Excellent hotel and friendly staff. The room was very clean and comfortable. Adequate free WiFi and a beautiful breakfast area with good food. Traveling from Arizona to Minnesota I was able to book one day in advance and was pleased with the value of the hotel for the price. The price was $90.

When I made reservations I talked to Mark and he was great. Said he would try to reserve us a quiet room on top floor. When we checked in Linda was working the desk. She was so nice and friendly. After being on the road all day it was a joy to talk to someone happy and also efficient!! Sure enough we were given a room on top floor. The room was clean and had plenty of room. Hotel is a good value and location off of the highway. However, the free breakfast was terrible compared to other Hampton hotels. The internet free Wi-fi access for diamond members was horrible. It was spotty at best. I said something to the lady at the front desk when we checked out and she said the Internet is like that there. She said when the weather changes it causes the reception to be bad. It was sunny and gorgeous when we stayed there so I'm very confused. She did nothing to recti... Read more

Needed a place to stay near Glenwood Springs where hotels were fully booked for Saturday on Memorial weekend! Rifle was a good alternative. The city is located about 30 minutes west of Glenwood plus the rates were lower. The room we were in had a king size bed and was very comfortable. Two teenage daughters were in the couch bed and the room is so nice and clean. A ref and a microwave is included. Free breakfast, need to add sausage and bacon though. Lots of docking stations for our chargers. ... Read more

I chose Hilton Honors hotels because they are always good in addition to the honors program. I always find them outstanding--clean, efficient, excellent breakfasts, comfortable, etc. As I stated earlier, I really prefer the shower with glass doors versus the tub and shower curtain. One problem was it seemed the air-conditioners were hard to adjust--either too cold or too hot. The night light in San Diego was helpful.

You're booked at a Hampton Inn and not a Ritz right? You know that the breakfast will be the "standard" hotel food for buffets. It's not the Ritz but there is something for everyone.
