This home is perfect for large family vacations or gatherings and offers almost 3,000 square feet of living area. Come enjoy this perfect place for your perfect vacation.

This three-level 2,600 square foot home, built in the late 1990's, is your home-away-from-home, and perfect for a large family vacation or family gathering at any time of the year. Very tastefully furnished and fully equipped, this 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, the house can sleep from 13 people.

The top floor has a master bedroom with king-size bed, bathroom, and loft with sleeper-sofa. The main floor has an open-plan dining room, kitchen and living-room with free-standing wood stove, TV, VCR and DVD player. Two more bedrooms, with a queen bed in one and a king bed in the second, plus full bathroom occupy this floor. The ground floor has two more bedrooms, one with a full/twin set of bunks, and the second a queen-size bed, plus a separate bathroom.

A private indoor 5-person hot-tub, 1-car garage and a large deck commanding a magnificent view of Byers Peak, complete the list of amenities offered by this very popular house.

    We are located 99 miles from the Denver International Airport. I-70 West to exit 232. Turn right (North) on Hwy 40. Proceed on Hwy 40 to Winter Park. Highway 40 will become the main street of downtown Winter Park.

    Check-In Location:
    Vacations Inc/CMC office is located at 78415 US Highway 40 Winter Park, CO, 80482. Our main office is located here at the Park Place Shopping Center. The office is location is at the intersection of Highway 40 and Hi Country Drive. Please call for after hours check-in instructions. Important Policy Note: All guests are required to provide a major credit card at the time of check-in.
