Our visit got off to a rough start when, at check-in, the woman helping us had no idea how far away the Zoo and City Park were. Really? As it turns out, it is about 2 miles! Seems like something she should have known. At check-in there was no recognition made that we were HH Members and the vibe was a tad bit unwelcoming. We were placed in room 643 for two nights. The room was comfortable and clean. Bed was awesome! The shower curtain was torn and should have been replaced and the air conditione... Read more

Great hotel, great rooms, great customer service! The restaurant was quick easy and the waitstaff super friendly. This survey though requiring 200 characters is ridiculous! I was willing to give you a few moments of my time and you are requiring more just to submit.

All of the staff was very friendly at the hotel. My room was very clean and neat both days I stayed. The hotel overall was very clean. However, the pool looked a little iffy as it did not appear that clean when we saw it. I arrived really late and was hungry so I went to their bar to order food (the only place opened inside the hotel). The waiter/bartender took about 5 mins to come out. He saw me seating there but did not address me or ask me if I wanted anything and went to stand at a corner. A... Read more

I had previously visited this awesome hotel, and I'm raising my rating to EXCELLENT! The reason for this improvement is due to the staff and GM. When I checked in, I was met by Arron and Andrea. They are DEFINITELY the folks that Doubletree wants at the front desk to meet people! They were VERY personable, nice and had a good sense of humor! It did help that Arron and I shared the same favorite football team, so we started out on the right foot:-) Andrea was spectacular and verified my Dia... Read more

Stayed her for three nights when we first arrived in Colorado. located another Doubletree hotel close by who helpfully redirected us to the correct hotel just a couple of blocks down the street. Good check-in and easy access to lifts. Room was comfortably large with a good sized bathroom. Decoration is in need of an overhaul as the whole hotel feels like it comes from the late eighties. Very spacious public areas; very smooth check-in; clean well-appointed room. Bed very comfortable. Good TV w HBO visible from anywhere in the whole room. We had a double room for 3 of us and had plenty of space to move around and be comfortable. The pros: Comfy beds, friendly front desk attendants, the separate pool & hot tub area, Starbucks available for purchase downstairs, and the ambiance of the hotel lobby is awesome! The cons: Parking! We came in to meet with family flying in. The airport hotels were outrageous so we decided to give this place a try. We were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the rooms and facilities. I think it's an older building that they've kept up and remodeled so it's not in brand new conditions but it's clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again if the need arose. House cleaning was good and room was nice for the price and staff was always friendly but they took forever to follow through with our request or denied our request.

Parking was quite a challenge on Saturday evening but okay on Sunday, and Monday. Banquet staff were amazing for three days of meetings in the Crystal and Grand Ballroom. Walking distance to Chik-Fil-A and other restaurants is a plus. I understand the west side of the hotel faces the mountains but those rooms were full when I used HHonors app to check in. When we entered the Hotel, we were impressed. When we went to our room on the second floor, it was another story. The rugs were wrinkled and that is putting it mildly. I can live with wrinkled rugs. Then we entered our room and it goes down from there. We tried to access the internet and when my husband, a computer engineer, could not access, he called the front desk. After a week long 1200 mile solo road trip, all I needed was some good sleep before getting started with the week. I am glad I chose Doubletree Hilton, not only did they ensure I felt at home when I checked-in, they also offered late checkout option which was very convenient. Staying at the 6th floor, the room was soundproofed well, neat and tidy. The only negative I spotted was the refrigerator that kept "roaring" ;). Hence, had to switch it off during my night sleep. Our Thanksgiving trip to Denver to visit our son was nicely accented by a great stay at the Doubletree with friendly staff, clean rooms, convenient airport shuttle, and a great location near family. Of course, the chocolate chips walnut cookies are always a warm compliment!!!

My family chose this hotel after leaving another one. We should have chosen this one first. However when we arrived, we were greeted by a very friendly staff person named Yolanda. She was helpful and kind. Less than an hour after check in, she actually checked on us to see if we needed anything. My family's first trip to Denver was awesome.

Had a good stay for a week. The restaurant was very good. The services provided was outstanding. The concierge was very helpful on thins to do in Denver. We were provided maps and direction to many places to visit. They had a shuttle that took us to a outdoor mall, very nice.

Loved this CO DoubleTree on East Orchard Rd., Greenwood Village. Excellent Staff, Excellent Restaurant (Zink) Breakfast Burrito was especially good and service with a smile. Portions were generous. What a great value!. Clean and Comfy accommodations. So convenient to rent a car at this hotel and drop it off here instead of the airport. Will surely return here on my next stay.

This hotel provided exemplary hospitality. From front desk staff to housekeeping to the restaurant, the staff anticipated our needs and exceed our expectations. For example, the housekeeping staff placed our kids' stuffed animals playfully on the pillows when they serviced our room. The restaurant staff was exceptionally attentive and personable as we enjoyed the excellent breakfast buffet. The pool was very nice and the pool area was well cared-for. The room was clean, functional, and very comf... Read more

Really excellent stay room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and very helpful! Only negative was the prices of the restaurant café food, and the lack of healthier choices. Not much variety in the food. Stayed there for 3 days. The service was excellent and I found it cheaper to order room service. The room service was Excellent, the food was served promptly. The gift shop had the best variety of needs, and beautiful shopping items. Other than the food prices I would definitely recom... Read more
