The hotel is surrounded by good places to eat and shops. The staff is always very helpful. The amenities are good, beds are super confortable, bathrooms are clean. The breakfast selection is wide, although I'm getting tired of the same stuff always served at every Holiday Inn since a couple of years now.

We had a great stay at the Holiday Inn! Our room had a very comfortable bed. The hot tub was very relaxing after a long day of shopping in Fort Collins. Then we enjoyed their fresh baked chocolate chip cookies! In the morning, the staff puts out a nice spread of baked goods, fresh fruit, eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy, juices, and coffee to get your day started right.

My last stay at a holiday inn express in Lamar, co was not a good experience, the housekeeping did everything to avoid cleaning our room so when we stayed in Fort Collins holiday inn express we were amazed by how great the housekeeping was, they did an awesome job, we were there a week and our room was cleaned every day and had clean towels and linen, thank you to the housekeepers who cleaned our room everyday.

Stayed there for a CSU graduation this past weekend. They were accommodating, gracious and able to meet all needs. As u can imagine, it was a crazy time with full capacity and graduation frenzy; they were terrific at every turn. Love this place!

I had a reservation at another hotel in town and upon checking in I found my room was very dirty. It was almost midnight and I needed a new place to stay. When I called the Holiday Inn Express I was told I had a King room ready for me and was welcome to come right over. When I got there a woman named Sally assisted me with my check in. She was friendly, kind, and warm and got me checked into my room swiftly and easily. After a long day of travel and frustration my experience with this hotel was ... Read more

Spent two days at the hotel for travel to RMNP. Hotel is clean, staff friendly, Excelent breakfast. The best part of the stay was the in room Keurig. Room was clean, But our room was located on the HWY side of the building. Traffic noise could be heard.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for our 19th Anniversary. We chose this hotel because they had Kind Rooms with Jacuzzi tubs in the room.. The room was very comfortable with a fantastic bed (extremely comfortable) and great pillows. It was very hot this weekend and thank goodness the rooms had great A/C. The only thing that we had to complain about is the internet/wifi was spotty at best. Some times we couldn't even get online. I had to use my date on my phone for some things. That is the o... Bad experience. My family stopped here overnight on our way to Boise, ID. We were told that the sleeper sofa was sleep ready. When we got to our room the bed was not made. We had to call front desk for them to tell us where the linens were and had to put the bed together ourselves. After laying down, my wife noticed that we were laying on a pillow with dried blood on it. My wife and I were completely disgusted. I took the pillow down to front desk. After a quick apology and being told they would... Read more

I paid $184 for a single night in a room that didn't have a refrigerator in it! I was traveling with a couple of ice packs for a recent injury so it was quite inconvenient. There was no way to chill my bottled water either. I always stay at Holiday Inn Express hotels when I travel for pleasure, and I stayed in three different HIE's last month. HIE's virtually always offer a military discount, and the other two I stayed in the same week did so, but this HIE would not offer any discount becaus... Read more

Stayed here just one night before dropping my daughter off for CSU orientation. All employees we encountered were extremely nice and very helpful. The room was clean and very nice and spacious .. The bed very comfy and the bathroom large. In a lovely part of town too. Would have been nice to have a fridge in the room but wasn't a necessity. We very much enjoyed our stay!

We were passing through Fort Collins and needed a place to stay for the night. I booked a room for two queen beds paying upfront with no cancellation fees. When we arrived around 7PM, we were given a king bed with a sofa sleeper with the explanation that there was some convention in town and no rooms were available with two queen beds. A sofa sleeper is not a good alternative to a queen bed, so our kids were very uncomfortable having to share that little bed with the foam mattress. I didn't a... Read more

Thank you for a nice stay, the hotel seemed full yet it was quiet, and pleasant. I'd like to thank Sally, your night clerk, for the fresh coffee, and her willingness to accomidate our coffee needs at such a late hour. We'll stop again next trip through.

