A wonderful retreat awaits you nearby the Vasquez Trail in downtown Winter Park. This 4 story, 4000 square foot home offers 4 bedrooms plus a loft to sleep 16 people. There are three bathrooms, washer/dryer and dry sauna. Fabulously appointed gourmet kitchen with all stainless steel appliances for entertaining your group for that special holiday occasion or family reunion.
The ski shuttle bus stops just at the end of the driveway. Literally steps away from mother nature’s most beautiful trails for all season fun from hiking, biking, snowshoeing and Nordic skiing, to splashing in the creek, or bring along your snowmobiles and ATVs for excursions - right from the property.
This is a pet friendly property. As such, it requires a $69 non-refundable pet deposit and security protector insurance fee.
For those of you staying indoors, you will have all the comforts of home from DVD/VCR, stereo and satellite TV to playing games on the Game Cube - not to mention the ping pong table for a little competition.
