Being that it was winter and I was in town with my niece to visit my son and daughter in law, we expected to spend alot of time indoors. Unfortunately with all of the construction and elevator closures and limited amenities we had to seek out a cozy spot elsewhere. The staff was very friendly but we were never told that the pool was closed, there was no bar and that the elevators would be closed during different hours of the day and night. Everything about the hotel was great. Clean rooms, Decent food, They have Contenantal B-fast or Buffet style. I didn't have either but they looked good. The room layout was clean. The plugs and everything was convenient, you didn't have to unplug lamps or move around furniture to charge your phone or laptop.. Overall nothing thrilling, but a good night's stay. The pool area looked nice, but we didn't use it. Very conveniently located to a Target and grocery store as well if needed. Also a couple of dispensaries within walking distance if you're in need. Skip the expensive breakfast and walk to Sam's No. 3 Glendale for breakfast.

We stopped here last year for a couple of nights. The hotel is well placed for shopping with a major mall only a couple minutes drive or 15 minutes walk along a well used riverside trail. There is underground parking and the hotel is good for those heading back to the freeways. The breakfasts (extra) were good value for money and the bar meals were reasonable.

With 9 floors, this is on the larger side of the hotels that I prefer. One of the main reasons is noise, and it was no different here- doors slamming both early in the morning & late at night, so whether you're an early riser or want to sleep in, you're at the mercy of the other guests' (and housekeeping's) awareness level. The hotel itself was just average, in my opinion. Beds & pillows were comfortable enough, but not outstanding, I opted for room service one morning & it was very quick, so t... Read more

We have stayed here a number of times and usually had excellent service. We like their suites and had reserved one three weeks ahead on our most recent visit, but it was not available when we arrived. It is across the street from a nice park area for running or walking, and it is in easy walking distance to the Cherry Creek Mall. There are two parking garages, both in the building, but if you return late in the evening, it can be difficult finding a place, especially in a large vehicle. The ... Read more

We stayed here for a family wedding. The rate was ok, not great. It was 96 degrees in Denver today. We're on the 3rd floor and have no air conditioning. We reported the lack of air conditioning at 4 pm. It's after midnight, and we still have no resolution. Front desk seems annoyed that we would like a fan?

This is not a well-managed hotel. Everything below this sentence is evidence as to why I make this statement. There are only two elevators per tower. When we checked in there was only one elevator working. Staff used that elevator as a service elevator to carry trash and load and unload linens tying up the elevator for 15+ minutes as a time. On Saturday night at 5:40 pm neither elevator worked. The temperature in the stairwell was in the 90's and we were on the 6th floor. My sister-in-law... Read more

This property is nicely redecorated and has nice eye appeal. But housekeeping lacks an eye for detail. One would expect that staying in a Holiday Inn means a higher standard than most; however, not in this case. There were two, yes two, tissues in the tissue box and I was there when the pollen was quite heavy and my allergy meant sneezing round the clock and a runny nose. We had just driven 13 hours, all night long and got there a little earlier than we though we would (we got there at 9:45am). We asked the guy at the front of there was anyway we would be able to get into a room so we didn't have to tak... Read more

Hotel was good, but we didn't realize the breakfast wasn't included. Thank goodness the sweet waitress didn't charge us for my son who only had 2 peice of bacon. But it was decent, very clean and comfortable

We stayed at the Holiday Inn at Cherry Creek, to be closer to our son's house. It is a large hotel, with 2 towers... So, lots of rooms. However, for all of these people staying there, the parking is awful. They have a very unfriendly, difficult to navigate, parking garage that is almost impossible to find a place to park in.A very dangerous, blind ramp to the parking, and few places available. We were there for 4 nights, and our room was never made up before 3 or 4 every afternoon. So if you wan... Read more

We just stayed one night at The Holiday Inn at the start of a tour. The room was large with two double beds. It was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was an extra six dollars and was worth the charge. Omelettes and fried eggs were cooked to order. There was also lots of fresh fruit. The staff were friendly and helpful and we were happy with the service.

I have been in the Hospitality industry for many years. And have certifications in Revenue Management, Sales, and several other areas in Operations. The very few I mentioned in my previous sentence are what are most relevant. Summer is the most prevalent time for gaining revenue. I know where you stand on your STARR report. And, like all hotels on the Front Range, as you have no ski resort in your backyard. Late fall and winter is HEADS IN BEDS season. A repeat customer should be treated wit... Read more

Very please during our three nights stay. Two queen beds in spacious room makes it comfortably for our family with kids. The staff were attentive and friendly. The location is basically good to access main highway and downtown. Overall it's a good choice in Denver.

I am the VP of Ops for a hotel in the Southwest. I have high expectations when staying in a hotel. This hotel met all of them. It is a beautiful, clean, safe hotel located in the middle of town so everything is within walking distance. There is an awesome bike path across the street that went on forever. The area was well lit and the parking is underground which I liked. There is a restaurant/bar, pool, and workout room as well. The elevator needs a key card to access your floor to get to your ... We stayed three nights and it was very nice. Even though our room was right next to the elevator, it was still very quiet. The beds were comfortable and the staff was very accommodating and the food at the flagstones restaurant was great. The only thing that would have made it better would be if the pool was a little cleaner. My son still enjoyed it anyway. Would stay again.

This hotel is interesting. The renovation makes it look like a 4 star hotel, but there are some little things that compromise it. There was some pen marks on the duvet, the carpet was a little old, the bathtub could be a little cleaner on the outside. Minor stuff like that. But for the most part, this hotel was really awesome. I can tell the staff are making a huge effort to improve their reviews. Everyone we dealt with was so so nice. We booked through a third party site, and we were treated gr... Read more

I had a very quick, over night trip, to Denver. The staff at the hotel were very helpful. One of the Managers actually drove my from the hotel to an event that I was to be at, a half hour after I arrive. The front desk staff were helpful. My server, for breakfast was really great (more on that in a bit). The room was clean, comfortable and quite. I was at the end of the hallway, on the 5th floor. The only complaint that I have, on the room, was the small, small, small countertop in the ba... Read more

Very clean hotel with excellent reception service. Five minutes after arriving, staff called to make sure everything was ok with the room and they wanted to know if needed something else. Room was spacious and included a small refrigerator. Breakfast time was not great. Too many people, not a lot of staff and kind of expensive for the available options. The buffet was a lot faster than asking from the menu. There was an upset couple waiting for too long for their breakfast.

This is a nice and comfortable hotel with good amenities, gym and swimming pool. Good location with the shopping mall and restaurants about a 20minute walk. Staff are always helpful, polite and courteous. One comment is the residents bar closes early which might be bad for some otherwise there's a couple of bars across the road.

The room was excellent. Very clean hotel. Great location and area of Denver. Food was an issue. They have one restaurant opened for breakfast until 10 and that was it. Nothing else. And plan to walk a long way if you are in tower two.

We only had the one night having flown in from the UK. The room was very spacious and clean. Staff were very helpful. Heated indoor swimming pool, good to unwind for a Hour. Good Bar. Able to get food but on this occasion we did not bother. Breakfast was very good. Sorry for the shortness but we basically only laid our head's for the night. Bed was heaven.

Up dated rooms make for a comfortable stay. Bed pretty comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Nice up scale shopping mall down the street. Great value for price. Parking is free, which nowadays is a bonus.
