I'm a bit of a hotel snob...I travel extensively. Because of that, I always look for a Hilton hotel. No Garden Inn so I opted for this Hampton. After driving 1100 miles that day, I was disappointed to get to my room only to find out I didn't have a tub. Stand up shower only. I had been looking forward to soaking in the tub only to find out out, no tub. I didn't bother to find out WTH because I was too tired to deal with it. Worst part...used soap left in the shower! But the girl at the d... Read more

From the minute we, my husband, son, daughter-in-law and 2 children, stepped into thus beautiful hotel, we were treated like VIP's. Mandy, was at the front desk and went out of her way to make our stay very pleasant. Could not believe the large room. A comfortable sofa, microwave, fridge, sink area. The granite tops in both the coffee area and the sink, which was outside and well lit of the bath and toilet area. Great and quick water for the shower. Large soft towels, so many amenities. A... Excellent Service. The minute we stepped in to register, we were greeted with fresh baked cookies that were made in the kitchen by the lobby. The smell of cookies baking and then eating a fresh baked one, Oh they were so good. Then we was greeted by the most friendly host. It just made our trip so pleasant. Then we went on to Denver. The same thing there. We stayed there over night. Then we went back to Pueblo where we stayed there again. We really enjoyed our stay at both hotels.

Will not stay here again, as it's become to expensive for what you're given. Water pressure issues, and floors being dirty in rooms. The floor made nosie in my room. Just cost to much, when other hotels in the area aren't charging as much, and have better rooms. Your to expensive for what the hotel offers.

Had a great two night stay recently and this hotel is great. One of the best Hamptons we've stayed in. Clean and quiet and staff were very friendly. Good location, near many restaurants and I-25. All in all, an excellent stay.

I love the fact that I could check in and select my room a day ahead of time via the web. Also, the front desk person was extremely cordial and made us feel welcome. There are so many hotels/motels that just 'check you in' and leave you with an impression that you are a problem for them. It's so nice to instantly feel a caring human being is taking care of you after a long day driving. You just can't fake that--and the front desk clerk on Friday night (May 27, 2016) did just that. My husband has a conference at the beginning of every summer, and we are fortunate to be able to go with him. This year the trip was to Pueblo. Myself and my two teenage daughters would explore southern Colorado while my husband attended meetings. I found the Hampton Inn to be clean, mostly quiet (Sound carried through the bathrooms?-- nothing that would keep me up at night), breakfast to be fresh and varied with hot & cold food. I did have a bunch of coffee grounds in my coffee (surprised me... Read more

Clean Quiet Friendly Comfortable I usually stay at Holiday Inn Express when I travel to Pueblo, but thought I would try the Hampton, as my friend manages the Fort Morgan Hampton and it has the highest cleanliness rates I have ever seen, so I thought we would make and change and try the pueblo establishment...Everything was great and it will be a hard choice to make between the two hotels when I come back to the area.

Arrived late and the agent was not very welcoming or eager to help us at all. Apparently there was a problem with our reservation and a new one had to be made. You would think that it wouldn't take too long to do so but we were left standing at the desk for a good 20 minutes before we were finally checked in. Hamptons are usually my go-to hotel, but this experience really left a terrible impression. However, the lobby was clean and beautiful, breakfast was just ok. I probably won't stay at this ... I'll be honest ... Oftentimes we use our "points" for stays at hotels and sometimes go for the one requiring the least amount. We drive from Dallas to Denver every so often and stay 1/2 or bit more "someplace." So, we tried this one in Pueblo using our points. What a fabulous place, a special value. From our check-in (a warm welcome with end: "if you need anything else, please do not hesitate to call), on to our room (very spacious and great variety of pillows - so important), to breakfast. Breakfast at this H.I. is stocked and always good quality, esp waffles!

This site was ok. It needs to be updated and remodeled. We were approached by two homeless individuals and were skeptical. Unfortunate there was a teenage boy's basketball team staying on the floor above us. The noise level got way out of control. We contacted the front desk and, after our second request, the noise stopped. A great free hot and cold breakfast is available.

I just never have a complaint about the Hilton Hotel chain. I have one now but I tell you about it with reservations. The Hampton Inn's are such fine hotels that I don't want to mislead a traveler. In the Pueblo north property, the air conditioning is at the foot of the bed. The vents are fixed and point up towards the ceiling. The air then bounces down creating a slight draft in my face. We have been staying at top hotels on our trip so we noticed a big difference. First, the bedding is hard and like previous writer noted the air conditioning is both noisy and blasting. I woke up with a sore throat. The bathroom, especially the shower, is dated and lower quality. Next day's breakfast was OK, but pretty standard for this chain. The priced they charged for this room did not provide a good value. I was disappointed and put it with other 3 star facilities.
