The hotel has a nice location, great setup, and excellent prices for when we stayed. We traveled to Frisco for mother's day with the family, and the unique setup of 3 queen beds was perfect. The overall look of the room and comfort was very nice. The hotel seemed clean and had a great setup as well. The staff was very curteous and attentive. The Pho restaurant smelled great, though we did not get a chance to taste it. However, there seems to be a lot of work and upkeep needed at the hotel. Inclu... Read more

We needed to have a reliable booking for our visit to the area after travelling through Tahoe, Salt lake City, Yellowstone, Whitefish, McCall, Steamboat Springs and down to Frisco. My family and I were pleasantly surprised by the friendly smiles and helpful nature of the staff. Our room met with our expectations and we were able to use this place to unwind after each frenetic and wonderful day of skiing at most of the surrounding ski fields. A memorable time and will do it again.

I've given two different Baymont Inn's my business over the past few months. In my opinion the Super 8's I've stayed in were better properties for the price paid. The Lobby areas are nice & welcoming but the rooms suffer neglect & abused furnishings. The Included breakfast at this particular Inn while having a decent variety of items was generally unappetizing. The hot foods supplied were mostly barely cooked enough to be edible and most of the pastries offered didn't appear to have been bak... Read more

The air conditioning worked on and off, so half of the time it was intolerably hot. Pool and hot tub were inside, with about 15 loud kids playing, jumping, and yelling in the pool. Pho was decent but had two couples at the bar cussing up a storm and asked to stop by the waitress after a complaint from a woman. Overall, descent and tolerable but not anything great.

We stayed for the annual BBQ Challenge, which was really fun. The location of this hotel is convenient and we liked our room setup. The shower was good a strong. The room was clean. The breakfast was terrific and seemed to run longer than some hotels, which was nice. I took away a star for two reasons 1. We like to have a cup of coffee in the room first thing in the morning. This is an old musty hotel that has a fresh coat of paint and few new fixtures. The front desk personnel are unpleasant and one lady is downright rude. They were not helpful and we did not enjoy this stay. The lobby has a bar area full of dirty old workers getting drunk after a work day. We were heckled by one when we were walking into the hotel. I went down to the front desk and the young land at the desk was right up to resolve the problem. It took her 3 or 4 trips to the sheet closet to find ones that were not in stained/poor repair. The spa was hot and spacious. Could probably accommodate 10 or more. The hot breakfast was nice too... Much nicer than the "continental" breakfast offered by other chains. Don't let the slightly run-down lobby and hallways fool you. My room was updated and very clean. A hot breakfast is included with the room, and it was well stocked and very good. Negative: there is some slight noise from I-70, the walls aren't super sound-proof inside, and the ambiance next to the freeway leaves something to be desired... but none of this detracts from my rating at this price point.
