This hotel was clean and the room was nice. The staff was very nice also. Great free breakfast every morning. The hotel is not in the best area, a bit far from anything to do, but you can get on the freeway and get around fairly easily.

Hotel is centrally located to an event we were attending. Exterior of hotel is fine. Parking adequate as long as hotel isn't full. Staff at front desk helpful and friendly. Room was adequate -- somewhat dated, but clean. Double head shower very nice. Beds comfortable. No problems with wifi access. Now for the weird part. There were homeless people in the lobby, elevators, and throughout the hotel during our stay. We think they were staying on the 7th floor. No idea why. Breakfast ade... Read more

We spent three nights at this Comfort Inn for a business trip. The staff was friendly and courteous, especially two front desk receptionists named Erika and Angelina. They are helpful with the television issue and explained the charge on our bills. We recommend for a business trip!!!!

I could immediately smell mildewy-mold in my first room. Staff gave me a second room which was worse. They refunded my prepaid purchase, the money showed up in my debit account a few days later. It is also noisy, perpendicular to the busy freeway......and the rooms were terribly small.....hey, it is Colorado, not Hong Kong........I left and wandered off to find another hotel......cheaper, spacious room, quieter......and no allergy issues......

Great for the price and had a great breakfast selection. You and order omlets taht are cooled to order. I found the bed to be comfortable. The room was clean. I would visit again. The girls at the front desk seemed to be clueless to what was going on at the convention center next door but tried to be helpful.

My wife and I always stay at Choice Hotel chains and we are Platinum members of their Choice Privilege Program. We nearly always get very good service and have an enjoyable stay at their properties. Sadly, when we stayed at this property, and attempted to check in at 1;40 pm ( a bit early and also is permissible with our status) we were told we would need to come back after 3 PM. The lady doing checkin after 3 PM was busy with something on her cell phone and was certainly more interested on th... Read more

Great location with a quick 3 mile access to downtown shopping, eating & Coors Field. The room was super clean and the beds were very comfortable. The water pressure was wonderful, and our tub drained well. The hotel has an outdoor pool and a massive fitness center. The staff was very polite. Breakfast has an amazing spread along with an attendant that makes fresh omelets. I would definitely stay here again!

I waited too long to reserve a conveniently located room for my recent trip to a very popular conference. Instead, I reluctantly booked at this Comfort Inn and was so pleasantly surprised!!! Not near the conference center in downtown Denver (roughly 4 - 5 miles away) and not near anything I'd want to walk to. BUT... at a modest price I got a very nice room with relatively new furnishings (included - refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, iron, great TV, etc.)... GREAT complimentary breakfast, co... Our flight out of Denver was cancelled in the middle of the night. We ended up 30 hours with no sleep, found this hotel, front desk attendant, Amber, was so helpful and kind and got us into a room as quick as possible so we could get some much needed rest! She was our hero that day!

Our room was above expectations for the value. Angelina was very pleasant and made our stay very enjoyable. Thank you, Comfort Inn staff.

I get to the hotel after a delayed flight both ways, arrive around 1130-1145p.m. on a Monday night, to be informed that my room is not ready and needs to be cleaned. Really???, I had even called at the airport to double check that my room was ok since I was going to be checking in late, no one said oh by the way it's not ready yet. That would have saved me time stopping there first. It seemed like no one cared, like oh well, sorry about your luck. I work for the hospitality industry, so I get ch... Read more

PRO's: This is a basic motel at a fair price, located right off Hwy 25. This is what I wanted. I got what I expected. Standard room, standard furnishings, slightly above standard breakfast with eggs, sausages and omelets included in the room rate. The staff was helpful and cheery at check in. CON's: I could hear a slight bit of road noise from Hwy 25 which may concern some travelers. The motel is located in the Denver Furniture & Trademark area- which limits dining selections to mostly fast fo... Read more

Conveniently located off I25 and a decent price. Clean rooms; breakfast was hot and included made to order eggs and omelets (you had to know to fill out a slip at the window). A bar (with bar-type food 5-9pm) was a pleasant surprise, especially since food options besides fast food were scant near the hotel. Happy hour 5-7pm drink prices. Our check-in at ~4pm was no problem, and we were able to extend the stay 2 more nights when our travel plans changed.

Despite making a reservation in December 2015 AND paying in full at the time, we arrived at the Comfort Inn in the evening after a transatlantic flight and were turned away as they "had no clean rooms." The desk staff couldn't care less and just told us to go to the Ramada. We were made to feel that we had no choice but to go there and had a horrible night in a dirty and smelly room. This completely ruined the first night of our vacation and the staff member who wouldn't allow us to check in had... Read more

It's best feature, the location to Denver's arteries. The pool is crumbling, much like the infrastructure and customer service with many Choice Hotels. This one is an exception. The desk staff greeted me with smiles and a quick check-in. The room's bed sheets were top quality. I usually expect hotel sheets to smell of a thousand washings, in bland detergent, with a slight hint of mold. Not here. The sheets were topic quality. New, maybe? The mold smell, actually came from the room, after I turne... Read more

The hotel has good access to highways for getting to and from these areas. The room was comfortable and clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Location: The hotel is nestled almost at a corner of a major highway/freeway and a freight train line. As such some noise is inevitable. Particularly the rooms facing the rail lines (back side of the hotel) can become noisy when the trains blow the warning hones when reaching the highway/freeway. This can disturb sleep at times. The hotel is located very close to big warehouse/distributing centre of a retail chain. It is not close to any shopping or residential areas. As such there are no good... Read more

The staff is very nice and the breakfast is decent. Theres a cool little store for drinks, snacks etc open 24 hours. BUT....this hotel is not in the best location. Vey industrial and trucking oriented. Seems very run down and I would never walk at night. The hotel itself was average. They was a horrible stink outside. Rooms are average, The double shower head is good. The pool was empty, looked run down. Expect horrible views and lots noise from the near by by-pass and large vehicle traffic.

Alright i get it. I also booked thru priceline and thought it was downtown but that's okay! We are used to walking or driving 45 minutes everywhere so a ten minute drive to downtown was just fine for us. Highlight, that omelet breakfast! Yum. Also we thought our beds were cozy and the staff was nice. We got drinks at the bar and the staff was attentive there as well. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

In town for the Timber Frame Show and a little R&R. Hotel is in the industrial district and area looks rough but had no security issues at all. Hotel was clean and offers typical breakfast along with optional free omelettes and eggs. Has a Bar/Restaurant with good food and bar staff. Only complaint is would have like to have been able to sit out in courtyard regardless whether pool was closed for season, put a cover on it so it can't be used and allow guests to sit outside.
