Hotel is close to downtown and check in was fast and friendly with no problems. However with that being said... The hotel is very old world charming in a sense. Decor and rooms are outdated, elevator is in need of repair, rooms are unsatisfactory as well as the beds. The free breakfast was merely waffles and the normal cereal bar. If you're in a pinch and need something affordable quickly.. It will do.

I have been a returning customer for five years, I love the friendly staff, and location, This stay they had hot water issues, however I know staff is working on fixing it. I will continue to stay at the Ramada to experience their home like stay.

The hotel itself looks beautiful in the lobby and all throughout. It was very nice. The bath tub, and bathroom were a bit small, but overall the rooms were nice. The location was fantastic. Voodoo doughnuts right down the street. Multiple other attractions within minutes. We loved our stay!

This is bad. Third floor reeks of weed, hotel infested with "guests" who don't quite get that possessing an indoor voice and not running TVs full blast at midnight are prerequisites of being part of human society, no hot water (and vague promises about when that might happen), all of the vents and heating unit covered with dust, bathroom plumbing sticking out of the wall. Security had to be called to tell my next door neighbors to pipe down and they went right back to it. Not safe, not clean... Read more

The hotel was fine, but one bad incident. The fire alarm went off about 2 in the morning for about 45 minutes. When I went to the hall, there was a cloud of weed despite all the signs posted about no smoking or no marijuana inside. The hallway still smelled of it the next day. Obviously they don't enforce this rule much, and we lost quite a bit of sleep, but the facility was fine.

Booked this hotel through Priceline on Dec. 8th for 3 nights. It states it compares to a Marriot. Got there, place was disgusting. Period. Left. They said they would refund my money because Priceline had already paid them. I have called 3 x in the month of December. Each time stating they are giving me a refund. Have not seen one yet. Plus, the last time I called one week ago they now said they would only refund one nights stay. Have yet to see any of it. And magically, I had credit card... Read more

From Oct 13th-18th I stayed at the Ramada Downtown Denver at 1150 E Colfax Ave, Denver, CO. I was in town to run the Rock n Roll Denver Half Marathon, a 13.1 mile run through the streets of Denver. The first couple of nights the stay was less than desirable. But, my guest and I decided that it was a room, close to the race and was paid for so we could live with it. Some of the issues with the room, TV was almost all static, Long dark hair on the bathroom floor, stained pillow cases an... Read more

I stayed there last night (okay, you can be jealous now because I wanted to be a short block away from the Bruce Springsteen book signing at the Tattered Cover to which I garnered a rare ticket) and all I needed was a clean room to sleep in and a safe place to stay. I got that. It wasn't expensive and the staff could not have been nicer. The woman running the restaurant was also very kind as she made my tasty southwestern BLT and encouraged me to enjoy a happy-hour priced glass of wine. Yes, the... Read more
