We booked 5 rooms and the meeting room for our daughter's CSU graduation. We had several changes to our itineraries and all changes were graciously dealt with. The level of service shown to all of us by the staff was fantastic. I would highly recommend the Hampton Inn of Fort Collins, CO!

The girls at the front desk especially Hannah were very friendly and nice. However, I stayed 3 nights and paid over 225 a night and the maids never cleaned my room. I complained the first day and they said someone would come. Three hours later no one cam and the front desk girl did it herself at 7pm. The second day the maid did not come again. The front desk called me to ask if I needed anything so realizing the maid was not coming I asked for towels. They even check and my room was NOT on the D... Read more

The Hampton Inn in Ft. Collins is an extremely clean hotel, the rooms including the bathroom were well kept and comfortable. We stayed a couple of days during graduation weekend when the town is swarming with visitors. The Hampton Inn offered a peaceful setting, though not far from shopping options and I cannot really think of anything negative other than the prices are incredibly jacked up for the event. But that's not the hotel's fault. The most outstanding feature was the staff. I feel unfair to the others who were great, but I must single out Carmen and Hannah who helped beyond the call of duty. Thanks all! I woul... Read more

Not worth the price. The bathroom was small and had no exhaust fan. The hotel was noisy and it was difficult to sleep as a result. The iron in the room was filthy and didn't work properly. New, thicker windows would cut down on the traffic noise outside. An exhaust fan in the bathroom would make it easier to use the bathroom after a shower The cost of the room should have been about $80.00 instead of $150.00.

Don't use any of the services because they are sad. The pool is dirty, the hot tub barely works, and the exercise room is just sad. The rooms are OK at best. My room did not have a desk chair. The front desk personnel are really sad and need to not be at any front desk. The breakfast was average.

Check in was quick and gentleman was polite. I was acknowledged as a Hilton Honors member. we stayed only one night while driving so did not do a lot. Used the guest laundry which came in handy. Breakfast was average. I asked attendant about blueberry muffins and she was able to find one that I had overlooked. Scrambled eggs with ham bits was not good at all. Got a good night's rest which is what I needed. Check out lady was also very nice.

This Hampton was a typical Hampton, in most regards. The room was clean and furnished as to be expected--even with the little yellow post-it on the bed. The breakfast was good, although a very small area: the smallest I've ever seen in a Hampton. I think there was a personnel issue the day we arrived though. Our room wasn't ready. We had to wait in the lobby about 10 min. for them to "switch out the towels." Then, when we got in there, the refrigerator and lamps were unplugged. So, I did h... Read more

When I asked at the front desk I was told it was a problem with the service provider. Staying here for three nights, and not being able to get something to watch on TV as a family was a disappointment for us.
