The beds here are so comfy,we got a good nights sleep. The staff was friendly and the room was clean and tidy. The water in the bathroom was not very hot, in fact we had chilly showers. The room was quiet and the WiFi worked well

I stay at IHG more than my own home and am a Spire member. Would be happy to come back here. Very convenient location. Standard breakfast for IHG. Clean lobby bathroom. No complaints at all. Thanks Nicole.

Very disappointed knowing that what we dealt with mothers day morning, was brought to your attention on Dec,2015..We woke up to a missing f350,when asked about cameras,we were told staff walks parking lot with a flashlight, ( not sure that is considered security ). Seemed like front desk was uneducated on how to handle someones vehicle being stolen from THEIR parking lot! No one could even tell us if our truck was in parking lot when they did their flashlight thing..After we used OUR Phones to n... Read more

A very nice, clean hotel near lots of stores and restaurants. The day we visited the temperature was in the 80's and sunny. We were looking forward to using the outdoor pool as the website states "indoor and outdoor pool". There is no outdoor pool...just indoor. Free breakfast is offered which is exactly the same every day at every Holiday Inn. A little variety would be a nice change.

Stayed at this location while driving south on I-25 headed for Albuquerque, It is easy to get to and safe and well lite. The rooms are clean and comfy and the breakfast is better than other Express locations. If we are ever tired on this route we will stay again. The staff is also helpful and polite.

This is a good place, and all we??d expect from a Holiday Inn. It??s a large property for Express standards as is evidenced by their very large breakfast area. Upon checking in I was greeted by a college student manning the desk in a full business suit. I asked him if he had to wear that coat while on duty, because it was blazing hot outdoors. I don??t remember what he said, but it looked strange to me even though he was professionally dressed to the limit. This was just an overnighter, ... Read more

Spent two nights at this place. The rooms looked clean. However, the bathrooms were not. No rubber mats for the tubs, it made showering in the smooth bottomed tubes very dangerous. there was mold build-up at the top of the tub.Two of the towels were washed so many times they were falling apart. I came earlier in the evening on the second night to find that my key card did not work. The front desk went up with me to check on room. It was the same way I left it 9 hours before. the only thing touch... Read more

The front desk attendant was friendly to me. It all went downhill from there. I had black pubic hair on my sheets. Luckily one half of the bed was "clean", so I stayed on that side. There was no hot water. Their maintenance person was gone for the day, and they had no where to move me to. I had to essentially sponge bathe with wash clothes. They seem to be cutting too many corners to save on operating costs to the determine of their guests. They were booked, but in the winter when the tour... Read more

We stayed here one night. Nice new hotel. We had 2 queen beds, but no frig or microwave. I requested a roll away & was told by the man at front desk that he could not give us one because with the size of the room, it was considered a fire risk! Funny because same room in Texas holiday inn gave us a roll away & had a microwave & frig in the room. So one of us slept on the floor on pillows. Free breakfast was good. Bacon, eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, cereal, juice etc. if I would have known no r... Read more

Front desk clerk was friendly. Our room has some housekeeping issues. There was soap scum on the bathroom, stained towels , dirty floor, sleeper sofa has dirt sheets.Paid almost $200 for the room will not stay here again. Complained to the manager but was not offered a discount.

One of the reasons we chose this hotel was that it was new construction. We had a party of three and started in a standard 2 queen beds. It was clean and the beds on the soft side. We had 2 different pillows to choose from, one firm and one softer. We decided to upgrade to a suite for the next 2 nights. After checking into the suite about 3 pm we found the maid just finishing up the room. We asked her to clean the tables which were dirty. After a while we noticed the title floor was sticky and t... 12 hour drive to this place. The room was dirty, dusty, finger prints on furniture, black hairs in the tub, bed, sink. While sleeping our truck was broke into and $2000.00 plus in equipment stolen. Now a 12 hour ride home with the wind on my back. Management did not offer any compensation at all for the over priced room. Bad place to stay, the city is as ghetto as it gets. Homeless people wondering the streets, gangster infested, trashed little city of pueblo. Poor customer service at all locati... Read more

This hotel is far from the Holiday inn express I'm used of staying at.. NO one is ever at the desk when you need them... Cars are being broken into EVERY NIGHT, there is NO cameras to watch your vehicles... HOUSEKEEPING is very poor when I checked in I had a pile of hair on the floor and chips scattered next to the sofa in Clear view... So we always decide to stay at Holiday Inn cause the staff are always nice and they're pet friendly. Well this time didn't disappoint. The location of the hotel was great. The staff were very helpful. We stayed in a 2 queen bed suite and it's very spacious. Enough room for 4 +dog. I love that it comes with a mini fridge and microwave too.

Cat hair was all over the room, on the furniture and there was kitty litter under the sink counter. We did not notice this till our second day in the room as we got in late the night we came in. Who knows how much hair was in the bed we were sleeping in. HUGE allergy risk for someone.

Our room was dingy and not cleaned to our expectations. The mattress was terrible and sunk in the middle (and I'm not one to notice a mattress one way or the other). The kid at the front desk gave me the creeps. However, it was convenient off of the highway.

This hotel was nothing to write home about. It did cost more than what it was worth. I've gotten more for my dollar at cheaper hotels, like a Microwave and a small fridge in the room. The area was quiet at least.

We arrived at this Holiday Inn & Suites @8:45 p.m. extremely tired after a long day of driving. We, along with two other families, waited at least 10 minutes for anyone to show up at the front desk. They were supposedly checking on an emergency on the second floor, however, another guest told us that this had also happened the previous night. This hotel had the least personable staff of any we visited during our two week road trip. The breakfast bar was not well manned either. Just FYI - the ... Read more

Every year we stay at the Holiday Inn Express on our way to Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. It is close to everything we need, and we love to eat at the Texas Roadhouse, which is close in Pueblo. The only thing that I have not liked the last two year was the breakfast. Last year they had no eggs due to some shortage and the sausage did not taste very well. This year there were watery scrambled eggs and the sausage was still not very good and fresh. I'll start off with the good. The lobby is very nice. I didn't eat breakfast during my stay this time. I was totally disappointed with the customer service from employees. The housekeeper never cleaned my room. The housekeeping team only made my bed. They never changed my wash clothes and My floor was not vacuumed. I always have great things to say about Holiday Inn's and was sadly disappointed this time in Pueblo Colorado.

This Holiday Inn could use a lot of work. The beds were saggy, the interior of my room had holes in doors, interior doors would not stay open, closed on their own, had to prop open will pillows or risk walking into a door at night. I requested a functioning clock radio 2 morning in a row before I decided to try another hotel. IHG needs to stay there secretly & see whats going on. At breakfast no napkins, was given sheet of paper towel. Front desk rarely manned, you have to yell to get attention.

Stay at HI Express frequently. The quality of breakfast has fallen off a cliff. Nasty, dry, tasteless omlettes. Pancake machine broken, stale breads, no peanut butter. Turkey sausage looked like hockey pucks. I wouldn't dare try based on how they looked. Step it up Pueblo HI Express. Room was okay but aging fast.
