"Stayed during Christmas/New Years holiday. Spectacular!! Cordillera was a last minute long weekend ski trip, so a lot of lodges were sold out. This was beautiful on the website and looked 'similar' in person. Needs a lot of updates, clean (or new) carpet. It took an 'act of congress' to get to the room. For second floor accomodations, take one elevator up to floor 3, walk down a long hallway to another set of elevators, then take one floor down to floor 2, and walk way down another hallway. A total MAZE... Views from balcony were fantastic but would never recommend and never re-visit this hotel. The hotel staff was 'unknowing'. "
