We stayed here one night during a 12 day traveling trip. This was one of the nicest rooms we had during our trip! We were given a room right across from the pool. Terrific! Also, the location was near a lot of restaurants, bars, and shopping. We'd highly recommend this hotel!

Very nice hotel. Stayed one night between traveling to AZ. Comfy beds, nice staff, great breakfast. Pool area only had one table in there...left for nowhere to set stuff down really, but not really a huge issue.

The Holiday Inn was very inviting. We walked in to the smell of freshly baked cookies, the staff was extremely friendly, and it was clean. The pool is the only reason I gave it a 4 star out of 5, it was cloudy, and didn't appear to be well cared for.

Stayed here for one night recently while passing through on our way to Salt Lake. Everything pretty good. the room was comfortable and sparkling clean. The only problem was figuring our the heating/cooling fan. It was noisy and kept us awake until I simply shut it off. Also, the room was a total of $220 which was a little high for what we got. We have no plans to be in Grand Junction anytime soon and if I was, I'd probably find another place.

The area was busy and our preferred hotels sold out so we gave this a try. If we hadn't been so tired we would have moved on. To be fair it seems like most hotels in the area have thin walls and this is no exception. You can hear the people upstairs and next door plus traffic noise. You can also hear the water flow from the bathroom. The bed wasn't comfortable so OK for 1 night but not worth more than $80 no matter how busy the area is.

I don't give out many 5's, especially to chain hotels, but this place deserves the high praise. The rates are reasonable, the hotel is clean and the staff is responsive. I won't look any further than this location next time I'm in Grand Junction.

Stayed here for two nights on a business trip to visit a facility in the area. This hotel was quite nice; my room was actually one of nicer I've had in a HI Express, including a separate sitting area and separate area for the fridge, microwave, kitchenette-style sink & coffee maker. Coffee maker could have been a little cleaner. The only downside I noticed was the breakfast area could stand to be a little bigger, as it was filled during a morning rush (staff had a little trouble keeping some ... Read more

The hotel location is pretty good: right across the street from the Mesa Mall and many stores and restaurants, plus there's a gas station, Starbucks and a general store virtually 3 min. walk from the lobby. The hotel exterior and interior looks all new and nice, better than other Holiday Inn hotels that I've stayed in (and I've stayed is MANY of these). To get to a higher level, they really need to pay attention to the "little" things: they ran out of water and cookies in the lobby during the we... Read more

What a great location for our family as we passed through on our way to the Moab Arches! The breakfast was filling with many good choices. The pool and laundry facilities met the needs of the whole family!

Nice to see a hotel offer soy milk and gluten free muffins. Hotel was clean and in a good location. We did day trip to Moab which was really was not that bad with speed limits of 80. Pool was nice and warm but hot tub did not work

We have a family of 6 and the 3 bed suite was perfectly suited. Great staff and decent continental breakfast to get you started. Our beds were comfortable and the rooms are spacious and clean. Rooms also have mini fridge and coffee maker. Pool and Hot Tub were also clean and open until 11 pm.

We arrived here after a long drive from Las Vegas. It was dark outside, and we had no reservations. After some problems with the 1800 number, trying to use our points for free night, we finally got a room. The lady at the front desk was very helpful. Jennifer? We were only there for a few hours, to sleep and shower, this was good, safe, clean, nice landscaping. Not much of a view from the room, but not a problem.

My husband and I stayed one night following a terrible experience in a hotel in Utah. We were touring the west on a wonderful trip. The Holiday Inn here was perfect with nice staff, good breakfast and a lovely little town with friendly people. The beds were great and the room very clean. Would stay again in a minute.

We are repeat customers at this HIX in Grand Junction, CO and have always had an excellent experience. This stay was unplanned & we were not able to make advance reservations. When I asked the desk attendant if there was a 'king' available, she gave me the option of a 'king suite' or a 'king for hearing/visually impaired'.I requested the king suite to prevent occupying a king that might be needed by an impaired visitor. The cost of the king suite was more than expected, but without an advance reserv... Read more

3 of us stayed in a room. The room was good sized and you didn't bump into the bed while walk by. There was only one luggage rack. Also the room only had 2 sets of towels until we asked for more. The room could have been cleaner. The shower was dirty. The breakfast was the regular fare and the eggs were better than most. The service was good.

We stayed here one night on a trip to Colorado National Monument. Friendly staff, clean, modern, quite ... everything you expect from a HIE. The lady tending teh breakfast area was especially friendly and attentive. No complaints, highly recommend if you are in the area.

I will definitely come back to this location on my next trip to Grand Junction. Upon check in I was greeted and treated wonderfully. I had booked two rooms and since they knew it was a family vacation they got us as close as they could they had said. When we got upstairs we were so excited to find out we had adjoining rooms! The rooms were clean, comfortable and we slept very well! The free breakfast was outstanding! The hotel was pretty busy and they kept everything full. The decor in the break... Read more

We brought our High School Marching band for the State championship in October and the hotel was so accomodating to our large group of teens. The staff was so nice, friendly, and OVERLY willing to help. Joclyn who does the food was over the top nice, the kitchen was clean, the food was good, hot coffee at all hours and our rooms were super clean! thank you for helping make our State Championships one to remember (and the band took First)

We had a wedding anniversary to celebrate, and this Holiday Inn was very comfortable, receptive, had coffee available in the lobby as well as iced lemon water (we drove in from Denver to admire the autumnal colors). They have a restaurant in house, but the usual light breakfast buffet was not available, though the in room coffee was a Keurig unit with the K cups and mix-in items. The accomodations were great, and the staff very attentive to our needs. We will go back to this one!

We stayed here on our way to Breckenridge. These places are always clean and the standard breakfast they serve works well for us. The price in this location is very reasonable. It is near a good number of restaurants.