These hotels have the most comfortable beds! We checked in kind of late and left early, but the room was quiet and clean. The breakfast was just average, but good for a free meal. The rate was a bit pricey, but I suppose it's the location.

Nice, clean, modern, basic, hotel. Room was comfortable, clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great location. Staff helped us with directions to Olde Town. Breakfast offered several hot items as well as pastries and cereal. As an added bonus the full length mirror in my room made me look taller and thinner. I would have paid extra for that. On the other hand, the mirror at the second floor elevator made my arms look fat and should be removed immediately. I would stay here again.

Our bus group of 54 people stayed July 11, 2016. The hotel is great and the service just wonderful. One of the guest in our group had a health issue and Sallie at the front desk went out of her way to help. She is an angel. Thanks so much. Dan with Heartland Travel

We stay at quite a few holiday inns. This one has been the strangest. First of all, you don't get a fridge or microwave unless you stay in the suite. Second, we don't remember ever getting charged for a crib. If you're not worried about those things then it's not so bad. It's very clean of course.

We had a very nice suite. Clean and roomy. Although some people might like a soft mattress, we found it a little uncomfortable but we like a mattress with lots of firmness since we have back issues. The front desk employees were always very friendly and the breakfast was standard hotel quality

This staff cares about their property. From the great staff members at the front desk and the clean rooms and common areas housekeeping cares for, I would recommend this hotel for families too as they allow community groups to make use of the lobby area! I have stayed here a couple times now and have had no problems. I will stay here again.

I am a frequent traveler and an IHG Platinum member. I have stayed in many HI Expresses. This one in Fort Colins could have been a 5 star but I hit it on a bad week based on other reviews. First the pros: Front desk staff is exceptional, helpful and friendly. Common areas and room were clean and comfortable. Location is off main road close to where I was working, as well as shopping and restaurants. Breakfast was standard HI Express fare. Cons: There are only 2 ice machines, and one broke for ... When did they start taking out the refrigerators and microwaves from hotel rooms? If I was staying one night it wouldn't be so bad but I had two rooms at this hotel for five nights and it was very inconvenient not having a fridge. I was told that only the suites have refrigerators now. Yes there is an ice machine down the hall but its not the same when you want to take a cold bottle of water with you out into 90 degree weather. This area is big on outdoor activities so hydration is big here. If... Read more

The Staff were pleasant and helpful. The Hotel.... not so much. Room had pealing wallpaper, cracked tile and chipped bathtub. The laundry room was out of service when we arrived and was still not open when we left 4 days later. The room rate was different for each nite of the stay, not sure what that is about. Over all I would stay again as it is close to family.

We stayed here at the last minute, so I could not negotiate a good deal on the room and we had a dog, so that was an extra $30. Our dog is well behaved and it is ridiculous to charge $30 for a dog sleeping on it's own bed. Charge me all you want if it tears the place up. You have my credit card. Just stayed at two other hotels who waived that fee. I won't be back to this one. But it was clean and the staff was nice. But that fee for nothing, makes me a little crazy!

We loved our stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, housekeeping did a great job cleaning our rooms, the bed was comfy, and the giant pillows were GREAT!! Breakfast was great-usually eggs, pancakes, sausage or bacon and the other usual breakfast items. Pool was warm, hot tub was nice my only complaint would have been it would be nice to have a mini fridge in the room. We'll be visiting a lot over the next year & this is where we'll likely stay.

I come to Ft. Collins monthly and happily stay where my budget allows. This trip it was here. Great location near dining options and shopping. South FoCo, i guess. Lobby is very clean. As is the rest of the place. Room was long and big. Microwave, fridge, coffee maker. Liked the disposable utensils as i went to King Soopers for dinner. Bathroom super clean. Tub spotless. We stay in the Fort Collins area at least 3-4 times per year and choose to stay here most of the time. On the south end of the city but still a short drive to downtown and CSU campus. Quiet rooms, nice excercise room, nice indoor pool and the well known breakfast. As long as the price stays affordable, will continue to come back for more.
