Great place to stay. Clean, roomy and comfortable rooms. Easy to get to and so close to shopping and great restaurants. Love the fact that there is an actual sitting area for visiting with fellow travelers. Only thing I wish would change is the fact that the shuttle doesn't run on week-ends.

If you are in Denver on business, this establishment is excellent and worth investigating. Well appointed rooms, soft-yet-firm beds, and a good assortment of breakfast items make it a no-brainer for the executive on the road. Nearby restaurants and attractions help the evenings wind down, and not far from Central Denver and it's entertainment.

I had to book a room last minute on a Friday night and the Hyatt staff were quick to find me the last room! The room was fantastic. The night check in staff were very quick to check me in and tell me about the amenities. I was pleasantly surprised that they had a complementary breakfast bar and that the hotel bar was open until 12:00a.m., not that I was up to an evening nightcap. The breakfast bar did not disappoint and had many options. I would not hesitate staying there next time I'm in the ar... Read more

Cost of available counter food is high (>$10.00 for a sandwich wrap?). Hotel room was funky with closet in middle of room, bathroom separated (sink in bedroom area?), bathroom was for a handicap person (not requested by me), and TV was placed on wall in such a way that it could not be comfortably watched in the living room. Overall, good hotel. The staff is nice but I can't say they went above or beyond during my stay. The breakfast is a nice option for guests. Cost $135/nt before taxes.

Family stayed here for 3 nights, August 4-6, 2016. Room and overall was average or a little better. Very disappointed in the breakfast setup. There was not adequate staff to clean up after guests finished their breakfasts, so we had to clean off tables as best we could on two of the three mornings. There was food debris all over the floors throughout the area. Very nasty in this regard. If you're okay with this, it's a good hotel, or you could skip the breakfast part.

We travel a lot and this is the worst stay we have had. 1) A/C didn't work initially, 2) toilet issues. Waited 45, called a second time and we begged for someone to at least give us a plunger. Finally someone brought us one and we fixed it ourselves 3) only one outlet worked and we didn't realize our phones hadn't been charging through the night until we tried to use the hair dryer the next morning. The only working outlet was by the bed so we had to frantically dry hair and partially charge... Read more

This hotel is located in the perfect spot! It is literally walking distance to pretty much anything you need. The rooms are clean and the bed, pillows and bedding are all quite comfortable. We enjoyed the free breakfast and the 24 hour food service as well. This is a great place to stay for a Denver visit.

It was a great location to shopping and dining. The staff were all nice. We stayed one night. During our stay we had plumbing issues and our toilet would not flush. We called front desk and they sent someone within 10 min to fix it. Also the pillows on bed were very soft. Overall it was a good stay.

We stayed here while attending the Denver Broncos Football Game and loved it. The location is awesome and surrounded by so many restaurants, shopping and plenty of things to do. It's approximately 25 minutes from the airport and the Mile High Stadium. It is also near the highway. They serve free breakfast in the morning, no made to order food, but a variety to choose from. The staff at this hotel is so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The hotel and the rooms are very clean and neat. Plenty o... Read more

This hotel is as nice as I could ask for. It is immaculately clean. The rooms are very spacious and nicely arranged. The AV connections are state of the art. The breakfast buffet is varied and very good . The scrambled eggs are the best i have ever had in a hotel buffet. The lobby features a nice selection of pre-made but very fresh wraps and salads. There is a small bar. Overall, they work very hard here to get the small things right, so the big things take care of themselves.

We had a great time at this hotel during my daughter's birthday, we wanted to give her an American girl doll as a surprise and good thing this hotel has an AG package, the hotel is very close to Am Girl store so it was perfect! They even personalized the welcome note and gave my daughter a birthday card signed by staff, really made us feel welcomed. The American Girl bed for the doll really made my daughter delighted, giving her a hint that she would have a doll and we took her to the store afte... Read more

Great stay, close to the airport. I arrived on a late flight without having had dinner. They had a hot menu awaiting me and I was grateful for it. Breakfast was not the usual boiled eggs and Eggos, but instead a wonderfully diverse hot and cold selection. No hassles, just a great night's sleep.

This was our second stay at this location, the staff is very friendly and professional. The fact that breakfast is served is a plus for us. The rooms are large and the beds are very comfortable, the accommodations do not disappoint. There is lots of shopping and many restaurants nearby.

I only stayed at this property for a single night. Overall, the hotel is more than adequate for business trips. There are plenty of chain restaurants nearby and even a mall if you need to pick up any forgotten items. The condition of my room was goodâ??my only issues were a bad odor in my room and the mini fridge was very loud. I would still recommend this property to other travelers needing a comfortable and affordable place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay. Our little dog was welcome & did very well. The staff was friendly & helpful. The room was clean & comfortable. Breakfast was very good-much better than the usual hotel buffet. The only thing I missed was a bathtub. There was only a shower.
