Great location to the airport! The rooms are spacious and decorated nicely. The shuttle they offer to and from the airport is convenient and is very reliable. Plenty of parking and the pool area is a nice relaxation to start or end a vacation.

Although harder to find than we had expected (but it was dark and snowing), we were really pleased with our room which was spacious, comfortable, very clean and quiet. With an excellent shower, friendly staff, comfortable bed and good quality breakfast, it was exactly what we needed after a 10 hour flight. Breakfast is served on paper plates with plastic cutlery but only a very minor criticism. We would definitely stay here again if we fly to Denver.

This is a good place to stop when you are leaving the next day from Denver Airport. They have a free shuttle service to and from airport. Rooms and bed was comfortable. Did not take advantage of free breakfast as we had to catch an early flight. Very nice front desk staff and shuttle drive was very attentive. Good stay.

The hotel was very nice - room was spacious, computer desk, microwave and fridge. There wasn't an alarm clock on the nightstand, but there is a clock that is visible from the beds to tell the time. Good selection of breakfast items. We stayed there to take advantage of their Stay, Park and Go - for a fee you can leave your car there and catch the shuttle to and from the airport. My parents and I stayed here for my nephews graduation. The staff was friendly and helpful from the instant we Checked in. My mom fell(her issue not theirs)and Shawn and his staff were incredibly helpful and so nice. They let us borrow their wheelchair so we could get to graduation and get mom where she needed to go. We were very pleased with breakfast and the rooms were clean and roomy. I highly recommend this Hampton.

We were stuck in the Denver Airport and was able to book this hotel before it filled up. We were able to get the free shuttle service from the airport and back again with no issues. The staff and driver were extremely pleasant and helpful. When we arrived, we were greeted pleasantly (even though there were some customers before that were a bit cranky) and given our keys promptly. When I checked in the lady at the front desk was very knowledgeable and helpful, but it went down hill from there. The next day, I asked for maid service at 9:00 and then again at 11:30, and again at 5:30. The maids didn't speak English, and the front desk was no help, until I finally got assertive with them at 5:30 PM. No laundry facility on site, and no one knew where I could find one. We love staying at Hampton Inns, because of the comfortable beds, but we do have choices on which Hampton Inn we choose. The employees at this Hampton were exceptional. They were attentive, courteous, and kind. This goes for our shuttle driver also. One perk of this hotel is the park and ride service they offer. I called the front desk as soon as I was in place for the Hampton Inn - Tower shuttle. Other hotel shuttles came and left, including the HI - Gateway shuttle. (He knew we were waiting for the Tower shuttle.) Some shuttles went by 3 times, but no Tower shuttle. Another family waiting for the HI - Tower shuttle had 3 young kids, one had a melt-down. Stay was fine. Breakfast excellent. Very disappointed in no communication, follow thru of an extremely important item inadvertently left in bathroom. I informed them I was in the area and able to stop by and pick it up. They informed me that the staff person that cleaned that room was not working today. No additional communication received from the hotel.

The room was very nice, and the breakfast was awesome. Wish there was more available such as dinner and/or a bar for the price. The internet was also extremely slow and unstable, I turned WiFi off and had considerably better experience.

Both the ground floor and our floor( 4th) had a strange smell. At first I thought it was from the pool area but it wasn't chlorine. It smelled like stale something. Also, no place within walking distance to eat.lastly, driver to airport in AM not very helpful.

The quality of our experience has been unmatched at any airport hotel. From the initial call for a shuttle, to the instructions on finding the shuttle pick up spot, to the efficiency of the driver, to the ride to the hotel; everything was perfect. The hotel stay was a higher level than most Hampton Inns with even a super retro diner across from the hotel entrance. Great stay all round. Well done Hampton!

Recently stayed and will recommend ! Front Desk employee on evening of 6/18 was FANTASTIC - arranged shuttle to take our car back and next morning to AP. Great service on checkin and super friendly to all the guests. For being by herself, she was definitely on top of her game. Loved the room - bed was comfortable. Walked to diner next door for bite to eat - bar there too but we skipped on that.

This is my third year to stay at this Hampton. I also hold a training meeting there every year. The staff was incredible! Everyone one - the manager, front desk, shuttle driver, maintenance and housekeepers always greeted me every time they walked by. My training room was set up just as it was supposed to be and they checked in on me daily. The rooms were great! Never heard one plane. Great place to stay!

