We love this hotel as we have stayed here every year for the past 7 years. We have occasion to visit Fort Collins at least once a year and this is our favorite place. Though it is starting to show some wear and tear, you can't beat the friendly staff. Everyone from housekeeping, to the front desk, to the great breakfast staff, were courteous and nice. The location is perfect for anyone visiting CSU and there are many nice restaurants and shopping close by. It's also a good jumping point for... Read more

The hotel is located on Harmony - very busy but very accessible. Fairly close to the college (we were there for our son's Master's graduation). The hotel staff was kind and friendly. The rooms were spacious and it allowed for my wife and I to spread out among the two rooms. A refrigerator allowed us to store our perishable food items. The biggest and really only complaint was the breakfast. The omelets were made from a pre-fabricated, dare I say eggs? They had the consistency of mildewed ca... Read more

We stayed in the Homewood Suites during grad week in Fort Collins. It was a very good experience. Clean rooms, friendly staff, good rates. Very nice to have a suite over a regular hotel room. For our extended stay, the daily rate was less than other options in the area. Centrally located with restaurants and grocery stores easily accessible.

We stayed at this hotel for about 10 days while our dog was treated at the Flint Animal Cancer Center. The suite we stayed in had a kitchenette and a separate bedroom/bathroom and living room area. The facility and the room was very clean for a pet friendly hotel. In addition, the air quality in the room was not too bad. Although, I was prepared and wore a mask because I am allergic to some dog breeds and cats. Overall, I would say that the staff were very professional and friendly. The ... Read more

We stay in Homewoods and Hamptons frequently. The front desk told us on check out that renovations were coming. We did not get the room we requested--one room suite--but our reservation may have been too late. The couch cushions were stained and the furnishings were shabby. The breakfast not up to speed. We are wary when eggs, sausage, etc. are not hot but lukewarm at best. We were asked if we wanted some accommodation but did not request it. Next time we may out other options.

We stayed in the Homewood suites while traveling north through Fort Collins. We found the hotel to be clean and comfortable with friendly service. We redeemed Hhonors points to pay for the stay, so I can't comment on the price. Check in was fast, friendly, and efficient. Our room was large, clean, and comfortable, which I have found to be normal for the Homewood Suites brand. Parking was free, but the closest parking to our room was on the street. This was an excellent hotel for what we were looking for. We planned on mountain biking and visiting the local breweries. We stayed from Saturday-Thursday. The breakfast each morning was good, usually consisting of eggs, sausage and potatoes. During the weekdays they have snacks and drinks during happy hour. They were pretty good each night as well. Now we were there over the weekend and are returning again for a weekday stay but the breakfast folks were either undermanned or inexperienced. They were paving the parking lots so we pulled into a parking lot with a trailer and discovered there was no way out. It was also over 100 degrees and our $200+ room had no A/C. The front office gal was so very helpful but for that kind of money it was an awful evening. The portable units she brought in finally dropped the temp to 73 around 4:00 a.m. If the parking were available and the heat wasn't so stifling this room would've been great. But it wasn't so it was awful.

We had to travel to Ft. Collins to have our Collie evaluated by the Colorado State University veterinary school hospital for a potentially life-threatening illness. The hotel got us a room on short notice, near the back entrance and access to the pet "relief" area, and were understanding and helpful in allowing us to wait most of the next day in the comfortable room instead of in the heat of our vehicle or the less comfortable hospital waiting room. Great breakfast as well!

Hotel was nice enough (dining area, lobby, pool) but the rooms need some updates. Beds weren't the most comfortable, the carpet was in need of repair and the furniture needs replaced. The pull-out couch in the room we stayed in needs to be thrown out as it wasn't even comfortable to sit on, let alone sleep in. I was a little worried at first, homewood has this smell. It's the cleaning solution they use I think. It's not the smell that's bad necessarily, but it's always so very strong. I'm very sensitive to odors, and I can get headaches from strong scents. The room was thick with the smell when we checked in. However, when we got back from dinner, the odor has completely dissipated. I was so relieved. Everything else about the room was great too. Clean, large, we loved the one bedroom suite, we could ... We enjoy going to Fort Collins, Colorado. The Homewood Suites is a good hotel for us. The location is good and I need the kitchen facilities. And there are good restaurants nearby. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean.

This hotel is clean, spacious suites as well as a fabulous breakfast and free Internet. They also offer complementary snacks in the evening. My bed was a bit uncomfortable. That's the only thing I can really say.

If you get Josh as a server he is great and very personable. The hotel room I was in needs some touch up paint on the door but besides that it was nice and relaxing stay. The prices on the meals for dinner and breakfast are great.

This hotel was ideal for my husband and I. We were visiting our son in town. The location was convenient to the highway and to all the activities we wanted to do while there. There's a grocery store across the street. We drove toward the mountains and enjoyed Horsetooth Reservoir. The Old Town area is also convenient, as well as the CSU campus. This hotel was settled more in a quiet neighborhood.

What a great home away from home! This hotel was one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed at. I am in the hotel industry and I can guarantee you that they take pride in this location. Great job to the staff and management!!

Very friendly staff, clean room. Great value for the money. Had my daughter's birthday party there. They gave the girls a bag of flavored popcorn and a happy birthday sign. We had double king joining rooms- spacious.

Price was affordable and location was good for most things in town. Stayed on Thanksgiving eve and enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Complimentary evening social had free micro brews from New Belgium Brewery and a good food. I would definitely stay here again if in the area.

We had a great stay and the staff was great. Great accommodations for our dog. We were disappointed that we could not attend the dinner social on Thursday night and wished it had continued into the weekend. It looked like it was well run and everyone there was enjoying themselves.
