If you have to stay here, don't get a room facing the highway. The traffic noise woke me up every morning at 5.30am without fail. The room AC unit is noisy too. The bed was uncomfortable, with a warped mattress and old-fashioned fitted sheets that were not very nice. Another issue was the housekeeping. You cannot assume they will clean your room! They seemed very erratic and were sometimes uncommunicative.

Great value and great hotel here in Cherry Creek. I was pleasantly surprised to find everybody extremely helpful, no stone left unturned, from the beautiful clean room that I was provided, to the more than adequate spa and pool area, complete with Jacuzzi. Thoughtful snacks and T provided at the time in the lobby. Melon water and citrus water to drink in the mornings. All very much appreciated!

Also, in the same little mall where the hotel is located, there a several restaurants - from burgers to seafood. Hotel has nice restaurant/room service and a large workout area with pool and spa tub.

I was pleasantly surprised by the great location of this chain hotel! Nice neighborhood area with lots of restaurant choices and shopping. This hotel had everything I need: Free parking, room service, frig with freezer area, microwave. I've stayed at several hotels in this area for business and this will be my first choice now. My only complaint would be this: I was on the second floor maybe room 233? I could smell food all night! Like bread baking specifically. Sounds great but was a bit overw... Read more

Our fault: We left a pair of shoes in the closet when we checked out. Their fault: When notified of our lapse, housekeeping ignored our calls and presumably has someone enjoying a nice pair of women's size 7 black evening shoes.

This hotel is in a great location with average rooms. The digital check-in experience was disappointing. I selected a specific room, but was given a different room and still charged the extra fee for a mountain view. There is no view in this hotel worth the extra money, but I would at least expect to get the room that I selected. Staff could be a little nicer as well.

Actually, I'm still there--last night of a four night stay, to attend a family wedding. The service has been outstanding. I arrived early on my check-in day and, although my room was not yet ready, the front desk did follow up with housekeeping and let me know as soon as it was ready. This is a solid hotel that has a few BIG pluses. First there are wonderful boutique eateries surrounding the hotel including Jax (Seafood), Silvie's Kitchen (Mediteranean), and a cool Teahouse. 2nd, it's a wonderful 20 minute walk on a nice paved bike path to cherry creek Mall. Lots of comfy nooks to relax in or sit outside for restaurant service. Modern nice rooms. Only Downside - very small hot tub and pool area. Very attractive hotel. The lobby is hip and fresh. The room was typical Hilton Garden Suites. I am not a fan of their new adjustable bed, I don't find that it really adjusts to soft from the very hard mattress it starts out as. Not too much of a deal breaker. The housekeeping could use a little better oversight. Fingerprints on Windows, dirty handprints on bathroom door with something from a nose wiped on it. Best part is its location.

Hotel is very clean and presented beautifully. The staff at check in were very friendly and even let me check in early due to me getting lasik that afternoon. The beds were pretty comfortable. My daughter enjoyed the pool. There were Kuerig coffee makers in the hotel room, I thought this was a nice touch. This hotel is centrally located and there are many restaurants and shops within walking distance. My only complaint was that breakfast wasn't included in the morning. I was fairly upset that I ... I had a nice room with two very comfortable beds---soft sheets, choice of pillow style. There were Neutrogena toiletries in the bathroom and towels that were not the giant fluffy ones but very soft and absorbent (which I prefer). There were bedside plugs for charging phones, etc. and wifi (free for Hilton Honors). The coffeepot was in the room rather than in the bathroom--much more sanitary! Keurig style coffeepot with nice coffee. Room was nice and clean. It's a good thing there were 2 bed... Read more

I stayed here one night while on business in the area. The hotel is up to date and comfortable - a decent enough place to stay. Parking is shared with the shopping center that surrounds the hotel so it can be hard to find a spot mid- evening, but it also provides several options for dining

Stayed here for on onsite training. I really appreciated the staff, especially the front desk. It was a fairly intense 5 day training on trauma, so the support of the hotel was very appreciated. I really noticed the security, even in the parking garage, and felt safe even when I returned late at night.

Clean place, noisy if your room faces Colorado Blvd. Lots of places to eat near by, parking is easy. Convenient for business travelers. Staff is friendly and seems to be efficient. I would recommend this hotel and would stay again. Room I stayed was very clean, bed was comfy but they could use better pillows. My room had small refreshment bar where coffee and tea could be brewed, small refrigerator if you needed it.

This hotel is very clean and about what you would expect for a Hilton. The location is perfect for vacation. The staff were friendly until we met a poorly managed, unprofessional, and poor attitude over night staff member named Kholea. She was rude to not only myself but I witnessed her being bluntly rude to another couple. One bad attitude can ruin your whole stay.

I have stayed at this hotel twice now while visiting family in the Denver area. The hotel is extremely clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We were able to enjoy some of the nice amenities as well (i.e. outdoor fire pit, breakfast, and lobby snacks). This hotel is also located near a major highway, making it convenient to get to. I will definitely look to stay here again next time I am in town.

I stayed here for a quick weekend business trip. From the moment I walked in to the moment I checked out, the staff were friendly and helpful. Always greeted me with a smile. I was surprised that to be so close to the street, it was very quiet in my room. The restaurant in the hotel was great for breakfast. Nice Hotel, Up to date, clean and friendly staff. Was surprised to find it in a mall area setting with restaurants, bars and clubs sharing the same parking lot. You could stay there without a car and not leave for anything and have plenty to due. Nice outside sitting area with fire place. Under ground parking and easy in and out once you learn to lean at the back of the mall area. Easy shot up to wholefoods and other shops as well.

I liked the fact you could walk to several restaurants without crossing major streets. The hotel is not far from the Cherry Creek shopping mall and is in close proximity to downtown Denver. They offer free parking and you have the option of a hot buffet style breakfast for $12.99 which includes made to order omelets, pancakes, waffles, breakfast burritos, eggs any style and French toast.

The lounge and lobby areas are very comfortable and inviting. The hotel is located in sort of cul DE say with at least four restaurants steps away from the front entrance. There is ample free underground parking as well. Great place to stay at reasonable prices. Will likely return soon on future visits to Denver.
