This hotel really is all about its people. From the moment I walked in to reception, to the moment I left I always felt welcome. Very friendly, knowledgeable staff who always bent over backwards to help. Rooms were clean, I had everything I needed. I will definitely be coming back.

Front office and restaurant was service you expect. Room service should have stayed at a super 8 for it was below that level. They ran out of cafinated coffee k cups for days. All decaf. Towels not replace on a regular basics.

The beds were very uncomfortable & hard. The restaurant was very clean & staff was extremely friendly and helpful at all times. The pool could be a little bigger but it was nice & clean. The hotel is very modern & so nice having a fridge & microwave. We traveled with a baby so heating a bottle in the middle of the night was easy!

I was impressed by the lobby layout and the uniquely tasty cookies that are left out. My only negative opinion about this hotel was the loud min-fridge that kept me up during the night. At some point I eventually figured out how to wedge my arm in to unplug it. I wish these were only available on request. Now that I know how to unplug the fridge, I would still probably return and recommend this hotel because of the location and the rest of the amenities.

Nice fairly clean room, good amenities, including an evening bar open until 10PM. Breakfast service was absolutely horrible. I waited 40 minutes to get my order without once getting an update or an eye contact of any sort. Continental breakfast leaves much to be desired, very little selection.

Very nice stay. Comfy beds, great AC, nice bar in room with Keurig (including tea for us tea lovers), microwave, and refrigerator. For those of you who are tired of the tasteless boring free breakfasts, the Hilton offered a lower cost alternative. They offered two yummy breakfast options: $9.95 for made to order and $4.95 for cold breakfast bar which had tasty items such as fresh fruit, homemade oatmeal with several toppings like fresh blueberries, fluffy rich waffles, large moist muffins, and ... O.K. I was really hoping for a better rate here. This property blows. The rooms are just so so. The beds are horrible. We were staying for 3 nights. We checked out the next day. For the price of this place, I expected more. I have stayed at Hilton Garden Inns before and loved them. This one is more of a Holiday Inn. Move on!

The Hilton chain for the most part always have clean, nicely furnished rooms and this one is no exception. The staff were friendly and helpful. The cooked to order breakfast was great. The server checked on us throughout the meal and offered to add additional items that I had inquired about. I did not realize that they had a van which would have taken me to the downtown area. That probably needs to be made known. Other than that, I have no complaints.

I booked 2 nights here way back in March or so for a July family trip to Yellowstone. In looking back, I'm not sure why I selected this hotel instead of a Hampton Inn. The hotel itself was nice. We complained each time and were told it would be fixed. found out the housekeeping staff were lieing, said there was a DND sign on the door. I even had a manager to come and look at the room. I usually like Hilton properties in general. I can't say anything bad about my room or the room service as they were both up to Hilton's good standards. As I was walking around by the lobby, restaurant area and pool, I noticed that having clean windows was not a high priority. Just assign someone to clean a couple of windows per shift and you'd get to all of them in no time, right?
