A friend and I stayed here while she attended a conference/workshop at Denver University. The workshop provided a shuttle to and from the venue, so that made this hotel convenient. In addition, I'm a Hilton Honors member, so I get credit for the stay. The location is great. A left turn from Kentucky onto Colorado is difficult, but if you go around the block you can make a left at the signal at the intersection of Mississippi and Colorado. Access is easy from I-25, even if Colorado Avenue traffi... Read more

Remodeling has finally been completed throughout so it not only looks good but feels good as well. Breakfast was good and well maintained, the rooms comfy. Staff were pleasant and helpful. We are in Denver at least once a year and I'm glad we can come back to this property now that it is in better condition.

Check-in was a breeze. Our room was bigger than expected and was more complete in terms of amenities for an inn. Complimentary items (breakfast, internet) was appreciated. Reception staff offered to pack us breakfast when we had to leave before complimentary breakfast was ready. Sales staff our also very accommodating of our request.

Everything you would expect from a Hampton Inn. Great service at check-in and throughout our 3-day stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Wi-Fi was solid. Pool had lots of chlorine, maybe a little too much? The 2 pieces of workout equipment were average but worked for me. I believe they have a discounted deal with a nearby work out facility. And be forewarned, when they say breakfast ends at 10:00 they mean it. Door comes down at precisely 10:00! (which is reasonable because they've been serving ... Read more

Location was very central to all the areas I need to go to. A bonus was great restaurants nearby, as well as a Starbucks right next door. It was easier to access the hotel early morning or early in the afternoon, but evening and night was more difficult due to traffic.

The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. We had a problem with a couple of things (smoke in hallway and noise) and they took care of it immediately. Rooms were nice and very clean, as were the amenities. Breakfast was very good and staff kept the area quite clean even though they were very busy.

We had so much fun in Denver over Memorial Day weekend! The hotel staff was very friendly. Erica gave us excellent suggestions for places to go when we arrived. Downtown Denver was a short 10 minute drive away and there was plenty of food and shopping nearby. Breakfast was really good in the mornings (I honestly was shocked lol) and the Jacuzzi was perfect for relaxing in the evenings. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again!

We stayed here for six nights. The hotel is very clean, staff is very nice and friendly, and it was quiet. Bed was comfortable and we slept well. We had a king suite with balcony and mountain view on the 4th floor. The housekeeping staff was wonderful and kept the room immaculate. I would suggest trying for a room on the top floor for the very best view. There was construction going on a new building directly across from our room, but they only worked 7-4 on weekdays. This location is solid. It is quiet and easy to get to. The beds are great, staff is perfect and rooms clean. The breakfast is dependable but lackluster if you want to eat real eggs and so on, but good to lean on. Not too many options if you are gluten free. Great Whole foods hot bar breakfast is across the street opening at 7am. Starbucks is really close too. The in-room fridge temp is not adjustable and I had two fruits go bad in two days:( wasted money.

If your staying for location to downtown it was too far away. Definitely not a shirt cab or Uber ride. If your staying for free breakfast remember you get what you PAY for! And the worst incident they charged my card for an extra night without my authorization and refuse to ensure end discuss it with me. They claim I called and authorized the charge when I was on an airplane back to North Carolina. Never stay at this hotel!

We stayed 3 nights while in town for a family wedding. The room and bathroom were very small. The breakfast buffet was not very good so we ended up eating out each day. Only icky powdered creamer for the in-room coffee pot. Lots of construction in the area. Good that it was close to a Starbucks and a Whole Foods. Will spring for nearby Hilton Garden Inn on my next trip to Denver.

I booked a suite for the first few days, as four of us were staying together. When two left after a couple days, the remaining two moved to a regular queen room. The suite (#606), honestly, was not great. It smelled like armpit (from the a/c unit maybe?) every day, causing us to keep the patio doors open, and the unit needed serious paint/fixup - it looked like just a cut above Motel 6. This hotel was a shuttle-serviced hotel for a major professional event held at the Denver Convention Center over several days. The hotel itself was an Excellent value with Very Good to Excellent service and facilities but transit time to the meeting was so unpredictable, I was late to 2 of 3 morning meetings. A friend who came to the hotel also thoujght it was hard to find even using GPS app.

Everything from walking into the door until I left, the service was great. The rooms are always very clean and the breakfast is a fresh start to the morning. I will definitely stay again when visiting Denver. There are also plenty of food options in the area and some deliver late, which is a huge plus. Free internet access is a huge plus. I never feel like we should pay for internet in this day of age, but call me old fashion. Your stay here won't be disappointing, I promise that. The in room co... Read more

The beds and pillows are uncomfortable. The air conditioner was loud and ineffective. The fan would blow for 45 seconds, shut off and then 2 minutes later the air conditioner would kick in for 15 minutes, then repeat again in 15 minutes. Pillows were tiny, bed was old.

Enjoyed my stay here. Agent during checkin was super helpful when I asked for suggestions for a walk, and shopping. Room was nice size. I liked the bathroom layout as far counter space, and towel rack, but little small, especially with door opening inward to bathroom. Breakfast was very good compared to hotels of different chains. Enough places nearby to walk to for a bite to eat. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Very favorably impressed by all aspects of this property near Cherry Creek shopping center in Denver. Close to a Whole Foods, a Starbucks (but there is complimentary coffee in hotel all the time) and a Barnes and Noble next door.

Please change the sheets regularly. I'm not sure if it was a cost saving's measure, but I was there for 5 days and am positive the sheets weren't changed. After noticing that the bed, after my first night, looked like it was just" straightened up" I decided to mark the bed sheet on the corner, with a pencil, to see if it would be changed. It was not for my entire stay...which has got to violate some corporate policy and or industry standard. If not then, I think you guys should inform guests tha... Read more

Hotel was fantastic! Nice big hot tub, good housekeeping, comfortable beds. Only negative was weekend breakfast offerings & a weeklong closure of the pool & hot tub during our visit. Location close to shopping, good food, and close to I-25.

I have stayed here 7 times in the past 14 years and have never been disappointed. Simply put it is a great place to stay. Breakfast is of better quality than most places I've stayed in on other cities. Beds sleep well and staff is friendly and helpful.

Our trip to Denver revolved around care at National Jewish Hospital. Offering a discount to NJH patients and a very convenient shuttle service to and from were really nice. Every staff member was totally pleasant and helpful.

Another Hampton Inn which punches far above their weight i.e. price. Reliable quality. Clean cozy large room. Great soundproofing, good sleep. Real breakfast, and they also offer other options if you need to purchase some other meals. When you need your sleep, and put that "dont disturb" tag, it is actually respected. Cleaning crew is not hollering and banging all over the place. Much more expensive places cannot match this quality.

Some of the kindest people in the American hospitality business work at this hotel. Effort was made to accommodate requests and the staff was unfailingly polite and pleasant. I noticed that there were several guests staying at this site while receiving treatment at some of Denver's world class hospitals. The hotel actually has a shuttle bus used for the sole purpose of transporting their guests to these hospitals for their appointments. I also observed special considerations quietly being honor... Our stay was very professional from start to finish. Easy reservations, when we were running late to check in, desk was very kind and understanding. Eager staff in all departments. We would stay again when we visit Denver. Location was awesome if one prefers visiting downtown offerings like museums and parks.
