I was at the Embassy Suites for a week, its a nice hotel and the two special reasons I chose this hotel was for the breakfast and the daily evening happy hours. The breakfast offers a full choice of omelets, egg whites for the cholesterol health conscious , oatmeal, cream of wheat, cereals, and fresh fruit (Excellent selection) and each evening they provide an open bar and snacks. They provide enough snack items, that you don't need to go out to dinner. I highly recommend this hotel for a sin... Read more

At first, I was a little disappointed by the gray decor of the lobby. Both the lobby and the room were a bit dark for my taste. But the free breakfast with made-to-order omelettes and the free afternoon beer, wine, and snacks were really a nice touch. Also, having a suite really helped us feel at home, with a nice little kitchenette and a little living room. The location was good too - just one freeway stop away from a ton of restaurants, cafes, and stores. Overall, a great place to stay. Highl... Read more

Needed a Hotel NE side of Denver, found this Embassy Suites on Havanna. Did not know this place was here, fabulous stay, great food, great drinks, great bartender Luis. Everything on the Menu was good, I tried just about everything during my stay. It was great to relax and eat right there at the Hotel after a hard days work.

We didn't want to hang with the "airport business" crowd after coming back on our trip, but wanted to stay close to the airport, so this was the place. It is located off I-70 in an industrial area, but that should not cause a problem. They are near the Northfields Shopping area (which was fantastic!) so there is lots to do. Staff was great - had free breakfast with made to order food, but note that they do close up promptly when stated (9:30 AM) . The place has a slightly dated decor, but st... Read more

Myself and my business associates stayed here last year for our annual board meeting. We liked it so much, we booked the business suite this time. We got food and sodas delivered to the room while we were working. My only complaint was that the staff took an entire fruit plate that we were still eating off when they delivered our "snack" (the snack was a little sad, being it was jelly beans and Gummi bears). Short of that, the room was nice and the hotel was clean. I just wish it hadn't been sno... Read more

Our family of four adults and three children selected the Embassy Suites Stapleton to stay only one night. We had visited the museum and this hotel was only about a 10 minute drive. We like Embassy because each suite has a separate bedroom and a pull out couch. The hotel has a nice lobby, comfortable with lots of seating. The front desk staff was hospitable and attentive. The rooms were clean and beds comfortable. We did eat dinner at the restaurant (tired kids) which was nice not to have to le... Read more

Yesterday we took the complimentary shuttle to Denver International Airport for an early morning flight, only to realize that we were twelve hour early. When I called the Embassy Suites by Hilton Denver Stapleton to explain our predicament and see if our room was still available, Taylor at the front desk invited us back to relax and enjoy the remaining five hours before check-out time. Service was great, accommodations very good. The pool was too cool for me (70's) and the jacuzzi too hot. But I did appreciate the hours the pool was open. Good parking. I was a bit concerned that I could enter the hotel and use the staircase without my card being accessed, so security could be tighter. I did not feel afraid , there was always staff around tohelp and ask questions, which were quickly answered.

Karen helped us from the moment we got to the hotel. We needed special accommodations because of the number of children we were travelling with and she found us connecting rooms. Then later when we had a problem with noise she remedied the situation immediately. We really appreciated the responsiveness of the staff. Also, the breakfast was wonderful. There was something for everyone, even made to order omelettes. Thank you so much!!!

We love this hotel. The people are wonderful. The staff is fabulous. But the hotel needs to be updated. Elevators are always breaking down. The internet is very slow and the toilets seem to have problems working. The breakfast is amazing and we love Mama! This is our favorite Embassy. Just wish they would update it and even the rooms need some updating. Overall nice place to stay - comfortable and secure!!!

This hotel gets high marks for great service. The shuttle will provide free transportation to and from the airport. But it doesn't stop there! The area has great shopping, restaurants and entertainment all accessible by shuttle! The breakfast isn't as good as some of the other locations namely the downtown location. Selections are limited and there isn't much self service which I prefer since no one knows my appetite better than me.

