The rooms were pretty clean and now they offer a continental breakfast which was nice. But we had no hot water in the morning to take a shower.

Worst hotel experience I've ever experienced. I wasn't expecting much except a standard hotel room but this place is in disrepair and the rooms are utterly disgusting. Lumpy old tiny pillows dirty sheets ripped bedding gross carpets gross. Worse than third world hotel rooms I've stayed in. I have no idea how they can charge what they do for this dump. I've stayed in way nicer and cleaner hostels. It's had zero upkeep since it was built.

Live in Leadville & decided to book a room for my boyfriends birthday, the location is right on Colfax which is great for bar hopping around! Conveniently located near the 1up bar and several music venues. Only stayed 1 night but it met all of our needs!

A fairly disappointing experience at the hotel. I stayed for just a day for my business trip. This is a fairly rundown place. The bed was creaky and you could hear noise from the other room. The bathroom was not very clean and there was rust on some of the bath fittings. As with most other hotels in the US, there is no water in the room when you enter (even paid water). Breakfast options were seriously limited. The vehicle the hotel uses for the free shuttle service was old and seats broken. Tha... Read more

At check in they made a photo copy of my drivers lic. and credit care. When I questioned them as to Why? I was told that if I didn't like it I didn't have to stay there. Since I booked the room through a booking agency I would have lost one nights rate if I left. They were renovating the elevators. I had to walk up and down three flights of stairs. Not good for an old man.
