in the room are great, and the bathtub is perfect after hitting the slopes. The bed and pillows are amazing. Service is extraordinary. We will be definitely be coming back!
