Located off Highway 6 on the West end of Keystone Resort. Only half a mile from the Keystone Stables, golf courses. These spacious condominiums are in a secluded, forest setting and have a affordable price tag as well. With tons of amenities, every guest is sure to find something to meet their style of vacationing.

Evergreen Condominiums are requested year after year by our returning guests. The units represent a great value for their spaciousness, forest location and access to lifts and villages by free shuttle. Step outside the complex onto the Keystone Bike Path that winds along the Snake River to Keystone Lakeside Village, the River Golf Course, and the Keystone Nordic Center.

    Locals Tip: Check out the tubing hill located at the top of Dercum Mountain. You will have a BLAST!

  • Keystone is located 90 miles west from Denver International Airport (DEN).
  • Travel West on Interstate 70
  • Exit at the Silverthorne/Dillon exit #205.
  • At the end of the exit ramp turn left (East) at the stop light onto Highway 6
  • Travel 6.2 miles into Keystone Resort.
  • FYI - There are several places to stop along the Interstate 70 corridor for food and gas.
  • Check in is located at the first stop light in Keystone on the right (Condominium check in)