Great Hotel for the buck. Only complaint was noise from two bus loads of high school kids. They really couldn't do a lot with that. clean, comfortable beds. Desk personnel very friendly and helpful. Just stayerd one night for our flight out. very close to airport, an easy ride to return rental and get onto shuttle.

The lady at front desk was very helpful..seemed to be juggling everything with poise and ease without losing the friendly demeanor and professionalism. Even had a corkscrew handy when we accidentally bought a non-screw cap bottle of wine the night we stayed. Comfy beds, close to airport. Exactly what you'd expect from a Hampton Inn.

I was in Denver for business, but the only hotel that still had a vacancy was the Hampton. They have their own shuttle service from the Denver International Airport that you can call, 24 hours/day. Currently, there are few places to eat around there especially when you aren't renting a car. It was convenient as the shuttle took me back to the airport where I could catch the RTD "A" line train to downtown Denver. We chose this hotel for the reasonable price and the proximity to the airport. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The shuttle to the airport was great. We were able to drop off our rental car the night before our flight and take the early shuttle in the morning. The complementary breakfast was very nice with both hot and cold choices. I found the experience gratifyingly easy and smooth. I am a 1st time guest at the Hampton Inn and I appreciated the amenities. I was happy to note the fitness center was well stocked albeit small. For one overnight stay, I left extremely content. I will return as a guest.

The staff was amazing its certainly not their fault that the beds and more importantly the pillows were horrible. I couldn't sleep through the night up every hour trying to get comfortable. The pillows were a huge problem fluffy at first and then completely flat....weird and did not SMELL GOOD YUCK

Nice Hampton, standard amenities, very clean, oddly it is very quiet even though it is only a few miles from the airport. Shuttle driver is there every half hour and our flight got delayed so we changed it to an early flight and had to run out the door...called down to the desk to ask if he was there and he saw us coming, loaded us in quick at 5am and had us to the airport in 10 minutes. We made the 6am flight! Very convenient location and they check you in quick too.

The hotel itself is clean, spacious and safe. There is no where to get a snack or drink and I never received my bill. My coworker had to request his bill multiple times before he received his. The shuttle to the airport was great.

Hampton Inn's are almost always a clean venue with friendly staff's, this one was no exception. The shuttle service to the airport allowed me to return my rental car the night before my flight so I did not have to bother with that at 4:00am! The Hampton Inn coffee was hot and fresh for our 4:30am shuttle ride. The hotel is approximately 10 miles from the Denver International Airport and about 6 miles from the rental car returns.

The landscaping was very poor, flower pots where empty. Very, very small bathroom. The property as a whole wasn't very well maintained. Excessive rate for a motel that has a ten minute drive to DIA. I would not have stayed at this property but my HH Honors covered the cost. I don't recommend this motel.

This is the worst hotel in denver.i waited over 45 minutes to ride in a beat up run down van. The room smelled like mold and the hotel looks ancient and in need of a major renovation . Location is the only reasom to stsy there

I enjoyed Hampton Inn by Hilton. It was about 4 miles from the airport. This made the late night flight not too bad due to our room was ready and waiting for us when we arrived. The breakfast was good with everything we needed to make any of the four of us all satisfied. Great way to start the day before heading out to enjoy the Rocky Mountain National Forrest just 2 hours away.

First and foremost, the hotel did nothing wrong. Their staff were courteous, but the review is just because of the quality of the hotel. We stayed here the night before leaving town because I stay in Hampton Inn's when traveling for business, but this one was not up to par of others I have stayed in. We were collected in the middle of the night by the free shuttle bus and its very pleasant driver and the concierge had our key waiting with a warm welcome. Great airport hotel. Free breakfast! Coffee in room is not great. Lemon infused water in lobby is nice, especially at high altitude.

We only spent one night but our stay was pleasant. The front desk staff was courteous and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The in room fridge is handy. Free Wi-Fi is convenient. There's a free shuttle to and from the airport. A few restaurants very nearby. The free breakfast was ok but not great, but I did say it was free so it's hard to complain. The price was a bit high for a Hampton Inn but you pay for the proximity to the airport.

Like most hotels on Tower road, it's convenient to DEN. But that's all it has going for it. There's a stench in the hallway, like moldy. Four pillows. Two are OK. Two are absolutely horrible. The only thing worse than the smell or the pillows are the towels. It's like drying off with sand paper .

