Located off of Ski Hill Road, just a short walk to historic downtown and the slopes. Twin Elks Lodge is the perfect location for your next family or group Breckenridge getaway.

The Twin Elk is a luxurious 3 bedroom 3 bath townhome, is tastefully decorated and flooded with natural light! Spacious condominium with vaulted ceilings and hardwood floors, sleeps 8 very comfortably and privately.

The master suite, located on the 2nd floor with the living room, dining room and kitchen, contains a King-size bed, jacuzzi jetted tub, and Bar-B-Que grill on the private balcony! The main floor contains the 2nd bedroom with Queen, and 3rd bedroom with 2 twin beds. The living room has a Queen sleeper sofa, right in front of the gas fireplace! The spacious open kitchen, with marble counters & slate flooring, is fully equipped with modern appliances, cooking utensils and dinnerware. Other amenities include TV, VCR, stereo, CD & cassette tape player, washer & dryer (iron, ironing board), private 1-car garage, game room and large hot tub on premises.

The Twin Elk townhome is located just a short walk to the center of town, or ride the FREE shuttle bus at the nearest corner, to the slopes & shops! Beautiful Modern Townhome at a Great Price!
