Hotel was very quiet and clean. I was traveling with my mother in law so safety was very important. Great location for every interest! Staff is extremely helpful. Had an issue with mini fridge not working but staff fixed it immediately. Only one small complaint and that was the breakfast variety. There isn't much. We would've liked to have seen more bacon and sausage. Only one morning had bacon. All the other mornings had some sort of omelet that wasnt tasty at all. Overall, I would stay here a... Read more

I was in Manitou Springs for an athletic competition last week and was fortunate to have found this location. The hotel was clean, newer and appeared worth much more than the price I paid per night. I asked and received a room away from the pool which could get noisy up until 11pm with families, etc. I wasn't able to get to the complimentary breakfast but if it was of the same quality as the room, I'm sure it was good. The staff was helpful and polite and each night was quiet even though some of... Read more

We stayed at this Comfort Inn for 2 nights. A.J. checked us in. He was very accommodating. This hotel is in a very good location. The room was clean, large and had all the amenities. The G.M. (Suzana) is a very hard working lady with a ready smile and will stop whatever she's doing to answer your questions. She was a pure joy to meet. We would stay here again if we're ever in the Colorado Springs area.

My wife and I stayed here on May 4-5. The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast was very good. However this area is old and not an appealing area to stay. I would suggest you stay closer to Colorado Springs and drive to the cog train for Pikes Peak.

We have family who live in Colorado Springs, and every trip we plan there with no hesitation, we book this Comfort Inn as our hotel. It has a GREAT location, right in the middle of all of the attractions. It's very quiet... hardly heard any noise! And it is always SO CLEAN! Probably one of the best hotels my family has stayed at. It's a great hotel-- would recommend to everyone looking for a place to stay in Manitou or Colorado Springs. We will definitely keep staying here! And the price is phen... Read more

Comfort Inn was clean. The pool, even though heated, was a bit too cold and the hot tub stunk a little. The best thing about this hotel is its location. 5 minutes to everything, Garden of the Gods, Manitou Cliff Dwellings, Cave of the Winds, and downtown Manitou Springs. It is quite a decent hotel for the price. The kids loved the breakfast.

This was a great option for a motel in a small town during a busy weekend. The owner was so friendly, and let us change from a smoking room to a non-smoking room without hesitation, and waived the fee that would usually go along with doing so! The room was very clean, although dated. The pool was clean and perfect during a hot day. Great location!

Great location, close to restaurants, and close to a lot of POT/CANNABIS selling stores. Just in case you needed to know that. Our room had a balcony overlooking one such place, it was entertaining just to watch the amount of people that came and went. Plus, we considered that some really cheap and fun entertainment. Really, it was a great place to stay!!!

As a European loving travel by public transit I found this hotel perfectly located. Easy to get here from Colorado Springs by bus 3 (runs also on Sunday, big plus!) which stands right at front of hotel. Also Manitou Springs Free Shuttle starts from here, so it is easy to get around by bus. Garden of Gods is literally just a few steps from here. Loved the room, it was really quite, even if I got a room close to the road and hotel was full. Breakfast was great, did not expected such a breakfast in... Read more

This review gets a Very Good on location only. It works for me for business vs. going further into Colorado Springs. Full house right now due to end of summer and proximity to Garden of the Gods + Pikes Peak. OK pool/hot tub. If you're OK with a clean, but tired room and good price, this is the place. I'll stay here again.

Our visit was sort of spur of the moment and off season so we didn't expect much. I love to be pleasantly surprised! We have stayed here three times in the last two years and come back every time we're in the area. This year it served as a midpoint to Montana and we stayed on the way there and on the way back. This was a great place to stay. The bed was wonderful, the room was clean, modern and well appointed. The bath was nice with a good shower, the toilet was a little close to the tub and door, but not really a big problem. There was a balcony on our 2nd floor room, bu it was tiny so we didn't really use it. Breakfast was about what one would expect, the eating area was very clean and the food was plentiful. I researched the area of Manitou Springs and there's a lot of rich history in this town. My pick to stay in this hotel was based on price, location and value. My hunches were right. The Comfort Inn in Manitou Springs is a great place to stay. Lots of parking, close to the town and the Cogged Railway, lots of eateries close by but most important, clean, spacious and attractive rooms at a value price.

We have stayed at a few Choice brand hotels. The staff was friendly enough. The hotel is a little worn and needs some TLC. Our room was okay, the tub in the shower had a hole in the floor. The fridge was unplugged, the pool lights were not turned on for guests, the toaster in the breakfast nook was broken. There seems to be a lack of attention to detail. The parking lot is a little tight for those of us with BATs or BASUVs. Just some things to consider.