My training was 8 hours a day and unfortunately the conference chairs are VERY uncomfortable if you have to sit for 8 hours a day. I stayed here a few times when I was a kid and always enjoyed watching the planes take off and land from the adjacent Stapelton Airport. That was 30+ years ago and now the airport is gone, long ago replaced by Denver International, I just stay at this property every year or so when in town on business or for a quick family getaway weekend. To go along with the beautiful interior of the motel, and the impeccably clean and modern rooms, the staff is also to be commended for their friendliness an... Read more

Here for a conference and was initially disappointed that we were out from shopping and dining. But the staff here go out of their way to make this hotel a great place to stay. The beautiful remodel updates the experiences and brings back a lot of memories of my old love for Embassy Suites, such as full made-to-order breakfast and snacks and drinks (with or without alcohol) after work. The hotel provides free shuttle service to the nearby mall or the train depot where $5 will buy a day pass to L... Read more

Loved this place for the final part of our family holiday. Big spacious rooms made it ideal for our family of four, and the chef at breakfast made a great fresh omelette and cooked breakfast too. The only disappointment was the size of the bath rub, which is a little snug for taller people like me. But a great welcome from the front desk, and availability of reward-rate rooms for Honours members was appreciated!

Having been offered a job in Denver, my wife and I flew out to Denver to search for a new place to live. (commuting from RI is not in the cards. HaHaHa) Having had very positive stays at Embassy Suites in other locations, we made our reservation at the Denver Stapleton location. Our room was ready when promised, check-in was quick and the staff was very pleasant and friendly. The Evening Manager's Social is always a plus and breakfast to order was fantastic. Our stay at The Embassy Suites in Stapleton was very nice. Rooms were clean and up to the usual Embassy Suites standard. The location is about twenty minutes from DIA, but that did not throw us off in any way. The area around the hotel is more on the industrial side, and there is some roadwork going on at this time. Breakfast was wonderful, as normal with Embassy Suites. The manager's cocktail was not as great as other locations I have been to e.g Myrtle Beach. The tray, except for the candy, st... Read more

This was the 1st time staying at this hotel and will stay again, we enjoyed the managers reception, our suite was clean and fresh, checked in and selected my guest suite using the mobile app, staff was great and friendly, rated very good, I didn't rated excellent because pool wasn't clean, dirty towels everywhere and cloudy water, ice machine on 7th floor was out of order, other then that we had a good stay and will stay again. #GoldMember

You just can't beat this hotel! The staff is so friendly and accomodating, they keep the place in the absolute BEST condition, the value for the price is incredible, and the breakfast is better than anything you could go out and spend money on! If you are going to be in this area, you are doing yourself a disservice by staying anywhere else!!!

Phish weekend in Denver. There is no other hotel I'd rather stay in than the Embassy Suites. Clean, quiet, friendly staff, and free breakfast and evening drink service. Easy phone app check in allowed me to pick the floor and room I wanted before I arrived. Easy check led me to my giant suite with a king bed. It had the feel of a small one bedroom apartment with the bedroom in the back, there was no noise at night from the hallway. Very nice to be able to wake up and roll out of bed and eat brea... Great hotel just east of Denver, and within 5 minutes of a very nice Mall with great shops and many options for eating. The hotel and room were very clean. Pool and hot tube area were also clean. Very friendly staff and prompt service. The pool was out of towels and within 5 minutes they were brought. The breakfast was great with made to order omelettes and sides. Fresh fruit and cereal were provided. Would stay again if in the area.

From the minute we arrived we were treated with a smile and a friendly face. All the staff were very nice and very helpful, the made to order, free breakfast was excellent and the bar offered a great variety of drinks. Each evening there is a "Manager's Reception" which offers 2 hours of free drinks and snacks. This is standard practice throughout the Embassy group. Staff was great, there complementary breakfast was superb and adult complementary beverages between 5: 30 and 7:30 was a really great treat.
