The room needs TLC. The lamp shade was worn out . The lamp it self needed to be wiped down. The bathroom needs some up keep the tub drained it the whole tube needs to be replaced. The bed needs to be to place. This is the 9th level. The Concierge level breakfast was okay. The pastries tasted old . The eggs were not cooked were soggy. The sausage was not cooked it was still pink. We paid 8.00 dollars to self park which I think was a joke. That Started in March. We stay here cause it's in walki... Read more

The price was inflated because of graduation weekend. They charged 8 dollars extra to park in the lot. The reservationists were not very customer oriented. My girlfriend found a cockroach running across table put a glass over it. We told the people at check out, but he did not care did not even say sorry. Probably never stay at a Hilton again

The hotel is well located near College street, where one can find several restaurants. The staff is nice, the check in was fast, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Yes, they are somewhat dated, but I did not think that this took away from the experience. The meeting rooms work well for what they are designed for. I slept very well.

We come here regularly and decided to try the Presidential Suite on the 9th floor. It was roomy and the ceiling to floor window in both the living room and the bedroom have a killer view of the Rocky Mountains! There are two bathrooms (entry and master bedroom) and a couple of closets. No in-room bar amenities, but the concierge lounge is just three doors down and it is our favorite part of this hotel. This room definitely needs an update (which I understand they are doing this summer). Every... Read more

We checked into the Hilton on May 20th, 2016. Our room had a lousy view of the roof and maybe the a/c unit and parking lot....okay, we were there to rest and go to the graduation near by on Saturday morning at 8 am for Fossil Ridge high school. One of the first things we did was use the toilet. It started to overflow at the first flush. We called the front desk. A very nice man came with a plumber's friend....no luck. We stopped here for one night before we stayed in Estes. The lobby and atrium remind me of Embassy Suites with each floor visible from the entrance. This place is great for kids because there is a ton of room to run around. The fitness center is average with three treadmills and some other equipment and the pool area is tiny but my kids loved it. I would stay here again if we ever stopped in Fort Collins on our way to the Rockies.

This aging facility has inconsistent service. WeFi access was difficult to set up, and some front desk staff did not have the knowledge to help. The non-smoking room smelled of smoke. I was only offered a handicapped room, and the shower covered most of the bathroom floor with water. Cleaning staff forgot to replace coffee pods and shampoo.

Hilton has a big name but it's not a big experience. It's overpriced for what you receive. Quality has gone down hill and isn't much better than Holiday Inn. In brief: Poor accommodation at an exorbitant rate, on the hotel's "executive floor" no less - outdated and worn out furniture and fixtures, totally inadequate air conditioning and window insulation (in 90+ degrees), no refrigerator in the room - from a cost/value point of view the worst hotel experience I have had in a long time!

With me, Hiltons are hit and miss. Some are just plain old. This one, in Fort Collins, is very nice. The best part is the staff. 100% of the staff were nice and caring, and someone was always at the front desk (unlike some joints). The room was ready ahead of time. We stayed here on a good deal (for Denver area) through a 3rd party site. The hotel has an impressive interior and lobby area, but unfortunately that seems to be the best part of the property. Dissatisfied with our stay. We checked in late and checked out early so we did not report our dissatisfaction with house keeping. I'm sure they would have addressed the problems if they could have. Some of our complaints were an unclean bathroom with hair on and within the folds of the towels and in the bathroom. Not anywhere near downtown you now have to pay for parking. I had to cut my trip short due to illness and was charged with a $50 your not supposed to leave yet fee. Very bad vibe about this place. There are better options out there which I will be using in the future.

The staff is excellent, & the hotel itself is pleasant, but dark. They keep it dimly lit. The restaurant lunch & dinner food is pretty good, the bar is good, but find someplace to go for breakfast. Seriously HORRIBLE breakfast bar!

Very convenient to be able to literally walk across the street and be on the Colorado State campus as that is where I needed to be for work. It is also only a 5 minute drive to old town to enjoy all the restaurants and shops. The hotel itself is getting a little dated and worn. Nothing terrible in my experience but there are a lot of small details that could use some attention. With that being said, none of those issues will prevent me from staying there again when I am back in town in a coupl... Read more

The beds are not comfortable at all. The lunch buffet consisted of a cold meat sandwich, salad and one soup for $11.00. I was not informed that there was a menu. The staff was nice and helpful when I checked in. The overall cleanliness was good, it is just dated. I wouldn't stay here again if I was paying the price. Also disappointed I had to pay to park at the hotel. This seems like a joke after paying a good amount to stay here without free wifi unless you are a HH Honors member.

