Twin Spirits offers a winning combination of quality, affordability and comfort. Located in a small, pleasant neighborhood on the mesa above Fraser.

This newer tri-level duplex has 1600 square feet of livable space plus a 1-car garage and outdoor deck offering great views of the Fraser Valley and Byers Peak beyond.

Of the many mountain vacation rentals in Colorado, Twin Spirits offers a winning combination of quality, affordability and comfort. With 3 bedrooms and 2½ bathrooms, Twin Spirits can sleep up to 6 adults/children plus additional bedding for 2 more children. There is a King-size bed with en-suite bathroom incorporating a shower on the entry level. Downstairs are two more bedrooms, with a queen-bed in one and two twins in the other, plus bathroom with whirlpool jetted tub. There are also 2 small twin-sized air mattress beds suitable for kids only.

The upper floor has an open-plan kitchen, dining and living room with vaulted ceiling, gas stove, TV, VCR, CD system and additional ½-bathroom. This non-smoking unit is light, spacious, comfortable, very nicely furnished, and guarantees a most pleasant Colorado getaway stay whatever time of the year.

Vacations Inc/CMC is located at 78415 US Highway 40 This is our main office location in the Park Place Shopping Center. The office is located at the intersection of Highway 40 and Hi Country Drive. Please call for after hours late check-in instructions. Important Policy Note: All guests are required to provide a major credit card at the time of check-in. An authorization of $100.00-$1000.00 will be assessed to the credit card depending on the property reserved.

From Denver
We are located 99 miles from the Denver International Airport. I-70 West to exit 232. Turn right (North) on Hwy 40. Proceed on Hwy 40 to Winter Park. Highway 40 will become the main street of downtown Winter Park.
