Attractive, clean, comfortable and spacious rooms! Furthermore, all of the staff is warm, caring and helpful at any hour of the day or night! You'll love this Hilton! The location of this Hilton is a plus. It is easy to find and located near many fine restaurants and businesses.

I live in Greeley, Co and we came up for the weekend as the was a repair being done at our home and i didnt want to be there with all the noise and mess that was about to go down. We ended up having such a good weekend, there was a nearby Carnival going on and lots of shopping areas and a nice little park to take a walk on. I really enjoyed it and can't wait to go back.

I had a couple complaints and I believe the hotel cares enough about the people staying with them to handle these complaints. My real problem was when we had a meal or two delivered to our room the delivery service was way to high and I feel it should have been a good gift for the residents staying with you instead of charging them for the service.

I would recommend this hotel to every one. Hotel is clean, staff is awesome, location is perfect if you are traveling North. Close to I-25, did not use the restaurant in the hotel but heard other people staying there comment on good it was. Great mountain scenery from the 3rd floor.

This hotel has existed in some form in for decades. The building shows it, the facilities show it but short of a complete remodel, I am not sure what is possible. It is head and shoulders above the other "established" hotel across the street but in terms of tidiness and cleanliness, the newer more 'economic' options may be better.

Way over priced lounge. Paid 47.00 for 2 drinks. Nice hotel, but rude csr lady at desk ruined it for us. Good location. Sick of horrible customer service people. Companies wonder why people don't come back. Elevator was broken and wouldn't stop on our floor half the time. We spent 3 days at this property and walked the stairs half of the time.

We started out by learning there was a mixup with our reservation....they had us arriving a day later. Anyhow, they placed us in a few rooms, but we had to pay another $10 more than expected on one room. Although we booked through our company travel service online, and booked both rooms to include breakfast...we found out that whatever they did to 'fix' the confusion with the reservation DID NOT include breakfast.....upping our expenses another $15 per person. Very nice hotel. Maybe a bit pricey for a one night stay, but I would do it again. My only complaint about my room was the shower head and tub drain having lime scale on them. The shower head could be better as well so it would have a wider spray for us big guys.

This was a very nice hotel. Our room (ground floor east-facing) was clean, comfortable, and (most important) *quiet* even though there was a wedding in the connected Castle event center and lots of wedding guests staying at the hotel. There is a small but nicely-equipped fitness center, an indoor pool (which we did not use) a guest laundry which we did use and small business center where I printed out our boarding passes for the return flight. All the employees I spoke to (mostly housekeepin... Read more

The most annoying feature was the room, that despite a clear no-smoking sign as part of the room number, stank of cigarette smoke. I don't know if this is because the aircon is so ancient that the stink has permeated the place, or someone thought they could just pass the room off on me anyway. Room size was decent, but room itself very tired. Check-in guy had competence issues - seemed distracted, then couldn't even get the keys properly coded, and totally forgot the so-called 'signature' cookie... Read more

Rooms are decent, slightly dated.. Good food and great location. I also really enjoyed the outside area and free popcorn at night. Service needs some serious work. Bad first impression because they don't know how to properly echeck someone in.. Please read up on your policies and learn how to do this properly. It really seems front desk and f&b staff are not trained properly and communication between staff very poor, reflection of management perhaps? While this hotel COULD have potential in the ... Had a family gathering over the week-end. Janice in the Radius lounge courtyard was great! Took very good care of us. On-site restaurant is better than most of the best rated restaurants near-by. It's an older hotel but refurbished. The staff made our stay much better than the rooms did.

First of all, we have stayed at this hotel several times and only once have we had issues, but here they are: Front desk staff some are friendly and willing to help, some are neither. The staff are attentive and friendly, the hotel is located in the north/central area of the Denver Metro Area and the restaurant offers some great food. I recommend the buffalo meatloaf. The bathrooms, however are a poorly designed nightmare. For a mid level hotel it fits the bill. The outdoor patio was great and the bar staff was exceptional and very attentive even when you are sitting outside. I wish they had bigger beds than double size. You can only really sleep one person comfortably in a double bed or one of you is going to be halfway hanging off the side. Been there done that. Lots of places around the area to eat and close to the highway.

I stayed at the Thornton Double Tree for 10 days on business. I was in room 530 which is a premium room on the top floor at the NW corner of the building. The room was fine, the bathroom was perhaps a bit small but adequate. The air conditioner didn't cool the room as much as I would like (it managed 70 in 90+ degrees, I like about 64). The bed and sofa were comfortable, but there was no ottoman or anything else to put your feet on to relax.

Staff was always very friendly and very accommodating, from the front desk to the restaurant to housekeeping. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone that will be in the area. I will be making my way back here at some point soon.

Neat and clean and easy to get to / from for an overnighter in the area. Cookie was yummy. Several eateries within walking distance. Big screen TV if you decide to stay in. Sports bar near by too if you like that kind of thing.

Overall, my experience at the Doubletree was very good. I found the front desk employees helpful, friendly, and competent. I loved the warm chocolate chip cookie I received at check-in and check-out. My room was clean and had everything I needed. My remote control stopped working and it was fixed within 10 minutes of my call to the front desk. My only complaint is that there is absolutely no sound insulation between the hallway and my room. In fact, you can see the hall light shining into t... Read more

Stopped here 2 days, no problems. Room was very clean, staff were polite. Starbucks is a 30 second walk from the lobby which helps. No complaints. Lots of places to eat nearby also. I forgot my toothbrush and they gave me one free.

Odd building. And why, even as a Hilton Honors Member do they always put your room as far as they possibly can from the elevator? The only friendly person was the housekeeper that greeted me as I walked down the hall.

Great location for the event we attended. Very convenient with friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were large and spacious with 3 adults. Clean and well appointed. Found out about the free cookies at the end of the stay and managed to eat 3! Best chocolate chip walnut cookies I've had in a long time.

I normally don't write a ton of reviews but feel this hotel and the staff deserve every bit of praise possible. I was in ton for business and had been traveling for most of the day. The front desk clerk was incredibly helpful, and who cannot be in a better mood instantly when handed a warm cookie. Rooms were spotless in terms of cleanliness, beds were comfortable, and lets begin to talk about the food. In most cases, hotel food isn't my first, second, or third choice. After traveling so many mil... Read more

Very upset. The cleanliness, service, and pure lack of acknowledgment or willingness to do something with an unsatisfactory stay for a customer with family that WORKS and REPRESENTS this chain is absurd

The staff at the front desk for night check in was very rude. The room was beautiful and breakfast was great! The bed in the suite was super comfortable. We stayed the night of our wedding and when we arrived to the room out chocolate covered strawberries were melted and soggy.

This was a very nice motel. The staff was pretty friendly. I found the snack foods were somewhat expensive. The rooms were very nice, spacious and clean. The cleaning staff was very friendly and promt. We had to ask for a new coffee pot and one was brought to our room almost immediately.

This was my second stay here after about a year. I was pleased that nothing had declined. We were here with our niece this time as we were headed to Water World early the next morning for her birthday. The Doubletree‚??s location is convenient with close and easy access to I-25, and only a couple miles north of I-70. Several restaurants and a grocery store are nearby, and there‚??s a Starbucks within walking distance. The front desk staff was as personable as our first visit, and being Hilto... Read more
