Hotel main areas were clean and updated, pool and hot tube were also nice. We ended up in a wheelchair accessible room which was nice because it was very spacious. Rooms were very clean, modern, and comfortable. We had our 2 small dogs with us which they allowed with an additional charge but it is worth having them with us. We would definitely stay here again.

Needed a place to pit overnight on drive from Denver to Moab and on return. Close to I-70. Pool was nice, indoors. Staff friendly. Horribly uncomfortable beds. Had hair on pillows. Room appeared clean. Bathrooms clean. Thin walls, could hear stomping in halls outside, next door and above. Prepaid rooms, otherwise would not have stayed twice. Same experience with beds and hair in 2 rooms. Woke up at 730 both mornings to just get out of there. Wife did not sleep either night. Poor... Read more

We booked this to be near airport for flight the next day. We love Holiday Inn Expresses and stay in them often. The one here was not near airport. There was no free breakfast here and the cafe closed for the day at 9:30 so you couldn't get lunch. The noises (apparently from construction within the hotel) made it impossible to sleep in the morning. We had planned to relax in the evening and binge watch our favorite TV series on Netflx with our computer but, even though there were 2 HDMI cable ou... Read more

Booked a stay with award points. Found out that the free breakfast for kids would not be offered because I used points. We decided to eat elsewhere. Would have had free breakfast if we had stayed at the other Holiday Inn Express. Not the best policy for how to treat a loyal customer. The bar tender was excellent and all staff was very friendly. The pool, hot tub and excersice areas where all nice. The rooms where nice and we'll taken care of. The hotel is close to the airport and interst... Read more

Stayed here for a family visit. There is some pretty major road construction on Horizon Drive at I-70 as the city installs roundabouts, but don't let that deter you. We had a nice stay and this would be a good choice if you're flying into town. The pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained and rooms were comfortable and quiet. (We were not on the side facing the Interstate, so I can't speak to any noise from the highway) There's a full service restaurant and small bar, we had a nice b... Read more

I called to book this room based on a recommendation from my club. The reservation department representative convinced me to reserve a King Suite since it was myself and 3 kids because 2 of us could sleep in the sleeper sofa. They don't have sleeper sofas. So I had to purchase a second room. $400 to stay in a pet friendly hotel with the people's dog above me dog barking from 4 in the morning on. I will never stay here again and I will make sure my entire club is told not to ever again. The wifi ... Read more

I didn't stay here because their rates were a little high so but my employer booked a seminar here. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and everything went very smoothly. I'd be happy to conduct a seminar here again.

A little tricky to find as it is tucked away off Horizon Drive and along I-70, but the staff is what makes this a gem of a stay - the expected amenities and rooms from an HI property, but from the Front Desk to the staff in the restaurant and bar, everyone makes an effort to make your experience in Grand Junction better - my 2nd time here for work and really, the staff is what brought me back even thought it is farther out than my other options (really close to the airport though) Extra kudos t... I wish I didn't have to write this but I feel strongly about customer service in my go to brand of Holiday Inn properties. On Thursday 06/16 our daughter was med evacuated (flown) from the emergency room at the Memorial Hosp. in Craig CO to St. Mary's Medical Center in Grand Junction CO. Due to complication from gall bladder removal two days before, this situation was quite serious and required immediate attention above and beyond the resources at Memorial in Craig. So my wife, grandson, ... Read more

Being used to traveling on I-75 through Georgia, it was a bit of shock experiencing the lack of exits, places to stay, and places to eat on I-70. Also being unfamiliar with the entire area, we really didn't know what to expect when we booked our room approximately 6 hours before arrival. However, we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel is right off the interstate with a view of the mountains. However, it is a little difficult to find the entrance road. There is a restaurant on property which i... Read more

Our family called the 1 800 number and booked 4 queen rooms from Ticaboo Utah. Knowing we would be checking in late at night. This is a good half way point to stop at, driving back to Denver from Lake Powell. I would highly reccomend having two employees at the front desk at night during the summer months. The poor guy so nice and was over whelmed when 10 people all walked in at the same time to reserve a room or check in. People are tired from traveling all day and waiting in line for 30 to 40 ... We came to Grand Junction for a baseball tournament. They were more than willing to accommodate our team, served us a private team/family breakfast each morning and allowed us use of the shuttle and conference room, as needed! A snafu at the beginning of our trip for my family's room --the management went above and beyond to help us! Will definitely stay here again the next time!

There were a few glitches with this stay. The AC goes really low (which was nice) but the room was so humid as were the hallways. Housekeeping was quite loud in the morning with banging doors nonstop. The breakfast in the restaurant was subpar, but the server was really nice! The views of the mountain range was nice to wake up to every day.

Stayed here on June 22, 2016 as part of work travel. Nice hotel, clean on modern. Staff was very friendly when checking in and check in was fast and efficient. Was initially put into an 80 degree room where the AC was set at 72 so clearly not operating properly, went back to front desk and was switched to room across hall. Desk personnel commented that the room I had originally been put in had AC problems the day before. Odd that I was put into a room with known AC issues. I quickly put my lug... Read more

I ended up picking this hotel after my room caught fire at the nearby Ramada Inn. (The Ramada never even ended up refunding me, horrific service) I'm glad I made the switch this hotel was very pleasant and the front desk clerk went out of their way to help me with a wheel chair since I was staying in CO post surgery. They agreed to hold my room while I decided if I needed to book another night. I really appreciate the young man who assisted me and my husband both evenings I just wish I'd gotten ... Read more

I booked a room online, was given a rate, paid with credit card for a non-refundable room. My daughter checked in, she gave her card in order to check in, which they charged unknowing to us. After calling the hotel directly, the person would only refund her card if we scanned our credit card to him. They should have the record of our card and be able to retrieve the documentation. We stayed at this hotel for our anniversary. I had no idea what he had paid until I found the receipt in our house. Then I was shocked. We did not have any extra expenses on our bill so it was just the cost of the room. We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights it cost $506. This hotel was definitely not worth that price. Breakfast was not included and when we went downstairs to eat breakfast all of the tables were a mess and the wait staff was very unprofessional. Then when we had a couple drinks at ... Read more

Here for one night on a business trip. Check in was quick and smooth, room and rest of the hotel were clean, and furnishings were up to date and new. Noise level in the room was loud. One could easily here conversations, TVs and baby's crying in adjacent rooms. Hallway conversations were also easily heard in the room. This was a big downcheck, as it made sleeping difficult. Booked a room over the weekend and noticed both the sink and bathroom were not draining water. Front desk was called and informed of issue and notified that issue needed to be resolved. I stayed at the Crossroads Holiday Inn Express for three weeks while on business. The staff at this hotel are its greatest asset. I found everyone to be warm, welcoming, accommodating and pleasant. This is a nice and large Holiday Inn property. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. The first thing I noticed upon entering our room was the height of the ceiling. It is amazingly high/elevated for a motel. The room is spacious. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The bathroom is also large and well lit. The room was very clean and we had a very nice stay. I would certainly consider staying at this property again if I'm in the area.

The hotel is beautiful, the staff very friendly, but I travel for business and need a good nights sleep. The beds in my room were horrible. The bed actually squeaked every time I moved, I believe the box spring was bad and the mattress so soft that I rolled into the middle. In addition, the room fan was so loud, no "low" adjustment and too hot to turn off. Very friendly staff. I stayed in a king suite, which was comfortable and clean. There is a nice restaurant/bar off the lobby. The restaurant is a bit over priced, but I suppose you are paying for the easy of not leaving the property. The food is good and if I am in the area again, I would happily stay here again.
