"The hotel is a unique design. It is built like a stack of dinner plates with a large-windowed restaurant (with room service) and lounge on the top (14th) floor. The food is decent and the booze is cheap! However, the place is in need of a complete renovation. Even so, it was a value to beat. Be prepared for time-worn rugs and furniture. Even so the hotel is clean. Beds are being replaced as we speak. There is FREE parking and an outdoor pool. The staff is great and is trying to overcome the negatives of the older building. I'd go back. Suggestion; don't miss Pagliacci's Italian Restaurant (since 1946) 33rd Street about 10' from the hotel. "

Directions from Denver International Airport:
1) Start out heading SOUTHWEST on PENA BLVD. toward I-70.
2) Merge onto I-70 W via the exit on the LEFT.
3) Take the I-25 S exit, EXIT 274, toward COLO SPRINGS.
4) Merge onto I-25 S/ US-87 S via the exit on the LEFT toward COLO SPGS.
5) Take the 23RD AVENUE/ 20TH AVENUE exit, EXIT 211.
6) Keep RIGHT at the fork in the ramp.
7) Turn LEFT onto BRYANT ST/ MILE HIGH STADIUM CIR.
Directions from Colorado Springs:
1) Start out heading NORTH on I-25 toward DENVER.
2) Take the 23RD AVENUE exit, EXIT 211.
3) Turn SLIGHT LEFT to take the 23 AVE ramp toward US-40/COLFAX AVE.
4) Turn SLIGHT LEFT onto W 23RD AVE.
5) Turn LEFT to take the I-25 S ramp.
6) Keep RIGHT at the fork in the ramp.
7) Turn LEFT onto BRYANT ST/MILE HIGH STADIUM CIR.
Directions from Grand Junction:
1) Start out heading EAST ono I-70 toward DENVER.
2) Merge onto US-6 E/W 6TH AVE via EXIT 261.
3) Merge onto I-25 N/US-87 N toward FT COLLINS.
4) Take the 23RD AVENUE exit, EXIT 211.
