Clean rooms, spotless bathrooms, wonderful breakfast. Accommodating staff, friendly and ready to help. Perfect for a business or family trip. I would definitely recommend staying here. Only 15 minutes from Denver International airport and minutes from Eilitch Gardens Amusement Park and Waterworld.

Went to Thornton for a graduation in Greeley. Very nice room and the staff was super friendly. They let my sister set up the breakfast area with food/drinks she brought in for a little party. Room was very clean and bed was super comfortable. We have always enjoyed staying at Hampton Inns and this one was another really good one.

Air conditioner hummed throughout the night but didnt report it so I dont fault the hotel. Its in a great location. Accessible to shopping which is a plus. Other than the humming ac..all was very good! They probably would've offered another room or attempted to fix it. Hard to go wrong when you choose a Hampton Inn.

Perfect for my one night stay in Denver area. Friendly staff, clean room and comfortable bed. Appreciated the complimentary breakfast which hit the spot with some healthy choices. Rooms are fine...not fancy as you would expect for the price.(Trip Advisor has should have a "good" category between average and very good)

We go to Denver a few times a year for family things and try a different hotel each time - until now. This hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, the free breakfast was much better than average hotel fare, the bed was comfortable, and the shower had great pressure and plenty of hot water. I have severe breathing asthma and allergies. There was none of the mildew smell that some hotels get, and no hint of cigarette smoke in the hotel. We chose not to use the pool because the chlorine smell was... Read more

Great location! We traveled all over Denver during our stay and the easy access to the highway made this location perfect for us! It is also very safe, I accidentally left my car unlocked for two nights in a row and I honestly wasn't even worried about it

Stay was okay, but the hotel is old and the cleanliness not up to standards usually set by Hilton. Mold in the shower and bathroom door not functioning. Carpeting in room worth and dingy. The outside landscaping needed to maintained and no warm feeling walking into the lobby.

We booked 2 rooms, one for our Daughter and her family and one for my husband and me. We both had nice rooms on the same floor. You had the best breakfast that I've experienced ever and the staff kept it stocked up through breakfast. The food was excellent and I was very pleased. The hotel was very satisfying in cleanliness and the lady who booked my stay was quite personable. That one flaw that deprived me of a desperately needed sleep was taken away by one person. I'd traveled all day and I so much needed some sleep and I thought the Hampton would provide that.

Be thick skinned when dealing with the front desk clerk with the nose ring. She provided terrible customer service. No welcome to the hotel. Printed my keys, set them on the desk and walked away. I had to ask her directions to the room. She did not tell us where to park or tell us about breakfast. The little discussion we did have is when she was annoyed that I was using a different credit card at check in than the one I used to book the room. I have stayed at Hampton Inns all over the U.S. for business and pleasure. This was one of the worst locations I have stayed at. The staff was very friendly and tried to be helpful, but had no solutions. Just excuses. Upon check-in, the room I selected during e-check in smelled of cigarette smoke. We spent a night at the Hampton Inn in Thornton, CO. Staff is friendly, the breakfast was very good. Room and hotel are clean. If you get to the hotel later in the evening you will have to park in the back. Only concern was the air conditioning, the room had a thermostat, but a sign stated it did not work, and to control temperature using controls on the a/c unit. Use this Hampton because of the location close to Denver. The heavier traffic and parking in Denver make this hotel in Thornton a good choice especially for its location close to the highway. We have always received good friendly service. The rooms are always clean. The complimentary breakfast is very convenient so one does not have to go out in traffic to eat.

Room wasn't even cleaned up, fresh towels etc after being gone all morning. The sofa bed was of such poor quality that my teen slept on the sofa without making it out into a bed. I would not recommend more than 2 people staying in a king suite d/t the poor quality of the additional bed. Also you may want to request that housekeeping clean your room.

We usually stay at Hamptons, the beds are predictably comfortable. Our biggest problem was the AC unit. If you set a temperature the unit will cut on and off all night, the other option is to simply run the fan. Staff at the front desk in the morning was particularly pleasant.

This is not the Hampton Inn you want to stay in! Pull out sofas had most of springs missing so it slept like a hammock and no roll away beds available....water turned off unexpectantly for whatever smelled like bad shrimp. Took two days for a different room...pool was "shocked" and couldn't be used during day. Employees young and friendly, but seemed inexperienced and unable to answer questions or make decisions (like getting a room change). Just a rough experience.

Friendly service from staff and clean hotel. Rooms are a little outdated and furniture needs replaced. Overall we had a good stay. This hotel is an older hotel and there are some maintenance issues that need to be addressed like the back door lock would not let you in. Pop machines did not work either. I highly recommend this hotel UNLESS you need a room with a sleeper sofa. In the first room we checked into, the pull out mattress was unusable. Compared to all the other Hamptons I've ever stayed in, it was clear this was a step below. The room seemed to be a former budget hotel that was renamed a Hampton. Nothing was wrong with it but the carpet was old, the A/C was old and the bathroom was old too. Staff was friendly.

We slept great on the comfortable bed. Hotel grounds and room was clean and the employees were very friendly. The desk clerk tried to be helpful but the business center computer was broken, the backdoor didn't work with two different keys, there was no shampoo in the room. The carpet on the 3rd floor is so old that it is rolled up in the middle. Just not a very good experience and not a well maintained hotel. The rooms all smell of old smoke. The hotel needs a refresh or perhaps a replacement!
