The Terraces at Eagleridge is nestled in a premier location at the base of the ski area only a short walk along a path to the Steamboat Gondola. Although The Terraces is only a short stroll to the Steamboat Gondola, these luxurious and professionally decorated condominiums provide guests with everything needed for the perfect Steamboat vacation.

These twenty-eight luxury condominiums are nestled in a premier location at the base of Steamboat's Mt. Werner. Although The Terraces is only a short stroll to the Steamboat Gondola, the private shuttle is also available to whisk you comfortably to the ski base area or anywhere in Steamboat. Each of the two, three and three-bedroom plus den residences features a grand living room, expansive floor plan and professionally decorated interior utilizing warm country themes complemented by marble and other refinements. Private covered outdoor terraces afford sensational views of the Steamboat ski area and scenic Yampa Valley. After an exciting day on the slopes, relax in the outdoor heated pool or hot tub, or wander the serene Burgess Creek walking path to one of the many fine restaurants and shops in Steamboat's mountain village.

    • Steamboat Ski Resort offers the remoteness of the Colorado Rockies, but is one of the easiest ski resorts to get to.
