Hotel was very quiet and clean. I was traveling with my mother in law so safety was very important. Great location for every interest! Staff is extremely helpful. Had an issue with mini fridge not working but staff fixed it immediately. Only one small complaint and that was the breakfast variety. There isn't much. We would've liked to have seen more bacon and sausage. Only one morning had bacon. All the other mornings had some sort of omelet that wasnt tasty at all. Overall, I would stay here a... Read more

I was in Manitou Springs for an athletic competition last week and was fortunate to have found this location. The hotel was clean, newer and appeared worth much more than the price I paid per night. I asked and received a room away from the pool which could get noisy up until 11pm with families, etc. I wasn't able to get to the complimentary breakfast but if it was of the same quality as the room, I'm sure it was good. The staff was helpful and polite and each night was quiet even though some of... Read more

We stayed at this Comfort Inn for 2 nights. A.J. checked us in. He was very accommodating. This hotel is in a very good location. The room was clean, large and had all the amenities. The G.M. (Suzana) is a very hard working lady with a ready smile and will stop whatever she's doing to answer your questions. She was a pure joy to meet. We would stay here again if we're ever in the Colorado Springs area.

My wife and I stayed here on May 4-5. The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast was very good. However this area is old and not an appealing area to stay. I would suggest you stay closer to Colorado Springs and drive to the cog train for Pikes Peak.

We have family who live in Colorado Springs, and every trip we plan there with no hesitation, we book this Comfort Inn as our hotel. It has a GREAT location, right in the middle of all of the attractions. It's very quiet... hardly heard any noise! And it is always SO CLEAN! Probably one of the best hotels my family has stayed at. It's a great hotel-- would recommend to everyone looking for a place to stay in Manitou or Colorado Springs. We will definitely keep staying here! And the price is phen... Read more

We had a lovely, clean, large comfortable room...a balcony but it pretty much overlooked traffic. They provided a good breakfast....very friendly and polite staff....we were convenient to dining, shopping, and area attractions. A great value.

Comfort Inn was clean. The pool, even though heated, was a bit too cold and the hot tub stunk a little. The best thing about this hotel is its location. 5 minutes to everything, Garden of the Gods, Manitou Cliff Dwellings, Cave of the Winds, and downtown Manitou Springs. It is quite a decent hotel for the price. The kids loved the breakfast.

This was a great option for a motel in a small town during a busy weekend. The owner was so friendly, and let us change from a smoking room to a non-smoking room without hesitation, and waived the fee that would usually go along with doing so! The room was very clean, although dated. The pool was clean and perfect during a hot day. Great location!

Really good value for money in a great location near to the old Colorado City which has numerous restaurants. Very inviting venue which is in very good condition. Super room and very good breakfast. Friendly and professional staff. Easy parking. Excellent room.

Great location, close to restaurants, and close to a lot of POT/CANNABIS selling stores. Just in case you needed to know that. Our room had a balcony overlooking one such place, it was entertaining just to watch the amount of people that came and went. Plus, we considered that some really cheap and fun entertainment. Really, it was a great place to stay!!!

Great location. Easy access to Manitou and Colorado Springs. Very clean and comfortable. We were the last to check in on the date of our arrival and the staff kept our room reserved even though they were sold out that day. Breakfast was good too!

As a European loving travel by public transit I found this hotel perfectly located. Easy to get here from Colorado Springs by bus 3 (runs also on Sunday, big plus!) which stands right at front of hotel. Also Manitou Springs Free Shuttle starts from here, so it is easy to get around by bus. Garden of Gods is literally just a few steps from here. Loved the room, it was really quite, even if I got a room close to the road and hotel was full. Breakfast was great, did not expected such a breakfast in... Read more

Our family of 4 stayed 2 nights. Nice location, clean comfortable rooms. Decent selection for breakfast. Close to a great downtown at Manitou Springs, or just a short drive to Colorado Springs. Pool was great for the kids.

This hotel had a lodge feel to it. Great location to Pike's Peak Cog Railway, downtown Manitou Springs, restaurants and shops. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful in recommending a local restaurant. Everything was clean and comfortable.

Great location just outside of the busy areas in town but right across the street from the entrance to Garden of the Gods. Clean rooms and plenty of pillow along with hot items on the breakfast bar made for and enjoyable stay. Would stay here again if in the area.

This is well located and a pleasant, clean place to stay. A plus is that it isn't in the very center of town. We liked it. Breakfast was more than adequate. I was able to print out my boarding pass and that was a plus.

Had a quick overnight stay! Room was clean, beds good! Hallways and breakfast room were very warm. Strong chlorine smell in pool area. Deck off of room was not really usable and no view! Breakfast was typical hotel- but plenty there and very clean. Served the one night purpose!!

Had a nice one night stay here. Very close to Garden of The Gods, although definitely wouldn't walk there. Very close to Old Colorado City which is a great place to shop. Room was very clean and bed very comfortable. Good deal for the price.

This review gets a Very Good on location only. It works for me for business vs. going further into Colorado Springs. Full house right now due to end of summer and proximity to Garden of the Gods + Pikes Peak. OK pool/hot tub. If you're OK with a clean, but tired room and good price, this is the place. I'll stay here again.

Our visit was sort of spur of the moment and off season so we didn't expect much. I love to be pleasantly surprised! We didn't have a reservation, yet they were nice and gave us a perfect room AND it was priced more reasonably than expected! Our beds were comfortable and the room was clean and didn't smell like some I've had the misfortune of staying at. The staff is very friendly. I didn't give it 5 stars because the decor is a tiny bit outdated but all in all, this was a perfect 2 nights ... Read more