Great proximity to the airport with an efficient shuttle that you book the night before an early flight. The breakfast is also very good and items are replenished quickly. A nice variety as well. The rooms were stuffy even though we had the air down to 61. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean with the appropriate amount of toiletries stocked as needed.

We checked in late after a flight from the east coast, and we had to make three trips to the front desk to enter our room. First the key didn't work, second time, though we requested a non smoking room, we were put into a smoking room. The front desk clerk stated that the entire hotel was non smoking. Finally they moved us to a room on another floor into a non smoking room. The rooms are small and cramped.

Just stayed one night as we were just passing through. Staff was friendly, room was clean. It seemed like the air conditioning wasn't very cold but it cooled the room somewhat. Bed was very comfortable and there were tons of pillows. Like I said, nice hotel for a quick stay.

Hotel is over 10 miles from the airport. After waiting 45 minutes for the airport shuttle, the driver passed me by, in spite of my efforts and the efforts of bystanders to flag him down. Taxi ride was $35+.

This is not one of the better Hampton Inns. It seems clean, but needs a facelift. The breakfast, while identical to other Hampton Inns, did not seem to be as well-prepared. There was no visible Kleenex in my room, and the bed was poorly made. I would choose another hotel at the Denver airport the next time, even though in the past, Hampton Inns have been one of our first choices.

traveling home from a vacation trip and stayed at this Hotel because it was convenient. Enjoyed the easy access to Airport and Dining the night before. I have stayed at many Hamptons before and always been very pleased but the one nearest the Denver International Airport was a disappointment starting with the quality of construction, bathroom fixtures, Complimentary Breakfast & reservation request not honored. Cost of the stay did not match the accommodations.

Great staff with a beautiful, clean room. The shuttle came in handy as we had an early flight so took our rental back the night before so we could sleep in a bit the morning of the flight. The car rental took us back to the airport, the hotel picked us up from the airport, then took us to the airport the next morning. This accommodation made life easier and the trip more enjoyable. The bed and pillows were the most comfortable we'd stayed in on vacation.

The hotel was a little outdated and under construction. Besides that the staff were very helpful and accommodating. I had a great deal of work that I needed to do while I was there and they were able to help me out in the business center and send out a fax. The breakfast was pretty good. I was able to eat a good dinner at the diner next door and sleep in a comfortable bed also.

Experience was great as I've come to experience from other Hampton stays--bed was comfortable, location was quiet, room was clean, and desk service was efficient and friendly. Shuttle service to and from airport went off smoothly. The only drawback of the location--which isn't the problem of Hampton--is that there are only a few restaurants in walking distance or short drive--from the hotel.

Great experience at this Hampton Inn close to the airport. Good night's rest. Easy check in and friendly folks. Good place to eat within walking distance. Shuttle service was on time and ready. I got to choose the floor I wanted to be on. Lots of amenities that I didn't have time for. Could have stayed more nights.

Everyone was friendly and the room was clean. Breakfast was great for both adults and children. The location is near the DIA and they offer a free shuttle. I didn't use the pool or gym but they were available.

Hotel was dirty, I move rooms twice and both were not acceptable. The outside was poolry lit and I was approached by someone who tried to get me to roll down my window when I was leaving. I obviously did not sty the night and would not go back. It was dirty and dangerous.

We just stayed one night, after a late arrival at DIA, before heading up to Estes Park the next morning. Decor not to my taste and a little 'tired'. There was an unusual smell in our room, maybe air freshener after a smoker had been in there, although a non-smoking room. Staff friendly and efficient and the breakfast was basic but good.

Easy access from the airport and fabulous diner next door! This hotel is a great option in the Denver area. Staff is helpful and rooms are very nice, clean and have comfortable beds and pillows. I always stay here.

We needed to stay at the airport to make a 6:00 a.m. flight. Although our house is only 45 minutes away, staying at this hotel which offered a park and stay and shuttle option saved us at least an hour, allowing us to sleep in a little longer. The hotel is very nicely appointed and maintained and the staff is very helpful.

Poor location and below average hotel. Very disappointed with this Hampton . Worst Hampton I have ever stayed in as not close to any restaurants or shopping besides the moonlight diner next door. Pool out of order and breakfast was substandard.

Not far from Denver Int'l Airport. Clean room, everything in working order. Staff was friendly and helpful. Fair value. Would stay here again in similar situation. Breakfast was decent. Really only stayed here because of late arrival into Denver and wanted someplace close to go to after picking up rental car. This place worked out great.