The hotel was perfect for a large family and friend gathering. The staff went above and beyond to make this a very special weekend for our family. The overall appearance of the hotel was inviting and the rooms were spacious. We booked the President's Suite for the weekend and the view and room couldn't have been more perfect. Would definitely stay again!!

We stayed here the night prior to our wedding and for the price we paid, I expected a comfortable bed at the least. It was lumpy with a dip in the middle, clearly needs to be replaced. Outdated fixtures, peeling paint and broken drain in the tub. This hotel needs renovations. The staff however were lovely.

I attended the Hawaiian Steel Guitar Festival with friends and stayed at the Hilton FC which was also the event venue. Front desk and other staff members with whom we had contact were friendly, professional and helpful, and our room was clean. We had some of our meals at the hotel restaurant - no complaints about the wait staff, the food or the prices but the service was a little slow, even during some periods when the restaurant didn't seem very busy.

On a return trip from Wyoming, Fort Collins was a good half-way point to spend the night. We landed the Hilton on Priceline. The hotel's clientele were clearly business travelers. Location was not convenient to Fort Collins' vibrant downtown scene. The money we saved on the hotel was quickly consumed in extras like parking and coffee (no coffee available on our room). Probably an okay place for business travelers to the Fort Collins area, but next time we are in the area we'll opt for one of the... Read more

I have to stay in Ft. Collins on occasion for business at CSU. This property is literally right across the street from the campus. It's the first hotel I've been to that used the new digital key technology. Although not without its glitches, it allows you to use your cell phone as your hotel key (I didn't say room key, because once you are checked in, you can use your phone to visit anywhere in the hotel where you'd need a room key to access). The atrium in the hotel is beautiful and the roo... Read more

I could relocate to Ft. Collins. What a great town - maybe it was the good weather, the nice people, the convenient location - the Hilton is right at the edge of the campus and close to everything. Great front desk staff: helpful, friendly. Hotel is a bit dated but I learned that it will undergo a major renovation fall of 2016 (now) and complete by April 2017. Despite the dated look/feel, the room was fine. Comfortable bed, room is roomy. Dining room and starbucks onsite. Walking distance to the... Read more

We stayed for two nights at this hotel and found it to be very comfortable and clean with an excellent staff. The complimentary shuttle service made it easy to get around to shop and dine in the unique downtown area. The pool and hot tub area were fantastic - warm and inviting in the cool fall weather! Breakfast buffet was delicious. We would stay here again when visiting the area.

I was upgraded for "FREE" for the Concierge level after spending 40,000 points on a 1 night stay. Rates had been jacked up for homecoming weekend. At the end of the stay they charged me $80.00 for this FREE service. I asked for it to be removed and it still hasn't. I have stayed here many times. NEVER again. Beware of empty promises.

Stayed one night and glad it wasn't longer. First this place is under construction. I mean heavy jack hammer construction. Jack hammering starts at 10am to like 6pm. Complimentary isn't in the vocabulary here. No breakfast, no wifi, no free tv (all on demand stuff for like $17 per movie), no fridge, no free water ($4 per bottle) get the drift. Also the horrible mattress I slept on is a base model Serta from 2004.

Made reservations directly by calling the Hilton in Fort Collins. Said family was coming in for a Memorial Service. Was charged $139, then more for parking. We had family who drove 22 hours non-stop, needing rest. How do you rest when the hotel is under construction? Non-stop jack hammers. They LITERALLY had a bob cat IN the lobby, spewing diesel fumes...that lifted through every floor. What amenities? The amenities pictured on their website are stuffed in a small windowless conference room. The atrium is a loud mess--jack hammers and other heavy equipment make it impossible to enjoy anything. Bobcat machines fill the atrium and rooms with exhaust fumes to the point where the construction manager said that they had to disable the carbon monoxide alarms because they kept going off. On a positive note, other than the fumes, the rooms were okay.

Hotel renovation needs are a priority. Expect impacts (days and evenings) to include noise and water shutoffs (day and night). Beds are comfy but furnishings may be worn elsewhere in your room. Room service breakfast good, lots of breakfast for money spent (comparatively speaking of course). Nice folks. Fridge cost $10 daily, consider if you have dietary or lifestyle needs.
