2 things prevent me from rating this property higher. 1) I was 9 floors up and still could hear a bunch of street noise through the night. 2) I noticed after departing that there was a mysterious $46.00 Territory Kitchen and Bar charge on my bill the very first thing the very first "day" of my stay. EXCEPT I didn't eat or drink in there at all that first day and only did breakfasts in there. I called back and notified them to fix it. They agreed to and would email me another receipt showing I w... Read more

Took great care of us for our stay with the Colfax Marathon, we had room in the lobby for meeting points and it was easy to get our valet cars down in a timely manner. Beds were extremely comfortable and rooms were noise free which was nice since I went to bed early to be up by 4am.

For a couple looking for something special because of a birthday this didn't do it. Certainly above average but the area and hotel is geared more for business and convention people. This area of Denver near the 16th mall isn't the best the city has to offer. A much better area is down near Union Station. Denver's charm is in the neighborhood regions for quaint restaurants and breweries.

The Hotel and staff are great, they took care of me and the family (used Hilton points). Rooms where large and very clean, try to get corner rooms, extra floor space. Great location to the Mall and 16th street. Kimberly was more than gracious and connected us with corners, the Territory Breakfast was well serviced and good tasting, the Valets Ryan and Colin took super care of us with advice and suggestions on what and where's...the place is who're a try!

The Hilton Garden Inn is a great hotel. The rooms are clean. The room service was great (order the salads) The staff is friendly. They have a coffee shop that makes great Vanilla Latte. We had a rental, and the valet would get your car within 5 minutes as promised. This hotel made our stay and our experience in Denver very pleasant.

The bedrooms are okay but the rest of the service around this hotel is very poor. the bar is awful and shuts so early we had to go to other hotels for business meetings. The gym is tiny, dry cleaning is disorganised, the breakfast is horrible. the staff don't really seem to be helpful. added to that once again the Hilton Honors points have not come through. I'm going to stay at the Hyatt next time I am in Denver. It was lovely

I had to stay for five nights in downtown Denver during Comic Con. My friends and I chose this hotel for the convenience of its location to the convention center, and we got a great deal on the rate for an incredibly busy weekend. All we really needed was the shower and the bed. Chanel, the evening front desk agent, always greeted us with a smile. Because of her, our stay had that extra something. But then, after a night audit mistake that overcharged my friend's credit card, the assistant GM As... Read more

Stayed here twice, on the way to where we were going, and on the way home. There are several restaurants right there plus one inside the hotel itself, so that was handy. Our rooms were fine both times. Breakfast was included, but they expected tips and let us know it, which we thought was a little odd. The beds were good and it was quiet.

We were greeted by an extremely friendly manager, Chanel Stuckenschneider. Clean, modern hotel w/in walking distance to most attractions. The Bar Happy Hour is fantastic with incredibly delicious menu items--better than many other food items I ate in Denver. The Breakfast Buffet is one of the best I've eaten. $14 provides you with eggs, sausage, bacons, etc... plus donuts and fresh berries (raspberries, blackberries, etc...) which many hotels don't offer. We had two experiences with the bar attached to this beautiful hotel; both experiences were bad. The first time the waiter/bartender was rude to our grown daughter. The second time was with us. I felt as if I weren't young and cute enough to deserve a smile or any cordiality. I will not complain about the inflated prices as we were right next to the Convention Center. Kindness goes a long way. Hotel is great. The bar/restaurant not so much.

Great location, near downtown and the 16th street mall. However, the huge valet parking charge and the hotel service aren't worth the extra money. Given a very good experience so far and therefore I stil would think to come the next trip and probably will recommend to friends and co-workers to stay in any Hilton locations. Front desk people were cordial, respectful as far as Denver location, very professional and accommodating as to my needs.

My five day stay was very pleasant. The location is very convenient to the convention center and local shopping as well as dining. The room was very comfortable and quiet. It was well maintained and had everything I needed. My only disappointment was the lack of view from my room window. I saw the roof area over the conference center and the fan ducts. Other than that one thing, I would recommend to the hotel to have more places to plug in USB devices for power in the lobby and bar seating... Read more

Wow, where do I start?! First of all the parking cost is ridiculous and there is no free shuttle to and from the airport. Although I must say, it is quite a distance. About 25-30 minutes. It was recommended that we take the train from the airport for $9 and then walk a couple of blocks to the Free Bus which drops you off two blocks away from the hotel. Not bad if you don't have a lot of luggage or don't mind walking. We took a shuttle service to go back to the airport. It cost us $50, plus a tip... Read more

My wife and I stayed here for a fun weekend in Denver. Unfortunately, about an hour into our stay, another couple was booked into our room and came strolling in unannounced. The entire situation was odd and rather uncomfortable. The front desk staff comped us each a drink and an appetizer and they were clearly embarrassed.

Hotel #5 of our Globus tour. Room was nice, beds were good, but pillows not firm enough for my liking. Line-up for the buffet breakfast was a bit slow. If you are familiar with the regular full-service Hiltons, you might find this place a bit of a disappointment. One might as well stay at the nearby Hampton Inn (also part of Hilton family of hotels).

Right near the convention center and 16th Street Mall - very convenient with lots of food and entertainment options a very short walk away. Slightly longer walk to ballpark but doable. Rather typical Hilton Garden Inn, didn't think it was any better or any worse than most of the others I've stayed in. Room was in very good condition, most of the appointments were pretty fresh. The hotel was nice, but a little over-priced. The bar prices were extreme, as I had one Knob Creek and Coke that cost $17.00. Even for a hotel bar, that price was very steep. The rooms were a typical hotel room. Nothing to write home about. All in all, it was a fine stay, it just seemed to be priced high for what it was.

We had a good time there, despite the fact that our room cards were not ready upon our arrival and it was quite a mess. The staff was apologetic and it all worked out finally. The breafast was great, however, both juices were gone bad in jars, something you'd not expect. Location is good, 16th street mall and many downtown attractions are just a short walk away. To be fair, we are very sensitive to noise since we live on top of an isolated mountain in Montana. Guests from more civilized parts of the world may not notice the noise as much as we did. PS. Highly recommend the breakfast buffet. Seemed pretty expensive but they were always looking for an excuse to cut us a break on the price. If you eat a lot you will pay a lot ... Read more