This is a hotel near the airport and that's about it. Very clean and gas stations nearby for fill up before car rental return. Moonlight Diner is within walking distance which is good if you want to grab a beer with dinner and don't want to drive. I am a Hilton Honors member so I have stayed in a lot of Hampton Inns and this one was a little above average in location and cleanliness. Would stay here again in similar situation.

We stayed for 1 night and it was very comfortable, clean and very quiet even though we were near the airport. The breakfast was a normal continental breakfast, but was good. The staff was extremely helpful. I would stay here again.

My sister & i were booked here for 10 days & wow this was a very comfortable stay. Between the two of us we had two queen size beds, a mini lounge with a kitchenette. Breakfast wasn't the best but it was passable. Rooms were cleaned every day

We have had great stays at this hotel. The rooms are neat and clean. The staff is very friendly and strives to make everything work out. You can leave your car there and take the shuttle for a small fee. The Diner next door is a great place to eat! What else can I is worth the investment.

This is a good choice for a short stay before an early flight out of DIA. This property has been at this location for many years but has had an update in décor and room furnishings. The room was clean and comfortable with a very nice shower head in the bathroom. Breakfast opened at six and had nice hot servings of small omlettes and sausage along with other traditional continental items. This hotel is slightly older, but still in good condition. My room was clean and quiet. It is located very close to off-site airport parking and the airport itself should you need to drive-in the night before to catch an early flight out the next day. The bed was quite comfortable and the temperature control was great as this is often a struggle in many hotel rooms. Stayed there with my son for one night after arriving from Europe in the evening. Its a very nice hotel, the staff is friendly and its nice with breakfast. Good location and an excellent rate. I had a rental car but the hotel also had a free airport shuttle.

Not a very nice Hampton Inn compared to others we have stayed in. Small rooms with dark decor. Tape on the walls in the hallway. Needs renovation in rooms and hallway. Higher priced because it's neat Denver airport. Would not stay here again.

My husband and I flew into Denver approx. 1:15 am Monday morning, November 7. We called the hotel for a shuttle. It arrived within 15 minutes. We arrived at the hotel to have the man on duty hand us our keys. EFFICIENCY at such a needed time. (if the hotel reads this review - our scheduled night to stay there would have been Sunday, November 6). He also asked if I needed to reserve room on the shuttle the next morning. This was a below standard hotel for Hilton. Would NEVER stay here again. Bathroom smelled of mold, staff were slow to respond to requests. A crib was delivered without a sheet. Hall had huge holes in the wall for some kind of repair and the plastic was hanging open and smelled. Room carpet appeared stained and dirty. Staff was not helpful

Great place to stay - hotel is modern, well kept, easy to get to and very comfortable. The only shortfall is the lack of eating places surrounding the hotel....a few are there - the Diner next door but I did not eat there so not sure what the food is like - and then the Italian restaurant down the street - it was great. There are some new hotels being built just down the street that will be great....

This property has been completely redone on exterior and many improvements already finished on interior. A must to stay at when in the area. Great staff and shuttle service from the airport. Great breakfast that's included at no charge. Just simply a great place to stay.

Nice, clean and good service. Charley at front desk was helpful on arrival and in setting up airport shuttle for early morning. The shuttle was easy and uncomplicated. Got me to the terminal quickly. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Desk chair was not great otherwise all was good.

We loved our stay. It was everything one would expect from a Hampton Inn. Our room was clean, cozy and comfortable. The pillows weren't great, but the bed and comforter were comfortable. We were relieved the hotel had brought a Pack n Play to the room before our arrival since we had a late night arrival with our infant. A cut above the usual Hampton but still a Hampton. It has a good size pool for relaxation and the typical Hampton breakfast. it's a little bit of a walk (without sidewalk) to most of the Tower road restaurants but the shuttle will happily take you there. If not, the Moonlight Diner (which has a full bar) is a few steps away. The airport shuttle takes about 15 minutes so allow some time when heading to the airport.

Room was not serviced between days of stay. Front desk had me come down and get new towels, wash clothes, toilet paper, and facial tissue. Breakfast potatoes were too salty. One of my least favorite Hampton Inn stays and I only stay at Hampton Inn. Room/door insulation is not great as you can hear noise from hallway too much and distrups sleep
