Really nice accommodations, friendly/helpful staff, reasonably priced (for off season). Pool and hot tub were just right; nice Vietnamese restaurant/bar; good hot breakfast! Would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises! ???

The hotel has a nice location, great setup, and excellent prices for when we stayed. We traveled to Frisco for mother's day with the family, and the unique setup of 3 queen beds was perfect. The overall look of the room and comfort was very nice. The hotel seemed clean and had a great setup as well. The staff was very curteous and attentive. The Pho restaurant smelled great, though we did not get a chance to taste it. However, there seems to be a lot of work and upkeep needed at the hotel. Inclu... Read more

right off I-70, close to Breck, & not far from Keystone, this hotel was a great choice for a short ski weekend for my family. room was clean & quiet; some of the towels were even soft! Pho restaurant is legit.

We needed to have a reliable booking for our visit to the area after travelling through Tahoe, Salt lake City, Yellowstone, Whitefish, McCall, Steamboat Springs and down to Frisco. My family and I were pleasantly surprised by the friendly smiles and helpful nature of the staff. Our room met with our expectations and we were able to use this place to unwind after each frenetic and wonderful day of skiing at most of the surrounding ski fields. A memorable time and will do it again.

We're upgraded at no cost when we checked in due to our room not being ready when we checked in. We checked in a little early, but the front desk attendant, Kate...was so accommodating, professional, and kind. The hot tub and pool were nice and the bed was very comfortable.

I've given two different Baymont Inn's my business over the past few months. In my opinion the Super 8's I've stayed in were better properties for the price paid. The Lobby areas are nice & welcoming but the rooms suffer neglect & abused furnishings. The Included breakfast at this particular Inn while having a decent variety of items was generally unappetizing. The hot foods supplied were mostly barely cooked enough to be edible and most of the pastries offered didn't appear to have been bak... Read more

This is an older hotel that has had some upgrades. The pool and hot tub were clean. The outdoor deck needs a makeover. Older furniture and outdoor carpet and not cleaned frequently. Our room could have been cleaner. The rooms are on the small side. My biggest complaint is the hotel management and how our complaint was handled. We needed to rooms one night at 9 p.m. due to a bathroom malfunction that couldn't be fixed. The staff was kind and moved us to their suite was is much nicer than th... Read more

The air conditioning worked on and off, so half of the time it was intolerably hot. Pool and hot tub were inside, with about 15 loud kids playing, jumping, and yelling in the pool. Pho was decent but had two couples at the bar cussing up a storm and asked to stop by the waitress after a complaint from a woman. Overall, descent and tolerable but not anything great.

We stayed for the annual BBQ Challenge, which was really fun. The location of this hotel is convenient and we liked our room setup. The shower was good a strong. The room was clean. The breakfast was terrific and seemed to run longer than some hotels, which was nice. I took away a star for two reasons 1. We like to have a cup of coffee in the room first thing in the morning. The coffee pot was single serving and there was only enough coffee provided for one person even though we were in a ... Read more

This is an old musty hotel that has a fresh coat of paint and few new fixtures. The front desk personnel are unpleasant and one lady is downright rude. They were not helpful and we did not enjoy this stay. The lobby has a bar area full of dirty old workers getting drunk after a work day. We were heckled by one when we were walking into the hotel. Not fun for the kids. There were yet more drunks at the pool/hot tub area. To top it off, there was clothing left over in the closet from a previous ... Read more

We were very impressed with the accommodations at the Baymont. We also felt that we got a great motel for our money. The staff was wonderful, and the room was better than most other chains where we stayed. Thank you, Baymont.

Unique room option available, we stayed in an oversized room with 3 queen beds. Hotel has several grocery stores close by and is easy to find. The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was dimly lit and breakfast was not available until 06:00am. We also had difficulty controlling the temperature of our room. Overall, the stay was good.

The room was great, nice and comfy bed. The only problem I had was at night the A/C would turn off since it looked to be on a sensor and the room would get too hot for me. The window didn't look like it opened it had many handles and one was broken off.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was a little smaller than I would have liked but met our needs. The staff was not overly friendly, but the checkin and check out process was easy and fast. My kids enjoyed the pool and the breakfast.

The hotel was fine, swimming pool clean, but our room did smell like dogs.. nit horrible but you could smell it. We didn't realize it was animal friendly. Have nothing against dogs but not in our hotel room. Lots of restaurants near by. Staff was ok.

Great experience all the way around! I did however request a room with a view for the fireworks but was given a view of the highway instead. Also your pillows for a King size bed are far too small.

We were there over July 4th holiday. Our room was large, clean and well maintained. The maid service was good except on July 4 when the maid was a no show. The front desk gave use towels and waived the room safe fee at check out. Fair enough.

My husband and I don't go to Breckenridge very often, so this hotel was new to us. The bed was fine and clean. I gave this hotel a three because it was average. Fairly clean. There were some minor things that we a bit yucky. The towels were as scratchy as possible. The sheets as well. The corners of the rooms were dirty with dust etc..... We were able to bring our bikes up to the room at night. I would stay here again if need be, just bring my own towels. The windows don't open...this really bot... Read more

Facility is in a convenient location and has standard amenities, but the condition of the building was poor. The air conditioning in my room wasn't working and maintenance never came to fix it over my 3 day stay despite my repeated requests. The building and room decor was outdated and felt cheap.

I can't say enough about this property. Deneb is great, John is cool and everyone else is very pleasant. The property is very well kept and the view from the hot tub is superb and from the rooms. The beds are fantastic and dreamy. Breakfast is also excellent and included. Love the place. Kind regards, Friscoboy

Overnight stay on my way home from vacation. Clean quiet room, but air was a little stale. I would have liked to be able to open the window to get fresh air, A/C is only Off or Cool/Heat. I didn't check out the breakfast as I had brought my own, the room had micro and refrigerator.

We were at the Baymont Inn & Suits Lake Dillon for a family reunion. In general the place was clean and in good repair. As I prepared for bed, I found that the sheets were stained. I went down to the front desk and the young land at the desk was right up to resolve the problem. It took her 3 or 4 trips to the sheet closet to find ones that were not in stained/poor repair. She was cheerful, understanding and definitely made the extra effort to make me confident and comfortable.

This hotel is located next to I-70, and close to ski areas and other mountain activities. The rooms are clean and spacious. It is across the street from Safeway, a block from Whole Foods, and within walking distance to a variety of restaurants. A co-worker who ate at the in-house Pho restaurant stated that the food was very good. Breakfast is plentiful, and presented nicely. The staff were all friendly, and I was particularly impressed with the young lady who checked us in and was graciou... Read more

We stayed at the Baymont Inn on July 18, 2016. We chose the Baymont because it was close to an event we had reserved in Frisco. The room was clean, but faced I70 with a lot of road noise. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the breakfast was mediocre. Overall, our stay was adequate for the low cost of the room.
