      The Tannenbaum II condos are conveniently located less than a 5 minute walk to the Quicksilver SuperChair at the Peak 9 Base Area and the South End of Downtown. Tannenbaum II Condominiums are one of the most popular Breckenridge destinations. With all the amenities of home, Tannenbaum II is the perfect location for your next Breckenridge vacation especially when large families are getting together!

      Nestled in a wooded area, these units are right next to the Blue River under towering Blue Spruce. In summer and winter, guests enjoy access to the Columbine Recreation Center with outdoor heated pool, indoor/outdoor over-sized hot tubs, shower rooms and summer patio with outdoor furniture. An on-site common area deck features 2 community grills and picnic area to accommodate groups or enjoy a summer picnic with views of the Blue River tumbling past. Another enjoyable summertime feature is all of the hiking trails located directly behind the property. The Tannenbaum II is located just one block to the Breckenridge `Free Ride` Shuttle Stop with service to anywhere in Breckenridge including the Free Summit Stage transfer station, you will find that anything in the Summit County area is just a short FREE shuttle ride away!
      Tannenbaum Hotel Rooms sleep 2 to 4 with a mini-fridge, TV and telephone and some with microwave and coffee maker. If you have bedding and/or amenity preferences (King Bed, 2 Queen Beds, Mini-Fridge, Microwave, Coffee Maker, etc.) please be sure to make notations upon booking your reservation. 2 Bedroom Condominiums have a full kitchen, dining area, large living room, fireplace, a nice walk out deck and sleeps 8-10.       "The property is a short walk (10 mins) to the slopes but not ski in/out as advertised. There is no front desk (if you arrive late you need to make arrangements with the management company to pick up keys at their office) and there is no room service. Otherwise, the room was very clean and the accomodations quite nice. Walking distance from town and the slopes which was very convenient."
