The accomodations at this location in Glenwood Spgs, CO were very inviting and clean. There are many nearby activities. I'd recommend going to one of the other Hot Spring locations other than the main big place. There tend to be fewer kids and is quieter and more relaxing.

We often stay at Hamptons, but this one is not as nice as most. There was no hot water in our shower at 9 in the morning. We had to unplug the air conditioner because it was so loud. There are no toilet paper holders, just a roll of toilet paper and upon arrival were told the room we requested was not available, because the air wasn't working. The facility could have used a good sweeping and vacuuming.

We were two Brits on a long drive from Monument Valley and it was refreshing to be greeted by a delightful Jamaican/Brit soccer fanatic on check-in who used the popular British expression "Cheers mate" (Thank you). We needed to move our room away from a noisy roadside and this was easily accomplished. Sound advice on where to find a good steak was appreciated and proved an excellent choice. All-in-all a very comfortable night.

Very good service but mediocre standard of hotel, not really value for money. But what stands out is the cleaning, have rarely seen such a clean room after the daily cleaning. Very surprised, we found that there were paper plates and plastic cutlery for breakfast. If you are interested in the Iron Mountain Hot Springs (separate review - very positive), this hotel is in a great location. Great stay while we were in Glenwood Springs to visit the hot springs and do the Hanging Lake Hike. We had 5 in our group (2 adults, 3 kids - girls weekend out) so we stayed in the suite - plenty of room for everyone to sleep, and only a little coordination to share the bathroom. There was coffee and fruit available all day, and the included breakfast had something to please everyone. Hotel was wonderful and location is walk-able to the Hot Springs Pool Also the hot tub is open till I think 11pm that is great. Only negative is that there were a lot of kids, treating it like a play area. There should be a time later in the evening for children; say: "No children under 13 after 9pm" so the adults can have a short quit time. Sadly we didn't get to use the hot tub due to all the children playing in it.

Needed a room after a long day of work. Pulled out my phone and booked a room using the Hilton app. Checked in, flopped on the bed, and was pleased to find the bed as comfortable as any other Hampton Inn. Gotta love consistency. Had breakfast in the morning. Unfortunately, breakfasts at hotels are not what they used to be. Not bad, and since we were the first in, it was hot, and as fresh as eggs in a bag can be. This is a great place to stay when visiting Glenwood Springs! You are within walking distance to most attractions, the staff is extremely accommodating, and the rooms are spacious and clean. And the warm cookies waiting in the lobby at 5:00 make it feel like you are coming home to see Mom!

Hot tubs and warm pools, homemade cookies, hot breakfast and next to the "tram-cable cars" going up to the adventure park! Just spent two fabulous days taking in Glenwood Spring's attractions and this hotel was perfect to come "home" to with its hot jacuzzi and warm indoor pool, fireplace and truly helpful staff. Hope to have the opportunity to return.

If you are coming to Glenwood Springs for business or pleasure, this is the hotel to stay at! Sure, you could stay at some special local based hotel for twice the price. But, why not stay in a reasonably priced hotel, with clean rooms, and a great staff? Then, spend your time out enjoying the town!

Initially was going to stay across from the Amtrak station at the historic Denver Hotel. That would have been a big mistake. Parking, location would have all been problems. The room we stayed in Room very comfortable; first floor looking towards cable car with trees outside the window. tHE WINDOW OPENED ALSO TO ALLOW FRESH AIR instead of manufactured air. The breakfast was great. The people who worked there were very helpful. Great location, real close to "private" hot springs and walking distan... Read more

The hotel is located next to one of the most beautiful drives in the Rockies. The town has everything. The room was very comfortable. I am coming back in four days and looking forward to it. Great staff at the desk!

Duwayne was amazing!!! Can't say that enough. He was extremely personable, had wonderful recommendations for places to go as well. We will definitely be back to Glenwood Springs, and more importantly we will definitely be back to stay at this hotel.

This hotel is not up to Hampton's usual standards. The elevator smelled really moldy. The room was dirty. I have my doubts that the sheets were changed on one of the beds. There was hair in bathroom (toilet and shower). The beds were really old and squeaky. We stayed there because we were too tired to complain or change hotels. I just wouldn't stay there again.

Your staff at the Hampton Hotel in Glenwood Springs was amazing and very friendly and helpful with any questions I had. The room was clean and ready when I arrived, it was an over-all outstanding experience that I'll share with everyone that travels to the Glenwood Springs area. Your Hilton/Hampton Team should be proud of this staff...

We picked this place for the location and the indoor pool and hot tub. Our daughter enjoyed the fresh chocolate chip cookies in the evening and I enjoyed the complimentary coffee. The pillows were soft and comfy and we all had a great night sleep. The breakfast had options for everyone and I felt it had a little extra detail. The staff was also friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again

The hotel was just OK. It seemed a bit over-priced for the quality of the hotel and rooms..The beds were very hard and my wife was so uncomfortable she was not able to sleep well during our one night stay. The rooms were clean, breakfast was just okay, but the complimentary cookies were good!
