My husband and I planned a weekend getaway for our anniversary, and we had to move our reservation out a week due to a snow storm that came through on our anniversary weekend. We were able to change it at the last minute and they did not charge us a change fee. When we arrived to check in they were able to prepare our room for early check in within an hour of arriving into town. And they remembered immediately to wish us a Happy Anniversary! Our room was nice and comfortable but had some min... Read more

No complaints. They have wifi but we did not try it since we were too busy swimming in the evening. The Days Inn was a relatively inexpensive property. You normally get what you pay for but surprisingly this property while not new sure seemed like it. It was clean and up to date, rooms comfortable and spacious and lots of free parking. Throw in a good location (short drive of medium hike) to downtown Manitou Springs, free breakfast and amazingly friendly and helpful desk staff and you have no complaints. We stayed here three nights Tues - Fri in June. It was a fairly competitive price, considering most Colorado Springs hotels were sold out for the USAFA graduation. The hotel was clean and modern, with spacious rooms and a comfy king size bed. Room included a microwave and mini fridge which was convenient. The free breakfast was plenty - cereal, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffles, bagles, coffee, and fruit. The service was great and staff was very friendly. My only comp... Read more

The hotel is a bit sparse for decorations and lacks character. Plain walls, etc. BUT the stay was amazing. You don't stay at this property for the amenities because its location Manitou Springs is fabulous. Why attempt to create a destination when you are in a destination. The hotel is clean and the bed comfortable. There is a free shuttle a half block away that takes you downtown. The staff is outstanding and friendly. We were on the first floor and it sounded like someone was practicing clogging above us while occasionally dropping a bowling ball. The hotel is being rated down due to the noise. I would stay there again but not on the first floor.

The pool area is very nice, the breakfast is good, and the grounds are kept up very nicely. It's in a good location with easy on/off to Hwy 24. The room was clean and the bed eas comfortable. I liked our room because it was on the same side of the hotel as the creek and you could open the windows and hear the creek. This was really nice at night when going to sleep.

Spent our first night in Colorado at this Days Inn property. What a treat! Emily, the front desk receptionist, was extremely busy answering phones and helping customers, but she made me feel like I was the most important person who needed her attention. The Days Inn is lucky to have you, Emily! And Thank you for the dinner recommendation. I asked for a good pizza delivery business and she recommended Ruffranos Hells Kitchen. BEST NEW YORK STYLE PIZZA ever! Our room was clean and comfy and w... Read more

After waiting close to 15 minutes while five women split two rooms five ways and the transaction was way too long we finally got our room. I expected a quick check in, drop off the bags and continue touring the area. I can't tell you how frustrating it was at 4 o'clock in the afternoon and eating into my vacation time but I'll patiently waited while the clerk chatted up these women for more than I thought was a fair amount of time. The transaction was complicated by the fact that they wanted t... Read more

Hotel is like brand new, and newest hotel in historic Manitou Springs. This is one of the finest Days Inn I have stayed at. The couple of minor complaints by other reviewers, like the suitcase cart has duct tape it, and my shower curtain rod had black electrical tape on one end, are very minor. This is like a brand new hotel. I have concerns that if they cut corners on minor maintenance, what it will be like in 2-4 years, but right now it is the only Days Inn I have ever given a 5 to. B... Your night manager tryed to break into our room. The only reason she did not get in is because we had the bolt on. Otherwise you would have to hire another desk clerk because she would be dead. .Both of us have a permit to carry and instantly had our hands on our guns.

This is a nice place, in an easy to navigate area. You are very close to Manitou Springs and also Old Colorado City just down the same street the opposite direction. The property is nicely maintained, the staff was friendly and my room faced west, with views of Pikes Peak. It was nice to come back late on the second day after being gone hiking all day and be remembered by the desk clerk. I loved the bed. It was so comfortable and had four pillows to mash and smash to make it just right. Th... Read more

Friendly receptionist. Room was clean. Enjoyed TV and mini-fridge. Bed was comfortable. Nice complimentary toiletries. Hotel was reasonably priced; good alternative to staying at Colorado Springs. Nice variety for breakfast. Appreciated the hard boiled eggs as a gluten free, diet free, protein option. Milk was quickly replenished after it was pointed out to the breakfast staff. Overall, very pleasant stay. Thank you for caring!

We found stains on the bed sheet on our first night. when we told the front desk person, she immediately cam and replaced them. She was very apologetic and nice. Second day of our stay, the room service people did not clean the shower tub and left the used soap without replacing with a new one. Breakfast was 2 on a scale of 1-10. $135.00 per night was a rip off. Never again at Days Inn.

Hotel was great. We traveled with our grandson who just turned 10 for his birthday. Hotel was centrally located for all of the attractions we wanted to go to. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They recommended restaurants close by to eat at and the restaurants were excellent. Room was very comfortable and well managed. This property will be one we will stay at in coming visits to Manitou Springs.

This is as clean a hotel as you will ever stay in. The staff were helpful, particularly Jim at the front desk. Must be considered if visiting Pike's Peak or other attractions in the area. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Very quite location.

The front desk said she was giving us a special view of the mountains. Not something we asked for. The room was nice, hotel was quite, had everything you could want but the "view" was the back of the hotel and you could lean your head and see the mountains.

There are plenty of inns, motel, & b&b's around this town. But since I came by Manitou Spring on a fly, I didn't do enough research to find me that "perfect" stay. Drove by here and saw on billboard that its new so decided to give it a try. Very nice place, friendly front desk, room was very clean (with coffee, microwave, & mini fridge), and breakfast was ok. This place is close to both Pikes Peak & Garden of Gods.

Clean room. Breakfast was ok, but ran out of food. Wish it was a bit closer to the shops and restaurants in the tourist part of town. But it isn't far to drive to that area. I would definitely say it's one of the best hotels in Manitou Springs.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Much nicer than any Days Inn that I have stayed in. The breakfast was not the best, hard biscuits and thin batter for waffles. This is not a deal breaker for me though. The cleanliness and bed comfort is the key!

The hotel was in a perfect location. It was clean and very pleasant front desk clerks. I was able to check in early which is rare for a lot of hotel so I thought that was very nice to allow me in room since it was available. What to check in the Jacuzzi room next.
