This is my go to hotel when I am working at the DTC. It's convenient to my office, just off I25 and close to the Landmark center for a nice sampling of restaurants and even a movie theater. The staff is always top notch and helpful, especially Nick and Helena at Zink's Bar. The hotel has had a massive facelift including the main lobby, as well as the lobby and bar areas. During construction room availability was scaled way back but they are fully up and operational at this time. Heading bac... Read more

This hotel is fantastic. The entire staff was super friendly and accommodating. It is also located right off of the interstate so getting to where you need to be is a breeze. If you are looking for a place to stay that is clean, quiet and friendly this is the hotel to go to. And it's of course perfect for anyone that has a sweet tooth. Who can beat free, fresh cookies at check-in? I thoroughly enjoyed my star and I will be back.

Just what you would expect from a Doubletree. I stayed on the 2nd floor which had some construction. This is good from the standpoint that my room was newly updated but bad from the standpoint that there is furniture in the halls and quite a few rooms being worked on that produced a bit of a mess. With that said, I didn't hear any noise from this construction. The hotel has a quirky layout as well. Almost like two nearby buildings were joined together. Not a bad thing but definitely made f... I chose the hotel because the facility I was going to recommended it for the curtosy van to and from, it had a restaurant and a coffee bar. Well the coffee bar was closed, so no basic sandwiches or soft drinks. I decided to order room service from the restaurant which was very good if it had been hot. I couldn't sleep with my balcony door open for fresh air on the 6th Floor because there are no screens. The curtosy van forgot to pick me up after my medical appointment. Stayed at this Doubletree for a family event. Location is great. Three blocks from the light rail station which allowed us to take a great trip downtown without having to drive. Lots of good parking. Good outlets around the bed. Good workout facility. Breakfast was good and the staff was great. I would stay here again. But not perfect. The layout is unique, it could use a lot more signage. We have stayed here often and prefer the Jr. Suite, however it was not available on short notice. This time, we stayed in a King room on the sixth floor with a beautiful South facing view. On a beautiful clear Sunday morning, we could see Pike's Peak 70 miles away in the distance. The hotel has gone through a recent renovation, and is very clean and stylish. It is an older hotel with an Atrium design. It still has the same old clunky elevators. There is an indoor pool and an outdoor pool as well... Read more

I made a quick trip to Denver for a meeting and arrived later than expected. The representative working the front desk was very inviting and had my room ready within a minute or two my arrival. Very good location for Tech Center business. Small but nice pools, inside and out. Needs a little TLC in outdoor pool area but they are working on it. Rooms are very nice with very comfy beds and good, consistent AC. Good restaurant with very friendly staff. Menu is good but could use more small plate options that aren't as "trendy". Overall, it was a decent experience during our stay. We had a room with a view to the mountains, though we weren't able to see them very clearly on most days due to the cloud cover and the distance. We did enjoy a fun treat in that we got to watch the fireworks from area municipalities as we were here over Fourth of July weekend. One negative was that the air conditioning didn't work very well, so we would turn it off for a few hours, then back on again. Usually it would work more or less for a ... Read more

Hotel kicked us out a day early DESPITE HAVING A GROUP CONTRACT WITH THE CORRECT DATE! A/C didn't work for half our 9-day stay -- in JULY! Wifi didn't work at all. Breakfast was provided to the groups (softball tourney in the city) and it was horrible. The room wasn't even ready for check-in at 6:00 on a Sunday night. Horrible service as we were literally thrown out due to the hotel's mistake in making the reservation. We had to scramble to find a $200/night room elsewhere.

Both of our two-day stays were a WOW experience from start to finish‚??one on a weekend, one mid-week. Customer service from various employees consistently exceeded expectations. (Thanks, Collin, for going the extra mile to make us comfortable.) Oversized rooms were spotlessly clean. Restaurant prices were more business-class (think "expense account") than family-friendly, but gourmet dishes from the in-house chef used fresh, healthy, quality ingredients and did not disappoint. It's generally hard to find a hotel that exceeds in every area, but I rated this hotel a 10 in all categories. The service was exceptional. They have a staff that genuinely enjoys their job and treats each guest like a VIP. The food and drinks in the bar/restaurant were that of a fine dining experience. I presume the chef is world class - the menu certainly is. The facility from the lobby to my room and everywhere in between was impeccably clean and inviting. The quality and caliber of th... Super professional and warm staff despite a very busy five day stay. Several events on-site, yet staff responded wonderfully. Breakfast team knew us by name (and drink order) by the second day. Breakfast featured a great variety, and super omelets cooked to order. Housekeeping did a great job despite how busy they were. The front desk checkin truly felt like we were coming home!

The Doubletree Denver Tech Center provided an excellent experience for me. Had a floor designated for Honors members. Staff at desk some of most friendly and helpful I've ever experienced. Attended an event in one of their meeting rooms and the staff their was also excellent. Great stay at a very affordable price!!

Most of them time, I'm happy with a friendly smile at check-in, a polite hello in the halls and a clean table at which to eat my breakfast. But it's clear that customer service is a priority at this property ‚?? and it shows. From the moment I walked in (a couple of hours before the room was supposed to be ready), the manager behind the front desk was quick to offer to keep our luggage until it could be delivered once our room was ready. The digital checkin, key and checkout was handy in some ways but too impersonal! It was difficult to find my room and access the digital information. Because my room was as far away from the front desk as I could get, and I hadn't accessed a map, the desk clerk had to give very long, confusing verbal directions. Next time just hand me a map. Very clean, well decorated hotel with fantastic service. I was there for a wedding and the desk clerk volunteered that the hotel was providing a shuttle from the hotel to the wedding site. The Zing restaurant was outstanding and we enjoyed drinks at the sports bar later that evening. Even though we were only there one night, I felt like I was on vacation at a 5-star resort.

The service at this hotel is poor and not sure if steps are being taken to address that especially as I wrote to the GM. We landed at 1pm for a 8 night stay and were pretty coldly told we are early and when we came back at 3 the room still was not ready, the lady at the front desk could not have been any more rude. The location is brilliant but suggest you find an alternate hotel rather than this one in vicinity.

How can you go wrong with a pizza? Well - I ordered a tomato and mozzarella pizza from the hotel's restaurant. I received a cold cheese and hard pepperoni pizza. The pizza did not have any sauce and the cheese was hard. It was not fresh. It was essentially cheese bread with hard pepperoni that you can buy packaged at the grocery store. This hotel is basic at best. The staff needs to better trained and the service is mediocre. You can't check-out early and they don't accept checks. The room service fees are outrageous and dessert (tres leche cake) was unappetizing. Parking was an irritating inconvenience because there are 2 parking lots: one big lot on the left side and a small lot on right side of the hotel.
